when I am trying to do erect girth work, I find that I am having trouble getting a full, or even 90 % erection. Is there anything I can do to get them stronger? Thanks. BTW, Finished phase 1, gained 1 full inch in length :)

How old are you?

I take a tribulis product which helps although you have to take a high quality one preferably from Germany. Even then I have to take about double the dosage which is totally safe. In my experience it does not work for everyone but worth a try.

Of course then there's viagra but it's fairly costly.

@ Al100: Man, I donīt think he needs pills!

I think he has that problem ONLY while jelqing.... Maybe he concentrates too much on doing the exercises right....

I only have the problem while jelqing also as I think many others do. I mean if you can't get an erection for sex or don't have morning wood something is seriously wrong and you cannot do PE (although I suppose you could hang but what would be the point?). The pills give me just enough help to make the workout consistently effective. Without them some workouts were almost a waste of time (and also keep in mind I'm doing 2 sessions a day).

Of course I do use porongraphic material also.

Did you have this problem before already?
I think phase1 consist of alot flaccid stretching what gave you the length.
But flaccid stretching can exhaust your dick more then erect exercises(at least it does so for me and I remember some others too).
I would suggest to take some days off and start back with erect exercises(Jelqs, Bends, Squeezes) only and add from time to time a few flaccid stretches.
And try some Edging!
All this helped me when I faced this prob in the past.

Im 18 years old, so I would not want to use any type of tribulis or hormone inducer. I used Androstenedione when I was 14, and as a result I have had to live with bitch tits at only 170+ lbs. So, no, I would not want to use them now or at any point in the future. However, I do think that the andro at a young age helped me have an above average penis, though I do regret the severe side effects. Just some thoughts...

I completely agree.

Have you had the gyno operation or are you planning to have it. I know of people who have had it and unfortunately it's not cheap.

Al100: Yea, I plan on getting the operation after I get out of college. My goal right now, though, is to get another inch before the end of the summer (on phase two now-insanely intense) so I can scare some girls! jk:D

I also have the same problem. I found that for me the best time is in the am. It can also help if you have a pump. Use it for 5 minutes or so prior to jelq if you can only exercise in the evenings. Hope this helps
