EAch of us find that something is working best for you in PE. I have done everything from hanging, pumping, manual stretching, etc. I find that I seem to be making the most progress with manual stretching and both flaccid and erect twists. I would like to be more disciplined to do hanging but don't have the liberty to do that. I like the slow jelqs the best, and seem to make steady progress with them. I have done a lot of erect bends. So, what particular exercise seems to be best for you. What are you wanting to accomplish? GS

Stretching and jelqing I do 10-15 mins when I first get up then anouther 15 or so in am. then 5-7 just before jelqing in early pm. :blush: ok haven't done much latley but may get back into my zone soon.

My primary focus until recently had been jelging and manual stretches. I'm not really going for length (topping out at seven inches) but won't be unhappy with any further gains.

I'm working pretty much only on girth so it's strictly edging to the max and then doing a casual routine of ULIS and horses, and the amazing Supra Slammers.

I've also been wearing the ROP for six days almost 24/7 and that seems to be sparking a fairly significant flaccid gain. I'm never small or shrunken even without the ring. I always look like I just had sex. I never thought I'd say it, but I've actually been a little embarrassed about it at the gym, and I thought I'd be all proud and showing off; at any rate, it's a nice embarassment.
