I been clamping for about 2 months now. And i recently bought a pump, so i was thinking would it be a good idea to do pumping right after my clamping sessions.
My routine would look like this:
3 sets of clamping 15 mins each then 30 mins of pumping, taking a break every 10 mins for a minute or so.

You'll be aright as long as you pay attention of what is going on down there.

I used to pump 10mins, then clamp 15 mins, then pump 10mins then clamp 15mins for 3 sets of each and I was experiencing very good wood, and a ton of post workout girth.
