I posted back and forth with DLD, who is amazing, a few days ago about this but wanted to clarify some issues so that I get more specific answers to questions.
I'm currently 7" BPEL and want to get to 9.5" BPEL (have a lot of internalized penis). I want to use the Power Assist for my stretches: go through the videos one by one every day and do 500 2-second jelqs UPWARD every day). That's the routine.
1. Is that an efficient routine to add some girth AND permanently increase the size of my BPEL to possibly 2.5" in a year? If not, do I have to add something else as well?
2. When I use the Power Assist, my hand slips off of the head because I have a small head. How do I take care of this not happening when I use the Power Assist?
3. When I use the Power Assist, the skin that hits the wood gets irritated. Any advice?
4. How do I make sure I am not stretching skin but JUST ligs?
5. How long is the longest I can do each stretech to start with and how many reps?
I would greatly appreciate your help, DLD and others!

This question is impossible to answer. Try concentrating on the gain you wanna make this month, not year.
2. When I use the Power Assist, my hand slips off of the head because I have a small head. How do I take care of this not happening when I use the Power Assist?
Try wrapping.
3. When I use the Power Assist, the skin that hits the wood gets irritated. Any advice?
Try using a light wrap around the penis.
4. How do I make sure I am not stretching skin but JUST ligs?
Both stretch together.
5. How long is the longest I can do each stretech to start with and how many reps?
This is up to you. If you want to stretch for an hour and it causes no undue pain than do that hour. It is highly individual.

Thanks DLD!
So the Power Assist stretches everything that, say, hanging does? Loosens all of that up. So it IS better then to use the Power Assist instead of just your hands for stretching?
Any suggestions on a wrap material for my glans and dick?

[QUOTE=doublelongdaddy;325281]This question is impossible to answer.
Just out of curiosity, why is it impossible to answer? Didn't you, with stretching with your hand and jelqing, achieve 2" of BPEL in a year? If I do 500 jelqs a day, get thin, and use the Power Assist everyday and increase a little every day in intensity, isn't it SAFE to at least ASSUME I will get there?

The Power Assist can, at least, double the strength of your stretches in comparison to hands alone. Wrapping the penis is best done with soft cotton inside being held down by ACE Bandage.

Everybody is different, their Genetics, their motovation, their work ethic, there are many factors that play a role in this question. So yes it is impossible to answer.

The answer will be more favorable if he takes part in the online program (http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html) or DVD (http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html)...this makes gains foolproof.

DLD,
Two Newbie Routine (with Power Assist thrown in) Questions:
1. Kooky's Power Assist Workout: Is that sufficient in place of the stretching in the newboe routine?
2. What wraps do you suggest for the PA?
Thanks!

Totally! That will really be a serious workout.
2. What wraps do you suggest for the PA?
I have never wrapped using the Power Assist but if you do any wrap would be fine. My preference would be an Ace Bandage wrap.

Stevie,
At some point, you're going to have to settle in to one routine and then stick with it for, let's say, three months minimum. I like your combo that you have going for you now, based on Kookie's routine, along with the stretcher. This is as good as any, better than a lot of them. Crazy Ed and DLD are also telling you that there are so many factors that enter into each man's success. That's why gains cannot be predicted....but....consistency, tenacity, and plain hard work all are positive contributing factors. Whatever routine you stick with, make sure that you don't end up with any permanent injury, irritation, yes, injury, no.
I watched a video of Big Al's, demonstrating the various stretches, including DLD's blaster. I was delighted to know that I have been doing it correctly after all this time. However, I could have just as easily been doing it incorrectly. That's why the videos are great.
So much of P.E. is trial and error. I wish it were more scientific, and there certainly is SOME science involved here. But the bottom line, at least as far as my experience is concerned, is trial and error.
There's an old saying I learned in AA: "Take what works for you and leave the rest." I think it applies to P.E. as well.
Good luck, good friend.

Thank you VERY much 11X7!
Maybe it's pride or paranoia or both, but I don't want the forum members and moderators think I'm all talk and no walk: I've been doing tons and tons of research, seeing what works, seeing what doesn't and altering a final 6 month plan.
Here's it: no more b.s. and altering. I'm sticking with this for 6 months and seeing what happens. I have to buy some first aid tape for the heavy duty and figure out (tonight) how to use the medium ADS.
Warm up: 10 minutes
Stretching (KOOKY'S PA PLAN; my hands are too weak to get a great stretch alone):
10 PA A-Stretches 5 Left, 5 Right, 60 seconds
10 PA 2-handed A-stretches, 60 seconds
10 Bow and Arrow stretches, 5 left, 5 right, 60 seconds
10 2 handed Down and Outs.
Stretches wihout POWER ASSIST:
10 Rotary Cranks out, 60 seconds
10 Rotary Cranks down, 60 seconds
Jelqing:
35 minutes at 3 seconds; kegel; 30-80%
10 60 second squeezes
Pump for 15 minutes: 5 minutes med/10 minutes top pressure
Heavy Duty STATIC stretcher for two hours
ADS:
Medium STATIC Stretcher for 5 hours a day
CURRENT WEIGHT: 194 lbs/7” x 6”
GOAL WEIGHT: 170 lbs/9.5”x7.5”
Any thoughts?

NEVER! Your workout, in my opinion, is extreme and this is where the gains live.
