I want to dedicate this thread to r0ad_h0gg You have opened my eyes and showed me the truth behind what I have been looking for. I thank you so much for you truth and inspiration, when I read your thread about this I had tears in my eyes and I started to cry. I could not stop. I thank you so much for everything that you have posted about this. Also I thank Mowinman, DLD, and Ron Low (Creator of the TLC Tugger) for understanding and listing to my crys.
My PE Tenior for the last 5 years has been to get a bigger penis, to get bigger glands, bigger balls and noctural erections and be able to last as long as I want to in bed, to have 10X7, to be able to have multiple orgasms, to have a great sex drive. And get it up more than once a night.
I have spent my whole PE tenior looking to get to all these goals and solve there problems. I have spent so much money and time and effort into all of this, when now I relize that it was all in the wrong direction. Although I did learn a lot and have Mastered PE in pretty much every aspect, it could have all been solved if I had just restored my foreskin.
I have done all this pe to try and solve all these problems, but thee underlining problem that I had is my foreskin. I am tears right now as I right this casue I cannot belive it, but it is true. Every problem that r0ad_h0gg has said; I have, Small Glands, low sex drive, no staying power, low blood flow, low sensitivity a very engorged CC but no CS at all. I have done everything to fix this, Ring of Power, Viagra, ADS's Jelqing, Supra Slammers, hanging, stretching but nothing fixes it. While all of those are great Things I have to find a permanet fix, this is the only way, to restore what was taken from me. The Ring of Power has done wonders for me in this area and is only a temporary fix for me because I have physical damage and can only do so much.
Because of the Way I was circumsized I have lost so much size. My dad is uncut and he is at least 9.5X7, absoluty huge. I got into a huge fight with my parents about this last night. I am in the middle of testing for a surgery called Penile Re Vascularization Surgery, I have had two of the three tests that are required to be a canidate for the surgery. This next test I am having soon is $7,000. The two test before were $1,000 each The Surgery is $13,500 hospital is $25,000. All in all this is a at least $40,000 process after everything. I have either venuos leakage or aterial blockage which is why I am up for this surgery. But I think that after reading all of r0ad_h0gg information about what happenes to the penis after a circumsision and especially a bad one that I have had
I know that My fertility has been affected as well from this. I have had sex with countless women with out protection and have cummed in many of them and I have never had a kid. Road Hog was correct it can make you infertile. Becasuse of the lack of Blood Flow to the Testicles. Hopefully once I restore my forskin and the use of the Ring of Power this will be able to make me fertile
Although I still will probabbly have to have the surgery I think that becasue I have had trama to the groin area while I have been In the United Stated Marine Corps from a Jump that I made at Jump school, I was not strapped in propery. After that jump I seem to have lost so much size and blood flow. My life has been one constant wreck for my sex life, Circumsision, the Sky Diving Acciednt, Steriods, Hanging Brusing and Discoloration premature ejaculation. I am battleing all of these right now and its comming over my head. I had everything mapped out for the next year. My bad ass rotuine my hang off with Stillwantmore, It is all comming to a long break, the only PE I am going to do it Jelqing and Stretching, I have to shake this hanging brusing.
While I am very upset about all of this I am glad that through all my experieces of PE for the last 5 years I can not help you guys and support you for anything you need casue I have done it all. I honetly dont think anyone has spent the amount of time on money on PE, my room is filled with PE stuff, FILLED!! It is everywere, boxes and boxes, sice that last Pic I took it has at least grown by half. I have probbably spent an addtional $1000 on more shit that I dont need. I have tested pretty much every pill, product and device there is.
But non of it will solve my problem. Only Foskin Restoration and This Surgery will. Then I will be as big as my dad. Its in my genetics to be huge. Added in with the 5 years of PE. I used to be bigger than anyone all the way through high school. And then after that injury it has been a constant battle to keep a fraction of my size that I should be, like I said all the males on my side are huge.
That injury compounded with my horrible cirucumsistion and this hanging brusing has given me a nightmere. r0ad_h0gg if you can offer anymore support than you have I welcome you with open arms. SUPRA, I have always had a strong opinion when it came to penile surgery and I have always said it is a last case scenario. Surgery no doubt has its place in penile correction. The risks of surgery, including re-vasc., are dangerous and should only be considered when you have exhausted every avenue of natural and or homeopathic solutions. I have worked with guys who were on the brink of surgery (mainly peyronies) but after making a thorough evaluation they really did not explore every option and natural methods did infact work. In your case it seems you have already did allot of research and tried endless methods with no luck. Just as any physical defect, imagined or real, causes pain and suffering to the afflicted and this desperation will inevitably lead to a permanent solution. In your case it is the surgery. I completely support your decision for surgery because you have spent time, money and research with no luck. Surgery, being a last alternative, should be treated with as much research and time as you have done into alternative methods. Ask questions, be very involved with the process, and ask for credentials and testimonials. It is a big deal and you are entitled to every bit of information. Choosing a surgeon for an elective operation should be as personal and in depth as choosing a mate. Also use your group here to help you along. 6000 minds are better than 1.

From recent use of Viagra over the last few weeks I have been using it in conjunction with PE. A little history on Viagra. Sildenafil Citrate was used to increase blood flow to the heart, but a side effect of viagra was also a huge increase in blood flow to the penis. There is also a lot more history of it besides the use of helping male impotence.
I have a very good story here. I am 21, now some might ask why I am using Viagra. I have what is known as a blockage of arteries in my pelvic section. With means I do not get enough blood flow to the penis. This could of happened by a variety of accident, such as getting hit hard in that region, riding bikes, motor cycles and motor cross, skydiving, repelling or anything else that involves that area or straining while lifting weights such as bench press. I went to see the best urologist in the country. Which if you want to know who it is message me and I will tell you. There office is Urology Consultants in San Antonio, Texas.
So far I have gone through 3 of the 5 tests, the Rigid Scan, a blood flow test, and a ultra sound test, I need 2 more test to be a candidate for what is called Penis Re Vascularization Surgery, which involves making a incision in my lower left waist and grabbing a main artery that comes from the heart and attaching it behind to the arteries that are blocked thus, there are two main arteries down there a left and a right one, they put that artery in back of the two blocked of thus creating huge amounts of blood flow.
A lot of people do not know why they have impotence and this is usually 95% of the reason why. But most people just take viagra to fix the problem with is ok, but since I am 21 I am not going to take Viagra the rest of my life, plus my doctor says after the procedure my penis will enlarge about 2 inches in length and the same about the girth.
Also he said that once I have the procedure I will it is impossible to injure this artery because the artery is coming in front of my body and not wear I sit. The two blocked ones and located between the scrotum and the anus hole. And that I will never be impotent. Keep in mind you still need to eat well and be good to your body and exercise. And that my erections will be rock hard because they are taking an artery directly from the heart to the penis. So I am very exited about this.
This also bring me to why I though I also had a small penis. PE has worked great for me I Am 7.5 X 5.5 now and before PE I was only 6X5. If I could get that much of PE this surgery will mean a whole new world. I will be pushing 9.5 to 10 inches. Which is what my dad is. This also explains to me why I cannot get any bigger than I am now without the surgery because there is not enough blood flow to get there and support that new size. Plus if I do get my bigger my penis will not be nearly as hard. I do plenty of PC work as well.
My Urologist prescribed me Viagra, 50mg, and told me to take it every day even if I do not have sex, but he want me to masturbate every day but do not ejaculate, he says that will slow down the process and he says masturbation lowers Testosterone, so I guess that is the Final answer to masturbation and PE, its ok as long as you are not ejaculating every day and since he is the Best urologist in the country I would take his advise over anyone else’s, wouldn’t, having sex is different your body uses different chemicals and since you are having sex your body has to really work and you get a workout and so that ok to ejaculate, in fact he encouraged it.
I have noticed that from Viagra doing PE I stay longer and harder all day and I keep a better pump, so if this works for me with blocked arteries, I would defiantly work for you. Also Viagra is one of the safest drugs on the market did you know that? Its side effects are minimal and once you stop taking it you body does not rely on it. I do not mess with your hormones in any way. All it does is increase blood flow in your body, thus if your are able to achieve erections before Viagra, like my self, then you will be able to achieve erections after you stop taking it.
I hope all of this has informed many of you about something that you did not know existed, and since I am with the best Urologist in the country everything I have said is true not matter what you opinions are. But I really look forward to keeping you posted and telling you how this are going and if anyone has any questions or concerns about this please feel free to ask. One thinks that all of you need to know is that none of you would know that you have this problem. It is impossible for you’re to know with out having these tests. Now of course there are people without any problem getting hard and they stay rock hard, of course you don’t have this problem, but I am talking to the people who have trouble, take Viagra, cant stay hard for long, don’t get fully hard.

To all of you guys with the small glans problem:
As a result of having this problem all of my life, I know of a good fix for it. I would be willing to bet that it is a circumcision related problem. Actually, it is also a form of surgical ED. In my opinion here is what's going on or not going on I should say - you aren't having good nocturnal erections which would normally keep your unit in good working order. The reason for this is because you were circumcised too tightly. As a result of this your remaining sexually sensitive tissue (inner mucosa) and coronal groove are dried out and desensitized which prevents good nocturnal erections. The circulation in your flaccid unit during the day is also compromised because of this. One other complication from this is that your testicles will also starve for a good blood supply and will be smaller than they normally would. From this you can imagine the worst - low testosterone and low sperm count.
In my opinion, if you want to enlarge your penis you have to have a fantastic blood supply to it. In order for this to happen you definitely have to have the good nocturnal erections unless you have the time to jelk for hours on end everyday. If you continue on like this for the rest of your life your unit will become impotent and smaller like most other older circumcised men do. In my opinion intact men or men that are moderately circumcised have a greater potential for penile growth throughout life. Believe me - my girlfriend of forty-four years old was with an intact man earlier in her life and according to her he was the biggest, the best, and the "horniest" that she had ever had. He could screw her ten times a day with a rock hard erection and keep it up "a hundred miles per hour" like no other circumcised man ever could. She said that there was no comparison between the two and that circumcision "definitely tames a man down".
Several months into foreskin restoration I became very potent and could screw my her for over an hour non-stop with out the pressure to come because of being very erect. My glans would become engorged like never before. I could feel the coronal ridge scraping against her vaginal wall. It was the greatest sex that I ever had in my life at thirty-two years old. Naturally, this was the only time in my life that I woke up with a wonderful erection every morning. During the day my unit and testicles were remarkably larger. I regained alot of skin through t-tapes but because of it being so time consuming (and dangerous) I quit doing it.
Sadly, in due time I lost my sexual ability once again because I didn't finish restoring. So, in my opinion, one must somehow regain enough foreskin to at least keep the coronal ridge always covered in order to be a stud and also to become larger. Nature made us this way so why do doctors and parents think that they have to change us? You guys have to understand that circumcision ruins the penis to some degree or another - more in some cases. In my opinion it can also cause it to be shorter and smaller in girth if too much skin is taken.
If anyone on this forum would like to know how to restore safely I know how to do it. It has to be done without cutting off the little blood supply that we have left which is hard to do. I believe this is the reason why Bib was able to wear a wrap for extended periods - he was left with a better blood supply compared to some of us. Maybe that's why he was able to enlarge to such an extreme. I am not able to wear a wrap for more than a half hour because of reduced flaccid circulation. Believe me - if you improve your circulation you will have a fully engorged glans when erect.
One other note I should mention - don't hang or use any devices until you establish good circulation or else you may end up injuring yourself worse than you already are. Right now it is a total waste of time for me to even think that I could enlarge my unit. I'm 7"nbp x 6.5" which unfortunately is too short for my girlfriend. She wants me to enlarge to 8" or better although she is satisfied (but not overly excited) with my girth. Apparently they have a spot way up in there that they like stimulated. She has helped me with PE for eight months now but to her disappointment I haven't gained much. Although, I am able to reach her cervix now which gives her some hope. I guess she needs penetration about an inch past her cervix for her to come hard. I've already told her that I have to do the foreskin thing again and she agreed.
Life isn't fair is it? I would rather be building a race car or a monster truck but instead I have to tend to my dink because of a decision that my parents made for me thirty-four years ago. The truth hurts though doesn't it - when you aren't big enough or good enough for her? I still screw her the best that I can and she knows that I'm trying to improve for her. You all may be thinking that she's a bit#@ for being honest with me but I don't look at it that way. In fact, I love her honesty and I also love her very much. She admitted to faking orgasms with smaller men before and also she told me that there was no chance that they could have made her come. I have both bib hangers, the penis stretcher, vacuum cylinders, the grip system, the trac-man (total waste of money), pills and herbal supplements, along with some home-made items. The thing that worked best for me was foreskin restoration. I'm guessing that after I get enough foreskin the devices will work better. If anybody has any good suggestions for me to gain at least an inch please don't hesitate to tell me. There was one time that I gained maybe 0.75" but it didn't "cement". When I do PE regularly I'm 7.5"nbp but it quickly goes back to 7.00"nbp when I stop. Like I said before - it's all to do with blood circulation! Until you have it - don't waste your time!

I'm convinced that I'm a hard gainer because of having a radical circumcision. By radical I mean that at least eighty percent of my natural penile covering was taken from me at birth which has given me a bad case of ED all of my life. The intact penis is a very capable and exquisite sex organ that can give extraordinary pleasure to the owner and also to the owner's partner. After restoring for several months when I was thirty-two years old (two years ago), I had the very first orgasm of my life. If you can get your remaining inner mucosa sensitized like I did you too should be able to have a real orgasm. You will be able to tell by the color. All of the tissue in front of the circumcision scar will turn pink. Also, the glans will become pink and moist. Before this, all I ever experienced from sex is what I call an ejaculatory response. Sure that feels good too but it pales in comparison to an actual full body orgasm. The whole sexual experience is so intensely satisfying that it's actually hard to feel the ejaculation when it finally comes. Also, believe me, the increased sensitivity didn't cause me to be premature. I naturally went into a rhythm with my breathing and heartbeat that would allow me to screw like I never screwed before.
Foreskin restoration is also a basic form of PE. If you are circumcised too tightly, I can almost guarantee that you will experience enlargement from foreskin restoration alone. The main thing that will change is you will start having turgid nocturnal erections. As a result of this your dink will work much better and become much bigger (flaccid and erect) due to the increased circulation. Without these nocturnal erections the penis will be shriveled up during the day and the sack will be tight and small. Also, the added skin length gives it room to expand to it's full length during sex. I know it's hard to believe that an insufficient amount of skin can cause such a shortening of the dink but believe me it does. One more thing to mention is that your glans with be able to expand more easily after all of the dead layers of hardened tissue slough off.
I'm almost positive that an intact man can enlarge much more easily than a radically cut man. I was cut so badly that I couldn't roll the remaining foreskin over my glans flaccid. If I tried my whole dink would retract into my body (peek a boo). Back then my dink was only two inches long flaccid and it stuck straight out (no hang at all). Now it's alway between four to five inches flaccid (nice hang) and I can roll the skin over the coronal ridge when erect. Although I have gained alot of tissue from t-tape traction, I still have a long ways to go.
I think the best way to start foreskin restoration (if you're cut tight) is too work the skin manually first. With an erection pull your skin as far up the shaft as you can with out over doing it (too much tension will cause stretch marks). If you try this method, realize how good it feels to vigorously (fast paced) pull your remaining foreskin back and forth over the glans with a tight grip (alternate hands). The only thing that should contact your glans is what ever skin you have left. After doing this for a half hour every day, stop before you ejaculate and in due time you will see skin growth and better genital circulation. Also, remember to pull the skin over your glans every chance you get and hold it there in order to persuade new tissue growth. Also, jelqing with petroleum jelly will help with skin growth.
Once there's enough skin you should be able to start t-taping. The way I did this is somewhat complicated but nothing's ever too easy is it? Use three separate t-tapes and attach the tails to an elastic waistband. I used heavy duty wire clips crimped on each end of the waistband. Wrap the waistband down around the outside of your leg (alternate legs every few days) and attach the clip to your sock. You can wear this all day long but don't sleep with it on until you know what you are doing. By using three separate t-tapes you are insuring better circulation verses one t-tape all the way around. With this method I could wear a set up for several days with out ever worrying about compromised circulation. Also, I used a spacer (about the thickness of the double fold of foreskin) between the adhesive legs to prevent circulation loss at the contact points. Once you grow the skin past your glans it helps to put a filler (cotton balls?) of some sort in there so the t-tapes stay rounded out and in place. If anybody on here would like a more detailed explanation or a diagram I would be more than willing to provide one.
Once you have a sexually sensitive and fully functional penis it's possible you may not worry about it's size as much, although I personally think 8.5"nbp x 7" with a big glans is the ideal size for a normal sized sexually experienced woman (whether she likes it or not). By sexually sensitive and fully functional to me means that it will naturally become erect from being underneath the shower with out touching it (and without thinking). Once the glans stays covered naturally you won't have to worry about this though because your sex organ will now be on the inside protected from the environment, the way nature intended it!

Yes it's true, foreskin restoration enabled me to experience sexual pleasure like I never knew existed. By sexual pleasure I also mean pleasure extending for hours after the actual sex even into the next day. Your eyes give you site, ears to hear with, nose to smell with, etc. If you had any of these specialized sensory organs surgically altered or reduced, they wouldn't function like they are supposed to. Do you think that you could taste as good if part of your tongue were removed?
After foreskin restoration I regained a sense that was foreign to me. The intact penis gives a special sense to your brain like your other senses do but of coarse they are all different. When this sense is working your whole body works together to involuntarily make love to your woman. Your heart will beat the right pace, your lungs will breath the right amount of air, the muscles in your body will become very strong, etc. This involuntary bodily action naturally supports a fantastic penile erection. It is totally awesome Ike! When I get into this state (I call it "the mode") I can screw the shit out of my gal with out any urge to come for over an hour non-stop. Afterwards there's no tired or fatigued feeling. It's a feeling of total satisfaction and contentment. With twelve years of sex under my belt with many different gals this has never happened to me until after I did foreskin restoration. And no, it wasn't just one woman I had this with. So far three in all. If you can get your body to do this, there's a much better chance of your gal being satisfied no matter what your size is.
Ike, the key tissue that can give this to you is from your coronal groove down to the circumcision scar. If you have any left it is your goldmine. Right now it's not working because of it being exposed for so many years, but trust me, if you protect this remaining tissue by means of foreskin restoration, you will be able to have the most awesome orgasmic sex of your life. Even when you aren't fully restored, this tissue will become extremely sensitized after several months from wearing the t-tapes because the remaining foreskin is constantly being pulled over the glans which in turn protects the remaining inner mucosa.
I will go into detail about how I made my t-tapes later if you like but for now I have to get on the road until Friday. Here's something that you can try very easily though; Take a four inch or so piece of inch and a half medical tape and stick another one inch or so piece right in the center of the four inch piece (sticky back to sticky back). Pull the skin over your glans and tape it in place (top to bottom). The one inch reversed piece will keep your glans from being stuck to the tape. Fold a small corner over on the bottom side of the tape so that you can easily peel it back (just the bottom side) to urinate. When done then just pull the skin back over the glans and stick the bottom side tape back on. This method isn't meant to gain alot of foreskin but it does keep the glans covered. If you want to get the right sensitivity back it's important to keep it covered all of the time. By only using this method your skin will grow unevenly (more on top and bottom than on sides). Just use this as a supplemental fix in between t-tape set ups. Although it's a good way to start the restoration process.
If you were cut a birth I can guarantee that you have some inner mucosa left (they can't get it all in infancy). There are some very unfortunate men that have gotten cut in adulthood to where good old doc took all of their sex organ tissue. They just have regular skin starting from the glans to the base.
Ike, the penis is supposed to be an internal organ like the inside of a vagina or the inside of your mouth. The things that the medical industry says about promoting circumcision are all untrue. The studies done in this country on the penis and on sex are all useless because they are studying a bunch of mutilated men and unsatisfied women. I'm sorry to say it but circumcision messed you up. Although we can reverse alot of the damage by restoring our foreskins.

You got a big penis though so it's all good man. I feel so bad for you but I hope you can look forward into the future rather than the past like ME. It has really been hard for me b/c I can't seem to let go of alot of things and it's affected my life so negatively. My spirit and will to live at one point was so broken I had nervous breakdowns, panic attacks, suicidal antics, developed antisocial things and to be honest, I still have alot of these things. Alot of times I can't even look people in the eye because I am so paranoid and insecure (unrelated to penis).
From what I understand, it seems you have a good social life, big penis, great friends, great looks, etc. Dude, I bet you most of us here are fucking jealous of you =). The self pity makes you look bad when ya got alot. I ain't trying to bring you down or anything but I mean I wish I WAS IN YOUR POSITION LOL.

I have had the exact same problem as you describe - the cc gets hard but the cs stays soft. My penis was this way from as early as I can remember as a result of my circumcision. In this state the sex isn't nearly as good for the woman as it could be - you can screw the heck out of her like this and it won't make her come. I know how to help you with this - you will be able to get an extremely engorged mushroom head with out a ring.
The way nature works is quite simple to understand. When you have a sexual dysfunction, would it make sense for the glans to become hard first without a hard shaft or the opposite? The glans is the last thing to erect. You aren't getting to the full stages of an erection. Although, you can still penetrate a female for reproduction - right?
Your problem is insufficient blood flow to your genitals. This problem will never correct itself if you smoke or chew snuff. Somehow you have inadvertently narrowed your penile arteries (circumcision, smoking, etc.) which prevents a full erection. If you can get the blood to flow down there, you will be able to have an amazing erection that will lock itself up and stand straight up on end. In this state, the whole penis along with the glans will also become larger than you are used to seeing. You won't believe your eyes if you ever get this to occur. Don't buy into the crap about having a congenital venous leak. This is most definetely a problem caused by circumcision but the medical industry claims that some males are born with a congenital venous leak. Bullshit!
The way I was able to achieve a full glans was to quit smoking for two months and wear an ads for half hour wearings as many times as I could everyday. With in two weeks, the ads opened up my penile arteries and I got an erection bigger then I have ever had in my life. Also, just jelqing alone can help this if done correctly. Circumcision has a natural tendency to reduce blood flow to the penis and if you combine this with smoking you're screwed.
It doesn't look as though you have any extra skin when erect. Foreskin restoration will also help your penile/genital blood flow. The t-tapes act as an ads. Unfortunately, there's no real easy way to do restoration. Do a search for "pill tube method foreskin restoration" on the web. To me, this would be an easier way, but I prefer t-taping. What ever you do, don't waste your money on any of the foreskin restoration devices - I think they are all a waste of money as you can easily make what ever it is that you will need. Also, some of the devices are very dangerous to wear.

If you are serious about foreskin restoration, I could maybe post some pictures (when I get the time) of my t-tapes so that you will see what they look like and also for you to see how to make them yourself.
You will be astounded at how sensitive you will become. Your sex life will become very meaningful. You will realize how beautiful your wife is and also that any sexual problems from the past were because of you, not her. Also Ike, be prepared for some serious emotions. You will possibly cry and become enraged because of what has been done to you and you'll wonder why and how your mother allowed part of your sexual being to be taken from you. Alot of emotions may surface that you never knew were there such as hatred, anger, resentment, frustration, jealousy, sadness, distrust of people, thoughts of retaliation, and also hope.
You will realize that your whole life was totally altered because of what has been done to you. Honestly Ike, you may be better off to not know what you have been missing all of these years. It caused a divorce for me. If you have a supportive wife and a strong marriage then maybe you should go ahead and do it, otherwise, leave well enough alone.
Many men like you and I look to penis enlargement for replacing what was taken from us. Before I knew any better, I would have went for surgery to have a larger penis. Guess what the urologist told me when I asked about it? He said that the genitals should never be operated on! What the hell is a circumcision then? To them (doctors, hospitals, the medical industry), that isn't really an operation, it's just something that's done to correct a birth defect.
You see, circumcision (especially at birth) reduces the penis not only in size (sometimes drastically), but also in how well it functions and satisfies (common sense one would think). It's true Ike, our dinks would have been longer by atleast an inch and also more full if they would have been allowed to remain intact. How many intact men do you know of that are really serious about PE? My guess is that there aren't too many of them that actually need it.
My girlfriend used to be some sort of a nurse. She has told me that the older intact men that she cared for were always much larger than the cut ones. I'm talking huge in some cases (eight or nine inches erect). Oh yes, the older intact men did become erect in the nursing home. Also, as I have mentioned earlier in this thread, she has been intimately involved with an intact man that of coarse was "huge". On top of that, my sister has taken care of elderly men (she was a nurse's aid) and she has also reaffirmed my beliefs about size and circumcision. In all reality circumcision should be called penile reduction surgery. Do you really think that all of these men suffering with four and five inch dinks are small because of heredity? Look at what you see the next time you you see a large dink. It will either be intact or moderately circumcised. Then notice what a small dink looks like. It will most likely be tightly circumcised, although sometimes they retract (buried penis) from the infantile circumcision which makes them appear to be intact or moderately cut.
Erections support the size of a penis and in some cases they can make them larger. Intact men have this very ability, to have many forceful erections during sex and also while sleeping. Fortunate cut men may have this ability also in their younger years, but most likely not after middle age. Therefore, in my opinion if you want to enlarge your penis painlessly and easily or just maintain it's current size throughout life, foreskin restoration is of great importance.
Anyway, I'm thankful for this site and also for PE and foreskin restoration. Someday I plan to make her scream. I asked her what she will do when I become my goal size. Do you know what that beautiful little wench told me? She said that I would have to cover her mouth so the neighbors won't know (how big I am). Being that I'm currently 7.5" BP (measured properly from a standing position with dink level to the floor) by 6.5" around mid-shaft, I don't think that a goal of 9.5" BP by 7.5" girth is too far fetched is it? Hopefully that'll make her scream for awhile (or at least until she gets used to it).

A good goal in foreskin restoration would be to restore enough tissue so that at least half of your glans naturally stays covered when flaccid. You will regain all of the feeling that you will need for great sex if you accomplish this, although some men aren't happy (like myself) until they have lots of extra skin for the gliding motion on their erect dinks.
You are correct about the restored foreskin being loose (and without all of it's nerves). Intact men have what's called ridged bands (a very sensitive muscled tissue) combined with the frenulum to hold the foreskin in place. If you restore with care as to not cause lateral tissue growth, your new foreskin will contract around your glans very tightly, although it won't be as fast acting as a normal foreskin is. If you do end up with too much bagginess, one solution is to resort to a surgeon (not the one that butchered you though) who will be able to tighten it up a bit for you.
If I were you I wouldn't worry too much about what the chicks think because they really don't know anything about the penis or how it's supposed to look (except for maybe how big it is). If chicks new anything at all they wouldn't end up being mothers who circumcise their sons. Also, for surely I wouldn't count on modern medicine for anything (look where "modern medicine" got you today). Sorry, but when it comes to the medical industry I'm always a skeptic.

I've got a TLC ventless system on the way to use for ADS purposes but I will also be getting the forskin cone. After reading all this...I definitely am going to be restoring my foreskin completely and then some. I will NOT circumsize my son....when I have one either.

Circumcison is not the cause for a small penis nor is it the cause for concern. Some men who ae circumcised have large units and others don't. If a circumcison as done as is stated in this thread, incorrectly, then that might be a case where something can be done, as Supra is trying to find out, and having tests done to see where the problem lays. If you are going to blanket case all circumcision as in error and everyone who has a small glans and has been circumcised is in jeapordy, then that is incorrect. I was circumcised, havd restored my foreskin, not actually on purpose, but non the less restored it. I had a large glans previous to restoration, had no problems prior to restoration. Restoration has occured because of pumping, jelqing and stretching. Not on purpose, but accidently. There needs to be a lot of caution and a lot of investigation before anyone jumps on any side street to accept all this. Getting a large penis is not going to solve anything, accept help you accept what you want. I am now persuing forskin restoration as at the highest priority as we speak. MY TLC Tugger is on, I will be jelqing a lot more with petro Jelly and will be taping as well using the T-TAPE meathod. I am circumsized, I think it was a looser circumsizition as when I am flaccid I can push the skin behind my head up to the head, of course by doing this my penis goes in, but I like the way my penis looks circumsized and I would see no problems with circumsizing my child (when/if I have one), I think he will be much happier circumsized if done correctly of course, and most are done correctly. Generally speaking many women find a cut penis more attractive, or so I have heard, I could be wrong.

By the way, when I viewed your pictures Supra, at the time I had wished I had a tighter circumsizition like yours looked. I guess now it may have been a blessing in disguise, and maybe there was a reason the doc left a tiny bit of excess skin there. I had no idea it would or could have an effect like this.

I don't buy this! I have four boys, and they are all circumcised. I was too, not an unhappy thing. Some, as will be posted, I am sure, are unhappy about the circumcision, but there are some definite advantages. There is so much on the net about circumcision and the whole group who have an agenda pro or con. I don't hate my parents and my boys don't hate me for having it done. GS
I dont think think that circumsision on always bad but mine was. I dont hate my parents, they are doing everything they can for me know. I have expereinced a bad one, and my parents say he was the best doctor in the hosptial and they talked about it for weeks before having me. If the best doctor can mess someone up anyone can. I just dont want anyone to experence a bad circumsision.

I know that but you are saying that I am comparing a bad circumsision to my surgery. I am not I have both problems. I am not jumping down anyones throat. I was circumsized very tight at 3 years of age. I was awake when the dr. did it. I vividly remember 3 nurses and my parents holding me down while the dr. hacked me up. I experienced PAIN every time i got fully erect before pe. I finally have stretched enough skin to relieve the tightness to some degree. I always figured the circ. was part of the reason for my being so short. Erect pre pe was 4 1/2 bp. Flacid was less than 2 inches. If restoration relieves any of the hell I have already been thru I am all for it.
Man I am so sorry you had to go through that. I hope we all can get over these problems.

I have a question about foreskin restoration. Okay, when you cut the foreskin you lose a lot of your sensitivity, we know that much. But, they're nerves that went away. Nerves can't come back. Once they're dead, they're dead. Just curious as to how restoring skin would do anything?

Hey Supra. As you know and me and you talked about i was circed when i was 16 and im 22 now. I cry about it sometimes because i want it back so bad. I just started restoring a few days ago and i believe i can come back to 95% sensitivity at the least due to me knowing what its like with a foreskin and without. My starting size was 7 x 6.5 and i wish i would have not been cut at 16 cause i still had some years of penis grow left and that might have hendered it. I do think circumcision results in smaller penis sizes and maybe that is why im so large to start with. I basically still have almost all my foreskin and alot of my inner foreskin is gone which is the part im going to stretch the hell out of and get it to grow back. Ill be relentless at this. Ive been wearing my tugger 22 hours a day now for the past week and its really starting to loosin the skin back up. I keep having dreams about how my foreskin used to be. Its always on my mind and i will pursue it relentlessly until i have it restored. I might opt to have the opening tightened a little bit once i get over hang and have my frenulum which i have about 75% of left reattached also through some kind of microvascular surgery. I was shut a dumb shit for letting myself be cut and ill regret it forever unless my restored foreskin can compare to it and if it does ill right a huge long story about adult circumcision and how it really compares to baby circumcision and sensitivity.
Your Penis, was not meant to be exposed. By being exposed 24/7 it is alwasy getting touched, rubbed, and the skin becomes hard and un sesitized. Once that skin is put back over and the glands and frenulum can hide, they become nurtured by the body and regain there sensitivity. Along with greater circualtion, bigger balls, and everything that goes along with foreskin restoration

I have done some extensive reading on the topic of circumcision. Studies have confirmed that you are prone to more ureathral and bladder infections without the foreskin intact. Bacteria normally killed by secretions of enzymes in the glands in the intact male are not present to protect you when cut. Sesitivity loss due to nerve removal, circulation in the penis is lost too. This may have some effect on size as you go through puberty. Although what was removed can never be replaced, you can protect the head from overstimulation and restore sensitivity to the head. Circumcision is compared to the barberous removal of the clitoral hood, and labia performed on african women by tribe elders. It is genital butchery anyway you look at it.

Abstract
Purpose: We evaluated the results of microvascular penile revascularization in impotent men and carefully selected those whose vasculogenic impotence was defined as arteriogenic impotence, veno-cavernous leakage or mixed vasculogenic impotence. Materials and methods: Over a period of 11 y, 114 patients were treated for vasculogenic impotence with two surgical procedures: Michal II arterial bypass (44 patients) and modified Furlow-Fisher technique of deep dorsal vein arterialization (DDVA) (70 patients). Initial evaluation included history, physical and neurological examination, hormonal level determination, pharmacological erection test, Rigiscan, duplex ultrasonography, selective pudendal arteriography, dynamic cavernosometry and cavernosography. The patients were followed up for a mean period of 17 months and the results were clinically evaluated. Results: The results at the end of one month were considered as good in 69.5% and improved in 12.2% and failed in 18.3%. Follow-up results are good in 47.8%, improved in 14.6% and failed in 37.4%. The best success rate was obtained with patients with pure venogenic impotence treated with DDVA, whereas the worst was observed in patients with pure arteriogenic impotence treated with the Michal II procedure. DDVA seems to provide better results than arterial bypass regardless of the etiology of impotence. Conclusions: Penile microvascular revascularization is not the best cure for all impotent men but appears to have a place in the treatment for selected patients with vasculogenic impotence. Further studies will be necessary to define parameters able to permit a better understanding and selection of candidates. DDVA is the most effective procedure to treat surgically vasculogenic impotence although the hemodynamic and biologic consequences of this operation are unknown.

CIRCUMCISION has nothing to do with penis and or glans size. With that said foreskin restoration is the easiest part of PE if so desired. A bad circumcision, in most cases, can be repaired through manual skin stretching. This does not account for cases that involved infection where tissue was destroyed or permanent deformity due to incompetent methods.
This thread is discussing 2 very different topics and both deserve proper response. Penile Revascularization is a procedure for patients with classic erectile dysfunction that fit into a wide array of classifications including age, diet, and lifestyle. The Ideal candidate for this surgery is someone under 40 years of age that has exhausted other methods of correction. (Penile implants, medication, general penis enlargement methods) One other important criteria I found while researching this is that the patient should also have sustained his injuries from blunt trauma too the penile area.
I studied many cases between last night and today and this is what I found. First and foremost there are a few different revascularization methods being the Michal II penile revascularization, Furlow-Fisher procedure, and the Hauri procedure. In most of the case I read online follow-up periods were about 32 months. Some case studies faired better than others but for the most part permanent successful correction fell less than 40%. On average 20% of the cases produced negative results while the remaining 40% went unchanged.
Here is one of the studies I found very interesting that explores newer strategies.
Vasculogenic erectile dysfunction: newer therapeutic strategies.

PURPOSE: Despite recent advances in therapy, reversal of vasculogenic erectile dysfunction (ED) is rarely possible. A review of vasculogenic ED may further our understanding of the underlying pathophysiology and help develop more effective curative therapy. MATERIALS AND METHODS: We reviewed the mechanisms of vasculogenic erectile dysfunction and discuss the therapies currently available or being developed for possible future use. RESULTS: Penile erection is a complex neurovascular phenomenon that may be affected by hypercholesterolemia, atherosclerotic vascular occlusive disease, veno-occlusive dysfunction and cavernosal fibrosis. Animal models of diffuse pelvic atherosclerosis can be maintained by feeding oral cholesterol and injuring the arterial endothelium. Impaired inflow may be addressed by penile revascularization but this strategy is applicable only in select cases. Neovascularization using vascular growth factors has recently been demonstrated to be feasible in animal models. Permanent reversal of impaired cavernosal relaxation requires control of hypercholesterolemia and lifestyle changes, such as smoking cessation. Cavernosal fibrosis may be reversible via some of the same approaches used in treating Peyronie's disease but to date little clinical success has been reported. Venous ligation appears to have a limited role in treating veno-occlusive dysfunction only in highly selected men with minimal cavernosal smooth muscle dysfunction. Hypoxemia, sleep apnea and respiratory failure may also affect erectile dysfunction. However, little attention has been paid to oxygen as therapy for ED. CONCLUSIONS: Current therapy, while effective in circumventing vasculogenic ED, is relatively ineffective in permanently reversing the condition. Further research aimed at long-term treatment strategies in vasculogenic ED is needed.

I mean that MY CC the two chambers in the side of hte the penis get exreamly hard, if you look at my pics you can see this, My peins is very wide. But as far as depth, I am lacking, the CS is that long thing underneath your penis, It looks luke a tube, I get no blood flow in there which results in getting no blood flow to the Head. I have a small soft head.
I am persuing forskin restoration to help correct this and Road Dogg is helping me, hopefully he will be posting here soon on this matter. I am having two more of hte last test for this surgery to see if I do have coronal atrerial blockage.

Supra, I believe you have tried everything, everything possible without any type of surgery. It is your body, and I know you are intelligent and wise enough and would of course want to see yourself with the healthiest penis you can have and should have. The sky diving accident sounds like a huge set back, and is something I too would be upset about. Along with the circumsizition...which are two seperate problems that make things X times worse when combined.
Some of the questions of disbelief or even concern most likely come out of love, as everyone here supports you and wants to make sure you do the choice that is the most effective, but also safe for you. You have everyone's love and support here, whatever you decide you will be fully backed up by MOS.

But as far as depth, I am lacking, the CS is that long thing underneath your penis, It looks luke a tube, I get no blood flow in there which results in getting no blood flow to the Head. OK, Thats what I thought. I have the same problem, but I can usually get the head full and plump but sometimes not. I have been commenting on this for a long time, I have basically a flat dick with no thickness. I have always noted that any pornstars or other guys I see with huge girths all have very pronounced and engorged CCs. This is something that has always bothered me as if I could get that engorged I'm sure I could get an easy 0.5" extra. Also, I think that this has effects on stimulating the female to orgasm. But prior to this, no one has really had any feedback or anything to say about it.

Gainer18...Here is my opinion..I have had a restored foreskin now for several years. Flaccid, my foreskin totally covers the glans. The Glans just peeks through the foreskin, so you know I have it totally restored. When erect, the foreskin still covers the ridge, but easily slips back. I even have the moisture that uncircumcised men have. My glans gets covered with moisture during the day when the foreskin is covering it. What do I think? Well, I have even thought about getting a circumscisioin again. Do I like it? No. Perhaps it is because I have ben circumcised for so many years. It is a "pain" for keeping clean. To urinate, you have to pull the skin back or you will have urine drops or other urine get into the foreskin area. Personally, I do not see a difference in the sensitivity. That is what I heard so many say, that the glans is more sensitive. I don't see it that way. I want to say that my original circumcision left the frendulm totally intact. I think there is some sensitivity there that without it, does not exist. I won't have a circumcision, because I don't want to be cut on. But circumcised is best for clean. I now have to be really more conscious to be washed and clean before intercourse. Hope this helps. Glad to answer anymore specific questions. GS

I have a question about foreskin restoration. Okay, when you cut the foreskin you lose a lot of your sensitivity, we know that much. But, they're nerves that went away. Nerves can't come back. Once they're dead, they're dead. Just curious as to how restoring skin would do anything?

Electric, it seems that you can stretch the existing skin and in so doing the nerves seem to expand too. The nerves are gone but the ones that still exist can be stretched to still stimulate. I personally have not seen an advantage. Restoring might have more of a "visual and personal" benefit but I don't think it has much else. GS

Hey Supra. As you know and me and you talked about i was circed when i was 16 and im 22 now. I cry about it sometimes because i want it back so bad. I just started restoring a few days ago and i believe i can come back to 95% sensitivity at the least due to me knowing what its like with a foreskin and without. My starting size was 7 x 6.5 and i wish i would have not been cut at 16 cause i still had some years of penis grow left and that might have hendered it. I do think circumcision results in smaller penis sizes and maybe that is why im so large to start with. I basically still have almost all my foreskin and alot of my inner foreskin is gone which is the part im going to stretch the hell out of and get it to grow back. Ill be relentless at this. Ive been wearing my tugger 22 hours a day now for the past week and its really starting to loosin the skin back up. I keep having dreams about how my foreskin used to be. Its always on my mind and i will pursue it relentlessly until i have it restored. I might opt to have the opening tightened a little bit once i get over hang and have my frenulum which i have about 75% of left reattached also through some kind of microvascular surgery. I was shut a dumb shit for letting myself be cut and ill regret it forever unless my restored foreskin can compare to it and if it does ill right a huge long story about adult circumcision and how it really compares to baby circumcision and sensitivity.
ERM1981, What was the reason that you did get circumcised? What are you experiencing that you say you have less sensitivity? What are you feeling that you want the foreskin back. I am not critical of your desire, just curious why you want it back? You must have had a reason to get a circ, so I would like to hear why you regret it. Is it just lack of the foreskin? Do you feel less whole? Were you having trouble with the foreskin and it needed to be corrected? Again, I am not critical, just asking why and what? Thanks for answering. GS

CIRCUMCISION has nothing to do with penis and or glans size. With that said foreskin restoration is the easiest part of PE if so desired. A bad circumcision, in most cases, can be repaired through manual skin stretching. This does not account for cases that involved infection where tissue was destroyed or permanent deformity due to incompetent methods.
This thread is discussing 2 very different topics and both deserve proper response. Penile Revascularization is a procedure for patients with classic erectile dysfunction that fit into a wide array of classifications including age, diet, and lifestyle. The Ideal candidate for this surgery is someone under 40 years of age that has exhausted other methods of correction. (Penile implants, medication, general penis enlargement methods) One other important criteria I found while researching this is that the patient should also have sustained his injuries from blunt trauma too the penile area.
I studied many cases between last night and today and this is what I found. First and foremost there are a few different revascularization methods being the Michal II penile revascularization, Furlow-Fisher procedure, and the Hauri procedure. In most of the case I read online follow-up periods were about 32 months. Some case studies faired better than others but for the most part permanent successful correction fell less than 40%. On average 20% of the cases produced negative results while the remaining 40% went unchanged.
Here is one of the studies I found very interesting that explores newer strategies.
Vasculogenic erectile dysfunction: newer therapeutic strategies.

PURPOSE: Despite recent advances in therapy, reversal of vasculogenic erectile dysfunction (ED) is rarely possible. A review of vasculogenic ED may further our understanding of the underlying pathophysiology and help develop more effective curative therapy. MATERIALS AND METHODS: We reviewed the mechanisms of vasculogenic erectile dysfunction and discuss the therapies currently available or being developed for possible future use. RESULTS: Penile erection is a complex neurovascular phenomenon that may be affected by hypercholesterolemia, atherosclerotic vascular occlusive disease, veno-occlusive dysfunction and cavernosal fibrosis. Animal models of diffuse pelvic atherosclerosis can be maintained by feeding oral cholesterol and injuring the arterial endothelium. Impaired inflow may be addressed by penile revascularization but this strategy is applicable only in select cases. Neovascularization using vascular growth factors has recently been demonstrated to be feasible in animal models. Permanent reversal of impaired cavernosal relaxation requires control of hypercholesterolemia and lifestyle changes, such as smoking cessation. Cavernosal fibrosis may be reversible via some of the same approaches used in treating Peyronie's disease but to date little clinical success has been reported. Venous ligation appears to have a limited role in treating veno-occlusive dysfunction only in highly selected men with minimal cavernosal smooth muscle dysfunction. Hypoxemia, sleep apnea and respiratory failure may also affect erectile dysfunction. However, little attention has been paid to oxygen as therapy for ED. CONCLUSIONS: Current therapy, while effective in circumventing vasculogenic ED, is relatively ineffective in permanently reversing the condition. Further research aimed at long-term treatment strategies in vasculogenic ED is needed.

As DLD said, circumcision does not dictate size, and prior to your injury your penis should have been a good deal larger than 6X4.5, which you stated as a starting size at the age of 17 in a different thread. That starting size is literally half the size of what you have convinced yourself is predestined to be your natural size because you believe your father had a similar sized penis.
Please note that I have the best of intention with this post, I do not mean to defame you or slight your endevours on this forum. I rarely post and have little stake in anybody in the PE world's reputation on an internet forum. Your posting, however, does lead me to believe that you become obsessive and wildy preoccupied with topics, only to burn out on them and just as quickly pick up another obsession, which you will again puruse with great emotional intensity. When it is considered that you seem to pour all this energy into obsessing over your penis, it seems quite unhealthy, especially considering your age. You have an enormous number of posts, it seems you do little else. I understand that you seem to be suffering from sexual difficulties, but perhpas some other members will empathize if I suggest that these may be in part inflated by your natural mental predispositions. From all indications you have a normally functioning penis that appears to not have suffered and particular disfigurment, besides a standard circumcision at birth.
I would strongly suggest you evaluate your life goals. I understand that penis health and sexual confidence can be linked and even crucial to overall hapiness, but at 21 years old this energy and enthusiasm should be funneled into educational, professiona,l or otherwise other more conventional pursuits. That is not to say a person cannot work on their penis as well, but it is my honest impression that the person we know as Supra does little else.
Like you said and as shown by your pictures, you were cut tightly (short inner mucosa). I seems to me like restoration would strecth outer skin more than inner. I wonder if you could stretch the inner mucosa area by pulling the shaft skin back to the base and holding it there (making sure the pressure is felt there). Then after you've generated more inner mucosa, stretch forward in the standard sense.
I've been wanting to restore too, but I worry. What if people in the gym think "wait a minute, that guy was cut before" - I know it's unlikely, but things like that worry me for some reason. And what if a girl I'm going out with notices the change and tells all these people.

I wish people would read my post, I have A BAD BOTCHED UP CIRCUMSISION, NOT A REGULAR ONE. AND I HAVE ARTIERIAL BLOCKAGE in the two main arteries that feed the penis.
If you think that those two reason are not enough that I am not at my genetic size and that I will not gain at least 1-2 inches after with a fully restored circumsision, and main arteries restored taken directly from the heart, then that is being naive. I am already 8X6 without with all of these physical problems, you think that I will not have incredible gains after you have got to be mis informed then.

Well i was fortunate enough to have a foreskin left at birth till i was 16 and like i said i made a stupid mistake about having it removed. I do feel like something is missing and before it used to be so sensitive and felt so good when i would masterbate. I do know the difference cause now its like a marathon to cum. That is a sensual part of the male body to remove and its to bad i didnt realize that in time. Im not happy at all about that choice i made and it really depresses me deeply. I talk to my girlfriend about it and she tries to make me feel better by saying it was the choice i made at that time and that i thought was right but i wish i wouldnt have had it done. I dont feel whole, im less sensitive, i have lots of anger about it, everything functioned great and so much better than it does circumcised. Its the way god made us so how could it function any better? Evan if i do restore it wont restore some of the more sensitive parts of the foreskin that i lost, but maybe i can get the feeling of being normal again. I just dont feel normal and Im sorry you didnt get any of your sensitivity back from being restored. Im 22 now so im going to restore and see how i feel after the restoration. I really miss it like you wouldnt believe and its like my body is telling me to do this or i will be unhappy forever.

It does not touch the external penis but it does deal directly with the vascuar system of the penis via the dorsal penile artery. Revascdularization is achieved by microsurgical anastomosis of the inferior epigastric artery to the dorsal penile artery.

Chill Supra. That is what you quote to others. Swank is giving you an evaluation of his. Listen to it. I told you before and I tell you again, when someone disagrees with you, you don't have to jump down their throat and chew them out. In your posts, you publicly speak to the whole MOS FORUM and state your ideas and situation. It is open for response, that is what a forum is all about. I don't believe that hooking up a blood vessel to your penis is going to grow it two inches. You may see some growth but to say we are naive for not thinking it will change your present size, well I agree with Swank. You are the one who is naive. No, we are not doctors and we don't know as much as some but doctors don't know everything either. And, there is always the chance that it won't work like they think. Penis Enlargement is only one area of our life. From your own self condemnation, you are and have been over zealous and over consumed, spending thousands of dollares in this area. Having a big Penis doesn't make us any more of a man. We might want to increase our penile length and girth and be glad and proud when we do, but there are other areas of life.

2. Here's another thought of mine, to the guy who got cut at 16. If you restore, it probably won't feel quite as good as it did before you were cut not only because of the loss of tissue. Have you ever noticed that when looking back at old times, you automatically see them as better than they were?
With that in mind and in addition to still feeling tramautized probably even if you were to gain back 85-90% feeling, you might think it was only 65-70% because of the psychological aspect. Does that make sense to anyone? :)

IM...I think you can stretch the outer skin, but as far as getting the inner skin to lay over and give back nerves and such, that is really a tough question. IN my case, I had some outer skin and inner skin. Thus, the restoration restored even the mucus forming glans and gave me back the moisture on the glans. When a circumcison is so very tight that it takes all and is as some are calling it a "tight circumcision" then it is going to be harder to restore. I was circumcised later in life too, I was several years older, about 3 or 4. I was given was has been called a "german cut", so I don't know what that is, but it is not a tight or complete taking of all skin down to the shaft. No, I don't remember it. Boy am I glad, I don't. Any surgery that cuts the penis is risky. The cutting of the chambers, the veins etc. seem to be very delicate. I know there are a lot of good doctors but an "opps" is still possible. Circumcision is still cleaner and if you work hard to keep your penis in shape you should still be sensitive. I believe that much of the desensitization is because we have let the penis go and no blood getting to the unit.
The operation that Supra is talking about surely makes sense, because blood is a wonderful healer and giver of life. There must be others who have had this surgery, I have not heard of it previous, however. I guess there are those who would pay that money but it has to be the problem, not just a surgery that is performed on anyone to give penile increase. GS
Supra, please stifle your anger. I did not expect that you would react in an entirely favorable manner to my post, but please consider a few of the points, for your own good.
A circumcision, no matter how badly botched, cannot decrease your penis size by more than half. I have done only limited research into this, but it goes against all common sense and knowledge of anatomy to suggest that this is even possible without some type of gross deformity or accident. From the pictures I have seen, your penis appears to be quite normal. Assuming your natural size was supposed to be extrememly large because you believed your father was quite large is incorrect as well. A basic understanding of genetics would tell you that a boy does not necessarily inherit his father's penis, and quite often has a completely different organ. Circumcision has been shown to be quite unecessary, but a good deal of the literature on the web demonizing the pratice greatly exagerates it's damaging effects. The majority of circumsized men, myself included, have a fully functional and very fulfilling penis. If circumcision where actually as destructive as much of the literature suggests, then we would be a sexually ruined nation. I believe that to a certain extent you have been taken in by some of the more extreme opinons on the topic.
As far as likening yourself to DLD, you miss my point entirely. DLD is a 40 year old man, with a child and a permanent partner. He has pursued several occupations in his lifetime and gathered a large variety of experience. Also, if I understand correctly, he is partially housebound due to ongoing struggles with agrophobia and obsessive behavior disorders. He also owns and operates a penis enlargement web site - penis enlargement is his career and it seems a particular talent.
You are a 21 year old, there is no compariosn to be made. This is not condescention, but rather fact. I appreciate that you served in the military for a time, speaking as a person who has lost several family members in war I appreciate the armed forces. That is wonderful that you enjoy your family and friends, and pursue working as a personal trainer. I also commend your religious convictions, it seems to be helpful to you and a source of guidance as well.
None of this, however, affects my original advice. I stated that your posts display a very impulsive, obsessive, and emotional personality. You yourself have related a tale of how you obsessivley purchased every PE product on the market. I do not recall your total amount of posts to date, but you have logged an incredible number since joining late last year. Previously it had been noted that you became outraged and conducted youself in a somewhat inappropriate manner, even against DLD's wishes, when there was a disagreement with that other forum. Now I see you ravenously pursuing this dual angle of foreskin restoration and impotence treatment, operating under the belief that you were naturally endowed with an enormous penis and have somehow been robbed of it by impotence/injury/circumcision. My primary concern is that a person that I think could easily be labeled as prone to certain states of mania or highly polar emotional conditions may react quite badly if you find your new obsessions do not pan out the way you expect.
My reasons for being somewhat dubious are as follows: 1) a urologist, retired, who was quite familiar with the operation assured me that the type of size gain you are hoping for is not only unlikely, but close to impossible barring some unkown medical happening. He also seemed baffled that a doctor might make such claims to a candidate for the operation. If you feel the need to dispute this, I would me quite impressed by an explanation of how this will physically add length to your penis, girth as well, and a comprehensive explanation of what your doctor explained to you about eh procedure, as well his and the name of his practice. 2) so far as the injury, you do indeed have my sympathy if you suffered some variety of accident that affected your penis while in the marines. I am troubled by this though, because I was udner the impression that a person ahd to be 18 to join the armed services. By that age your penis should have been, if not 100% like most men, then 90% or more developed and grown. If ir hindered your grwoth in some way, it could nto have been much, certainly not enough to stunt a truly 9X7 penis at 6X4.5, a starting size you recorded when first arriving on the forum. 3) If you suffer from impotence, have you been using viagra and other drugs to PE all these years? why had you never mentioned such a thing before, as you seem willing to discuss nearly all aspects of your life openly. I understand you are concerned about lack of nocturnal erections. I myself experienced few of these, but always had a fully functioning erection. I think a few fursory searches about sexual health on the internet may show you that many others are the same way.
If I am critical, it stems from concern. I believe you are probably a kind and decent person, and I think any 21 year old owes themselves better than spending - I cannot accurately estimate but I would quite a few - hours a day obsessing over his penis on the internet. As many others will tell you, it appears you already have a very impressive organ that appears to function properly as well. Enroll in school, join back up with the military, advance your career, dedicate yourself to some volunteer work, any of these would be a fine alternative. Perhaps see a psychiatrist that has experience with male disorders, explain about your penis and your struggles, get some perspective.
You are a 21 year old who has addmittedly spent thousands of dollars and I will assume thousands of hours fretting about your penis. I apologize if I am incorrect but it seems, in light of certain contradictions, that your sexual organs are in fairly good health. You may have regrets later on in life when you realize you spent so much time, effort, and resources. IF you are sure that you won't, then feel free to disregard. Best of luck to you.
I feel really bad that I have spent all of this time and money on PE. It sucks. I wish all that time and moeny could have gone into something else. Like a motorcycle that I had to sell casue I did not have the money casue of all this. And many other things.

I am certain that while I have a 8X6 I am missing out on half the potentional of my penis, from a non existent CS and Glands. All I have is my CC. You are talking about two huge parts of the penis that for me do not work. If I am 8X6 now, dont you think that I would be much begger if everything was working. It is not that complicated to figure out. When my doctor told me that I would gain I was smaller than I am not, and have gained about .5X.5 since then. I think that is good.

I would suspect it is way more dangerous and have a higher possibility of failure to try and circumsize a small penis on an infant. I personally don't think it's b/c they want them to have a bigger penis later

I'm not exactly sure how this happens. Guessing, I would think that applying tension to the arteries for long periods stretches them out so that when the tension is released they retract to a naturally wider state then before.

It was amazing to look down and see such a large erection on my body. Also, I didn't drink any alcohol for that two month period of May and June of 2003. Then, The Forth of July rolled around and ruined everything (only for the rest of the summer though).

If you can put your hands in your pants many times during the day it's easy Supra! All you have to do is keep your dick skin under moderate tension all of the time, day and night (while maintaining good blood circulation). Every now and then it probably helps to give it a good yank or two to help speed things up.
Try making your t-tapes from Rejuveness tape. It sticks well, it's strong, it's easy to work with, and your skin can breathe through it. Also, it lends itself very well in making t-tapes because of it's center slitted waxed paper backing.
I will give you exact instructions on how to make a good t-tape later after you acquire some Rejuveness. You can order it from rejuveness.com or else your local pharmacy should be able to get it for you.

Hi All...some of this is accurate and some of it is not. There are too many factors invovlved. Also there are some very radical statements being made. Circumcison is not the cause for a small penis nor is it the cause for concern. Some men who ae circumcised have large units and others don't. If a circumcison as done as is stated in this thread, incorrectly, then that might be a case where something can be done, as Supra is trying to find out, and having tests done to see where the problem lays. If you are going to blanket case all circumcision as in error and everyone who has a small glans and has been circumcised is in jeapordy, then that is incorrect. I was circumcised, havd restored my foreskin, not actually on purpose, but non the less restored it. I had a large glans previous to restoration, had no problems prior to restoration. Restoration has occured because of pumping, jelqing and stretching. Not on purpose, but accidently. There needs to be a lot of caution and a lot of investigation before anyone jumps on any side street to accept all this. Getting a large penis is not going to solve anything, accept help you accept what you want. I have read much of what is on the internet against circumcision and much of this thread is just repeat of that. I do not agree with most of it, would not consider it accurate nor would I even be involved in the process. Someone else could write as convincing an arguement for circumcison and convince many to go that route.
Where there is an accident or something like Supra has explained, then this is a different story but circumcision is not necessarily the cause. Linking foreskin restoration and this surgery that Supra is talking about together is comparing apples to pineables.

I was originally circumcised by choice ; for cometic reasons and needed TWO emergency operations because of haemotomas, burst stitches, etc.
!6 years on I do not worry about my "odd" genitals".
I never cover up in a locker-room situation or at the sauna baths !
The only people who comment tend to be medics.
I had a large penis ; I also had a 30 inch waist.
Now I have a smaller penis and a 42 inch waist.
Self-acceptance is the order of the day ...

I don't buy this! I have four boys, and they are all circumcised. I was too, not an unhappy thing. Some, as will be posted, I am sure, are unhappy about the circumcision, but there are some definite advantages. There is so much on the net about circumcision and the whole group who have an agenda pro or con. I don't hate my parents and my boys don't hate me for having it done. GS

I don't like being circumcised. And while I don't 'hate' my parents for it, I'll give them the excuse that it was done close to 100% of the time in the area I was born. They had no reasons no to do it. If I learned that they did it for some stupid reason (religion, cleaner, UTIs,...), then I would be mad at them.
Now, there is a lot more information on the topic, and foreskins aren't bad. I don't see large amounts of Europeans lining up to get this surgery done. I bet you couldn't pay some of them enough money to cut off their foreskin.
Even with the amount of skin I've gained since starting foreskin restoration, I can understand why that skin is there now and how important it is. Just waking around is much more comfortable.
Hey guys i would like to point out that my forskin was never removed, but it is really tight. at one stage i was going to have it removed but was really scared cause i was just just a kid and worked hard at pulling it back in the the bath. Ironically i thought this was the reason my penis head was so small. Also got major turkey neck going on. In hindsight i wish i had been circumcised. my forskin still has trouble every now and again retracting, if left alone too long and bleeds when i pull it back. i remeber telling the doctor when i was sixteen that i thought my penis was small, he just had a grin on his face and said why do you think that, this was after an examination. Well thats the NHS for you, such a small thing (no pun intended) can make for a happy life or a quick one supplemented with suicide. But this idea of blood flow has really struck a chord with me. Also, had a pain on the underside of my shaft for years, really delicate to touch my penis sometime and its always cold.

From recent use of Viagra over the last few weeks I have been using it in conjunction with PE. A little history on Viagra. Sildenafil Citrate was used to increase blood flow to the heart, but a side effect of viagra was also a huge increase in blood flow to the penis. There is also a lot more history of it besides the use of helping male impotence.
I have a very good story here. I am 21, now some might ask why I am using Viagra. I have what is known as a blockage of arteries in my pelvic section. With means I do not get enough blood flow to the penis. This could of happened by a variety of accident, such as getting hit hard in that region, riding bikes, motor cycles and motor cross, skydiving, repelling or anything else that involves that area or straining while lifting weights such as bench press. I went to see the best urologist in the country. Which if you want to know who it is message me and I will tell you. There office is Urology Consultants in San Antonio, Texas.
So far I have gone through 3 of the 5 tests, the Rigid Scan, a blood flow test, and a ultra sound test, I need 2 more test to be a candidate for what is called Penis Re Vascularization Surgery, which involves making a incision in my lower left waist and grabbing a main artery that comes from the heart and attaching it behind to the arteries that are blocked thus, there are two main arteries down there a left and a right one, they put that artery in back of the two blocked of thus creating huge amounts of blood flow.
A lot of people do not know why they have impotence and this is usually 95% of the reason why. But most people just take viagra to fix the problem with is ok, but since I am 21 I am not going to take Viagra the rest of my life, plus my doctor says after the procedure my penis will enlarge about 2 inches in length and the same about the girth.
Also he said that once I have the procedure I will it is impossible to injure this artery because the artery is coming in front of my body and not wear I sit. The two blocked ones and located between the scrotum and the anus hole. And that I will never be impotent. Keep in mind you still need to eat well and be good to your body and exercise. And that my erections will be rock hard because they are taking an artery directly from the heart to the penis. So I am very exited about this.
This also bring me to why I though I also had a small penis. PE has worked great for me I Am 7.5 X 5.5 now and before PE I was only 6X5. If I could get that much of PE this surgery will mean a whole new world. I will be pushing 9.5 to 10 inches. Which is what my dad is. This also explains to me why I cannot get any bigger than I am now without the surgery because there is not enough blood flow to get there and support that new size. Plus if I do get my bigger my penis will not be nearly as hard. I do plenty of PC work as well.
My Urologist prescribed me Viagra, 50mg, and told me to take it every day even if I do not have sex, but he want me to masturbate every day but do not ejaculate, he says that will slow down the process and he says masturbation lowers Testosterone, so I guess that is the Final answer to masturbation and PE, its ok as long as you are not ejaculating every day and since he is the Best urologist in the country I would take his advise over anyone else’s, wouldn’t, having sex is different your body uses different chemicals and since you are having sex your body has to really work and you get a workout and so that ok to ejaculate, in fact he encouraged it.
I have noticed that from Viagra doing PE I stay longer and harder all day and I keep a better pump, so if this works for me with blocked arteries, I would defiantly work for you. Also Viagra is one of the safest drugs on the market did you know that? Its side effects are minimal and once you stop taking it you body does not rely on it. I do not mess with your hormones in any way. All it does is increase blood flow in your body, thus if your are able to achieve erections before Viagra, like my self, then you will be able to achieve erections after you stop taking it.
I hope all of this has informed many of you about something that you did not know existed, and since I am with the best Urologist in the country everything I have said is true not matter what you opinions are. But I really look forward to keeping you posted and telling you how this are going and if anyone has any questions or concerns about this please feel free to ask. One thinks that all of you need to know is that none of you would know that you have this problem. It is impossible for you’re to know with out having these tests. Now of course there are people without any problem getting hard and they stay rock hard, of course you don’t have this problem, but I am talking to the people who have trouble, take Viagra, cant stay hard for long, don’t get fully hard.

I'm circumcised and i have a large glans and my CS is quite defined towards the base of my penis. I don't think Circumcision effects penis size at all. When i was younger me and my friend compared penis'. I was cut, he wasn't, mine was double the size of his in length and girth. Also, i had to be circumcised due to my glans being too big for my foreskin. It was constrictive of my glans and i couldn't roll my foreskin back due to that, hence the circumcision. My penis didn't get smaller. I was only about 6 but i didn't notice it being smaller.
I personally much prefer being cut. It's cleaner and i think it is more aesthetically pleasing than an uncut penis. I personally don't like the look of the foreskin.

Sorry to double post, but most pornstars are circumcised and a lot of them are about 7 inches long. Considering the average off ALL men, circumcised and uncircumcised, is 5.5 inches, it is proof that circumcision doesn't dictate size. If it did, all pornstars would be uncut and the majority of the circumcised penis' would be less than 5.5 inches. I'm cut and i'm 7.3x5.5... it doesn't mean i should be 9x6 if i wasn't cut.

When you are a baby and get it cut there is more potential for damage. Also many people like me dont like the idea not letting our son make the choice himself. IMO if that choice was left up to the kid once he got older, not only would it be safer (after the time when the glans and skin have been already separated) but it would be the right thing to do.
Having said that, my impression is that Supra went through some serious PE and other body modifications and whether it is the circumcision or such extreme measures that caused his problem (or perhaps a combination of both) I cannot truly say. He feels it the was the circumcision though and I wish him well on getting to the point that he wants to be at.

I didnt get the surgery, the doctor kept giving me the run around. I have been foreskin restoring to increase gland sensitivity though with great success.
