View Full Version : Clamping vs. manual girth busters, etc....

I have been wondering if clamping is better than manual constriction exercises such as girth busters, bends,e tc.....

Yesterday, I did my first girth busters routine and it was pretty intense, with my hands tiring out eventually, but, really, I not convinced that I got any more expansion than when I clamp for 25 mins. with occasional "head presses" to go with it. Basically, while clamped, I'll push down on the head with the heel of my hand (from the front towards my base) which leads to good expansion. I get up to 5.75" expanded and I wish I could get that permanently.

So, what are your thoughts on this? Is clamping better or worse than all of our manual girth exercises? Any distinct advantages or disadvantages to either?

borth work but clamping is just quicker for ME at least.

I have found the same to be true for me. One thing I like to do is get clamped, then after a few minutes, do some slow squash jelqs every so often as well some "gentle" erect bends.

Now, if I could just get my clamped girth to become my "real time" girth......

Hello all, you see its not about manuel girth exercises such as something that mimicks the clamp i.e. your hand around the penis, but the fact that all such exercises work the same and thats by constricting the penis and engorging it past the normal capacity and this ... IS KEY! You can use clamps, ties, string and your hands .. its all constrictors or whatever you want to call them. Clamping is just the loose term for those who use the clamp. Doing it with the hands is the same effects than using a clamp. I do it with my hands allot, very quick and effective with no pain but for long hard sessions the clamp comes in.
