XG'S 30 Days to Growth
An Extreme Summer Growth Contest
Dear MOS Board Users,
I have been following DLD's plan for five weeks and have already seen great
growth (.30" NBPEL; .50" BPEL and .25" EG respectively), but I seek more. As a result, I have created an excellent contest which I call, 30 Days to Growth. First, post your stats in this thread, then set a reasonable goal which you believe you can achieve in 30 days. Second, create a plan to achieve this goal and follow through said plan with an unheard of level of intensity because you only need to work your ass off for this 30 days to achieve your goal. Third, post your routine in this thread. On August 8, post your stats after the 30 days along with a personal reflection; this will mark your 30 days to glory. I have read on other forums that the heat/humidty/etc. of the Summer has caused men to lose their PE motivation, as a result, I created this fun, little game. In addition, I hope DLD can participate, so that he can be even more motivated to achieving his NBPEL goal. With this contest, everyone is a winner, no matter how small, after 30 days, your penis will improve for the better.

DISCLAIMER: My goals may be extreme, improbable, unlikely, whatever, but I am motivated. Do not get confused that gains come easy; they do not, as DLD can attest. My longterm goals are hoped to be achieved within five (5) years when I turn 23 years of age and graduate college.

LOL, what if I'm already on an agressive plan of my own? I'll play along though just for giggles. I personally am seeing length increase every couple weeks as of the last month. I'm using weights exclusively. I'm more motivated than most. I have given myself a year to hit my goals. Realistically speaking I WILL hit them at the rate I'm going. I re-started PE in the form of Weight Hanging using a BIB production model hanger (starter model). The beginning of last month was my first month on this new routine. I gained 3/8" of erect length in that month. Like I said, I'm more motivated than most guys and, I also have a schedule that allows me to PE the way I do. I'm focused totally on length.
Schedule:
6 days on, 1 "off"
Monday-Sunday
Routine:
I hang weights. Currently using between 12.5 and 15lbs depending on how things feel that day. I hang 4 hours total the first 6 days. My "off" day I "only" hang one hour total time. 25 hours a week ave. time. That's 100 hours a month...1200 hours ish a year. About 5 times what the usual hanger might do.
STATS:
AGE: 25
HEIGHT: 5' 8"
WEIGHT: 185
RACE: Caucasian Male
LOT: 9pm
BPEL: 7.75"
NBPEL: 7"
EG: 6" (Entire shaft) 6.5" at very base
SEXUAL: LOL, ok funny stat but, 10 women so far.
STATUS: Umm...PE on and off mostly off over the last 3 years. I only hang weights. No paysite memberships.

Routine:
Very intense stretches all throughout the day (with concentrated sessions every morning and night) and a lighter version of the "crazy girth busters" every night
Stats:
BPEL: 8.75"
NBPEL: 8"
EG: 5 3/8" (Was 5.5 but I stopped girth work for a while)
Goals (30 days)
BPEL: 9.25"
NBPEL: 8.5"
EG: At least back up to 5.5 (not focusing on girth right now)
Goals: (Longterm)
BPEL: I couldn't say, I've trying to gain weight so my fat pad may change a 1/4 inch or so
NBPEL: 10" (May change when I get there)
EG: 6.5"+

Almost forgot about this thing!! My 30 are also up by a few days lol. Well, I hit my length goal like I thought I would. My erect bp is now 8.25". A full 1/4" increase in my bp erect.

No, I had to take a PE break do to my hand injury. I got my cast off today and I plan to enter full force.
