ANC is something I've been messing around with for a while. I have to say this came from being super lazy and not having to much free time(mostly laziness though:) ). This has given me an extra 0.75 base girth and an extra 0.5 along the rest of my shaft. It took a while( I dont know how long...never really thought about making a journal) but then again not to much physical work. Although their was some very painful trial and error. Also I believe that you can make really fast gains if you pe right when you wake up. So for the "exercise"...

What you do is before you go to bed get an erection. Put on a wrap and a clamp(not to tight...not even close to tight!!!!)I do around three notches(almost 6.5 at the base). Then just go to sleep.When you wake up you will be really pumped. Thats it,that simple. Once again try this very slowly as to much time clamped to tightly will HURT!!!!!! Hope this will help some of you guys out and good luck.
