Hi all!
Im getting my clamps soon, and I was wondering what to for adding length while clamping?
Ive read about Active Isolated Stretches, but how are they done?
Any other suggestions on how to add length by the use of a clamp?

Alright mate,
I like constrictors for length work because I see potential for good erect length gains done while fully engorged being more effective at targetting the tunica than doing such work while flaccid, but its just my opinion and everyone has their own ways of thinking etc.
Good exercises to add for length while clamped would be .....

TCS/CTS stretches

^ Those I have done myself in the past with success but the truth is you could use virtually anyother length exercise while clamped if you can manage to do it safely so the bend isnt too extreme because your working fully erect. I have done dld blasters while clamped and some would say Why? as they target ligs and while fully erect your not hitting the ligs but more tunica.
My response to that is, I theorize that when your fully erect ... fully clamped off and target the ligaments, than you are placing them under more stress in this setup than if it were done flaccid. I'm trying to think of how to explain this, but its difficult .. when fully erect and clamped, than stretching I notice the ligaments seem to feel a better stretch and this could be somehow done from the enhanced engorgement pushing them in someways, so easier to hit? I dont know exactly but what I do know is that allot of stretches done flaccid, done in the clamp are allot of more effective from feel and temp gains afterwards.
If you've got a power assist use that in your clamped sessions too.

I'll also have to make a thread to explain the TCS [Tunicae Constrictorized stretch] as someone deleted them several years back but if you have the guide and check it quick you will find the explanation for it but I'll post it later anyways.

But how can you do those stretches when clamped?
I mean, in the description of those stretches, you have to be 100% flaccid..
You are meant to be erect when you clamp?

Those exercises when described were for flaccid state but you can do them clamped, just do them as you are clamped.

Red Zulu is intersting to hear you say that because I've been experimenting with Clamping and I agree that when there is more blood trapped in the penis I feel that my length exercises are more effective. Something to do with the amount of blood trapped and inner penis I feel. Im not sure how to explain. Im curious to hear about this TCS exercise. Looking forward to read that thread
