Cynomel?

I am needing to know if any of you have taken this for weight loss. It is supposed to speed up metabolism by revving up the thyroid. When I was younger I took Synthroid and was told I would taking it for life, now that doctor is gone and the others tell me it is borderline and will not prescribe me any, so I have been taking this. Any input is appreciated, PE or non PE related.

Be careful if you're not using a script, you need to taper off of this stuff SLOWLY or you'll really do a number on your tyroid. IMO you shouldn't be using it if you don't even know what it is.

I am sorry, I have read all about it and know why I take it. Cytomel and Cynomel is the same,just depends on brand. I meant if anyone has had any good luck with this. I have been on the South Beach diet and all that,it has really helped.

Cyntomel does delivery T4 in your body. But once you started to take it, your body will slow your production of FSH, and there is no way to stimulate your body to produce more FSH. So will low FSH your libido will drop a lot.

I know what I am talking because I took Cyntomel to lose weight. Sure it works. But what is the cost? You will fuck up with your hormones and after to cycle you may wait up to 5 mouth to your FSH came to normal.

Cynomel and Cytomel ( same thing ) is a T3 product... not T4 . Synthroid is T4 which is not near as effective as T3. For weight loss a daily dose of 20mcg T3 can be used for 2-3 months at a time since that is a low amount. T3 is good for weight loss by itself but it's best combined with clenbuterol and ECA stack alternating between the two every few weeks. The synergistic effect of the combo is very strong.
