I take several health supplements and I was wondering if the time I take them makes a difference. In other words, does it matter if I take them all at once, or should I space them out?

Usually ya it makes a big difference,
When to take a supp and how important timing is depends on what supp you're taking, what ya got?

Usually ya it makes a big difference,
When to take a supp and how important timing is depends on what supp you're taking, what ya got? A bunch, mostly for my Atkins diet. Here's the rundown. The measurements are per pill:

Centrum Performance multivitamin, 1 pill 1x daily
Citrical (400iu Vitamin D, and 630mg of calcium citrate), 1 pill 2x daily
Borage Oil (500mg), 2 pills 3x daily
Flax Oil (1000mg), 1 pill 2x daily
Fish Oil (850mg concentrate, 240mg EPA, 200mg DHA), 1 pill 3x daily
Vitamin E (400iu), 1 pill 2x daily
Vitamin C (500mg), 2 pills 2x daily
L-Glutamine (500mg), 1 pill 3x daily
L-Arginine/L-Ornithine (1500mg L-Arginine, 1000mg L-Ornithine), 3 pills 2x daily

I also plan on adding lecithin, lysine, Ginseng, Ginkgo Biloba, and saw palmeto.

You sound like me. I've recently added zinc, lecithin, and arginine, plus I take a multivitamin, vitamin c, b complex, and omega 3. Of course that's not as much as you.
