Stretched Out

After a hanging session, is it beneficial to keep the penis stretched out? I here you guys say sometimes you use various methods to keep stretched out. After I am done hanging I do notice the penis retracts, does it hinder gains, or limit potential gains?

Naw, you dont have to worry about anything 'hindering' your gains. The important part is to get the stretch WHILE youre hanging ....thats when you grow anyway....during your workouts.
