ive been havin problems loadin webpages for over a month now. when i click on a link once, i hear it click up to 2 or 3 times and then i get one of the two messages below each time:

i have to click back and click on the link again untill im able to get the link to work. when pages do load on my computer, i have to right click "show picture" because all the imagies are "X" and are not showin. sometimes im not able to connect to AIM and i have to click it a few times until it finally connects. now what i would like to please know is, is it my computer that has the problem or my cable modem?
could someone please help me?
