View Full Version : Routine:the Day The Girth Stood Still!

I can admit that im not the type of person who likes to wait for anything. But I have weight trained for about 6-7 years with only adding about 3-5 lbs. each year so I understand what full commitment is.

But when it comes to my girth gains it seems like I will never get any. I have come to the idea that my overall hammer health is the problem. So my new routine is based around improving my EQ and health of my penis. After I do this for some time I will jump back into a normal routine. HERE MY ROUTINE:

* HOT WRAP 10 MIN.

*JELQ 5-10 MIN.

*PC POUNDER 21-30 MIN.(each set last 3 minutes)
-Start off by doing as many reverse kegels as possible/edging for 2 minutes.
-Take a minute break between each set
-During the break do erect kegels (15-25) depending on how i fell at the time.

*CLAMPED EDGING 15-20 MIN.

*HOT OR COLD WRAP 10 MIN. (will test both until i pick which one I think is better.)

Any suggestions?

Man your gonna kill ya unit if your unit... in a good way of course. Man im a hard gainer to but you gotta find what works. Man try this try 15 mins of clamped squeezes and then 15 mins of clamped wet jelqs and top it off with 5 mins of clamped edging. When you do clamped squeezes try to spread out the intensity in rings as i put it. Start off right under your head then from there move down in 1 inch to 1.5 inch increments until you reach the clamp. When i reach the shaft i start the next sub set with a squeeze for the head. And try to hold your squeezes for more than 30 secs the tunica is tough tissue. Beat that tunnie up B thats the sh** im on
