When I was reading the other thread about the most efficient routine. I got a thinkin'. I said, "self, cuz that's what I call myself". What would be the best routine for me. Because, some of the routines in here are amazing. But,
having a busy schedule there's no way possible I could copy them. So, I decided that the best one for me is:
1. One that I know I can really stick to everyday.
2. One that time wise isn't so daunting.
I decided to do (2) 10 minute sessions a day. Very reasonable and anyone can find 10 minutes. When I broke it down this way. I found that:
1. I do it
2. I can always find more time than 10 minutes to add more. Usually more like 20 mins. or more.
This way I'm not like "shit where can I find the time". This keeps me motivated for PE w/o feeling overwhelmed.
As we always say, "Keep it simple".
