Hey Guys what up hope the clampin been goin strong I just happened to notice somethin today during my clamped horse squeeze and i notice something that has had me confused for a minute its this just because we have clamped enough to keep blood in doesnt mean that the tunica is fully engaged the lack of complete tunica engagement or complete arousal where ya mans is dumb hard leads me to believe that this is why many clampers experience a increase in girth at 100% but many claim to gain more between say the 75 to 90 percentile i only noticed because i restimulated between sets a lil longer than usual and i felt a whole new internal stretch and my mans is hangin lower than ever right now so my suggestion is this even if it takes more time to stimulate yourself go for it because it will pay off at the 100% spot that all of us want this imho can maximize EG results from clampin

So my suggestion is this, even if it takes more time to stimulate yourself go for it because it will pay off at the 100% spot that all of us want. This IMHO can maximize EG results from clamping.

Yes its a great observation. Lilt how do you think we could make the best of this in our workouts?

Examine your workout Red, as well as others, and look for the signs. When i examined my routine I looked for times when my unit was really feeling fatigued. You'll notice that once in a blue you will get ready to do a clamped squeeze or erect bend and you will be engorged because of all the kegeled blood but your tunica will be only at that 85 to 95 percent range. my suggestion is to switch things up. Look for a different stimulation source. If your a porn watcher lay off a little bit or try a different genre. Or you can jerk til you feel that complete engagement. But be warned exercises at 100 percent tunica engagement is very intense so be ready for a hell of an internal stretch. Sorry guys about the editoral work. In school for PreMed and all the damn papers i do have to be perfect just thought that you guys wouldn't mind the lax style of writing. Hope this helps you guys smash your goals.

Usually I'll do what you suggest and that's to re-stimulation back to a full 100% and proceed with clamping. Then I can feel the tunica becoming fatigue to the point of soreness.

I feel that inner soreness to the tunicae when I perform the CTS/TCS especially.

Haven't tried the CTS yet. But man I'm doing a four day one 3 off routine and my unit is begging for the rest days to show face. I'm gonna gain whether it like it or not! This epiphany imho will really pay off for clampers.
