Yes it's a struggle, but we all know this, and endure this, other wise everyone in the world would be doing this! It's the hardest thing I ever had to do!! You can't jack it in Still!! You have the metal to achieve your goals, besides, you are an ex-marine, and they never ever give up!!! So come on man, we need you here to struggle with us, and lead the way! In the end we will all make it, but it want be the same without you!!

If you really want to throw it in, then I stand behind your decision. I'm not going to say you won't be missed, because you definately will be missed very much. The decision is yours to make, and whichever one you make I hope you're happy with it.

I'm not quitting totally, I"m taking a break though. I think I have mild depression. I just need a break from some things.

That is totally understandable. I've taken those myself. They have helped me out. Good Luck and I wish you the best

Hey Still, I hope to see you back really soon. You are a great motivator for a lot of us here on the forum.
I respect your decision although I regret it. Hope you get over your mild depression very soon.
Good Luck and see you soon,
Yves

Well, what can I say Still.. If you believe taking a break from PE will help, then by all means do it. Otherwise, you may be kicking yourself when you come back later. To tell you the truth, PE is one of the things that keeps my depression away (When I'm doing it consistently that is). The thought of making myself bigger and getting results by myself are really something. Well, hope to see you back soon buddy!

Everyone needs a break sometimes. Even Olympic athletes take time off from their training (still waiting to see PE as an Olympic event :) ). After some time off, you'll come back with more motivation and enthusiasm than ever.

I swear still is joking about a previous thread RED made before :P
Umm... don't know what to say but I wish you well on your life.
I think the problem is that sometimes some of us focus TOO much on our penis rather than our daily lives and it may catch up to us. Whatever it is, I hope you feel better and come back.

Still, you are a great encouragement to all of us. Take a break if you need to but come back real soon. And we all say, don't stay away totally and when you think about us, check in. GS

I completely understand you stillwantmore. I had the similar problem. I was doing PE for about 8 months and had some gains but I constantly had this feeling that I am not getting nowhere regarding my mental and spiritual state. I was spending more and more time pulling my dick and browsing the forums too much. I decided to quit PE and go with my hobbys that I neglected like playing drums and tennis. I think I have a good size at 7 inches to satisfy a woman well. I will resume the Kegels because they are the only thing that feels good. In my opinion there is some connection between depression and PE. Good luck stillwantmore and all you guys in this forum.

Maybe the next DSM will have a PE Syndrome diagnostic.

Still, I understand. Sometimes it is necessary. Do what you have to do.
I have in the past. Sometimes you feel like all that you are doing does not pay off in the time that you set for yourself. It gets frustrating sometimes. I know. So take you time. If you have come to that crossroads then it is time for a break.
