So i came up with this new joint... well i think i came up with it... Not trying to steal no ones flashin lights just tryin to help you guys out there that got a case of baseball bat dick like me. So here it is.
Exercise - Reverse Clamped Jelq
Apply your wrap, if you wrap, and then apply your constrictor. You want to be at 100 percent engorgement nd 100 percent tunica engagement so that you will actully get some work done. Now after your all kegeled up bone press ya constrictor. Now with your free hand make an ok grip and start at the very top of your head. This exercise shold be done with lub and ill get to that in aa sec. You want to start at the opening of your urethra and squeeze tightly. You want to squeeze all the blood out of the head and into your shaft. Then you want to squeeze all of the blood out of your shaft and into you base. Now its gonna be real intense and your gonna need some lub to not only aid in a smooth reverse jejq that will apply even pressure but also to alleviate pain from friction.
Conclusion
I feel this will work because now the constrictor, clamp in my case, really gets some lime light. Its job is to not let blood flow out and now since your moving towards the clamp the blood is under increased pressure from your hand moving towards the body and your constrictor preventing it from feely flowing out. So all that pressure gets translated onto the tunica. The reason i feel its best to be rock hard when doing this is because it will hit the tunica at its strongest point and over time weaken and growth will become imminent. And if you really wanna cure that Baseball bat try kegelin it up why you do this.
