Yes, the endless discussion over lig pops. I'm on the south beach diet so I get sugar free. :)
Well, when screwing around after several sets and experiencing these pops I thought I would post what I did ,so if any want to see if they could get them,then go for it.It's called sharing and if they work let me know.

I hate going up in weight,that's why I do crazy shit(sometimes dangerous) to keep fatigued. So here it is, attach your weight,get down on all fours, get the weight swinging in a circular motion,much like manual cranking,only using weights instead of your hand. It has been working for me pretty consistenly, that's why I'm letting you know. Any questions,just ask.

So your hanging to get lig pops?
A lig pop isnt a sign of magical growth imho, its the same as any ligament or tendon in the body that has air trapped under it against the bone, when it pushed this the air is forced out and a POP occurs.
This is the same with ALL ligament/tendon pops as they are like I said just trapping some air in a pocket near the bone.
Guys have had them while having sex........ They are no harm imho, but I cant see the point in hanging to get them LOL.
But its your choice, tell us how it goes.

Nah, Red. I don't really give a shit about the pops either. This way of hanging I do allows me to do the cranks while hanging. I just thought it was odd and relayed the info. I don't do this just to get the pops, it just happens when I do the cranks.

Weirdo? I've been a weirdo all of my life :) ,but not that much of a weirdo. Some folks swear by thos pops, but my fingers aren't 2 feet long by popping my knuckles,so I don't subscribe to the "magic" in them

I want to ask if anybody gets gains after an lig pop? I read that it is not unusual to gain after a lig pop occurs.

I also want to ask if it is possible to get a lig pop when you are not attacking the ligs directly by downward hanging or stretching for example when you stretch/ hang in a 9-12 o clock position?

I want to ask if its possible to get lig pops from upward stretches? I got sometimes something what i would consider a pop, but i got them when i was stretching between 9-10:30 o clock.

I neither experienced remarkable gains, nor have heard reports of remarkable gains after lig pops.
