Healing cuts faster

Guys I was wondering if you have taken anything to heal a cut faster. I got this cut above my eye, it wasn't deep and i didn't get stitches but it is an annoyance. If you have tried anything besides bacitracin and neosporin please post it. Thanks everyone.

Sometimes I break open a vitamin E capsule and smear that on before I go to bed if i have a deep cut. If the cut leaves a scar Mederma is excellent for smoothing them out
