You know something, this is actually not as strange as it may first seem. The mind can do lots of stuff, quite literally it can make or break you! I have been at both sides of the sword.

I'm starting to see growth again in my penis, its width .. getting thicker ... well I was going over this in my head several months ago that my penis would be like Shorty-Mac's oneday and it would get thicker & thicker ... now it has started to grow again and its already at 7 inches girth in places and I dont exercise much like many here do!

Lastly with regards to exercise ... I wanted to lose some small amount of fat in places. I'm not fat my any means but wanted some definition in chest & shoulders to show those areas off more ... a few months ago I kept wanting this and saying to myself I would lose fat and get leaner, but stil keep muscle and get stronger.

I exercise the HIT-way with extreme intensity about 2 times eachweek and that is enough and now I have seen a reduction in fat ... around my shoulders & chest .. my trapezius muscles as a result look larger as they peak over the shoulders ... my strength is also going higher.

just try it. all you do is listen before you sleep. it's helped me get to sleep at night and wake up feeling more refreshed. the best thing is i think it's cured my temporary ED. i hope it works like it claims to. i'll know on November 24th rofl

To be honest it made me laugh...but then I figured i should listen to it when i'm sleeping...it might have an effect subconsciously...

So I put it on repeat and went to sleep...I woke up a couple of times at night, and I never wake up at all...so I guess it must be having some kind of effect...

Anyways i will try it for more than 2 weeks, probably a month...

You know you could probably have found the answer to this yourself faster than it took you to log in here and ask that question. Just listen to track2. To answer your other question, you cannot listen to two tracks at the same time, though there should not be any problem if you listen to them seperately so just make a list and let both of them play during your sleep. Notice that the site recommends that you listen to the penis enlargement track in collaboration with the instant erection track.
