Obvious answers for the obvious questions.
FAQ:
Yes, it works for Girth.
Yes, it is supposed to work for length aswell.
Yes, you can use it in the shower and in the bathtub.
No, the fake products doesnt work. The real Bathmate is the only one that works.
If you stay commited it is supposed to give you gains that later on become permanent gains.

My own knowledge so far about the Bathmate:
After 3 weeks of use I've seen that the gains is lasting way longer compared to when I started to use it.
A simple rubber penis ring for 1-2hrs on as lightclamping after using the Bathmate works well for me. It's great and my flaccid gains stays forever and about 60-75% of the "after Bathmate workout-gains" is there aswell in erect state.
How do I do it? I use it in my shower while putting on a nice porno to watch on my laptop to get huge and just to let the time pass while pumping like a freak. That's how I do it.
The suction is so heavy that the Bathmate is stuck on your penis even if you arent holding onto it.
The quality is so far excellent. I got no problem at all after 3 weeks.

I can start off with..is there anyone who got problems to get it on comfertable?
I sometimes got problems with getting it on comfertable, it feels my like balls is sucking into it so I try to stretch them out alot before using it. :/ irretating but nothing major at all tho

I get that slight feeling sometimes too. It scares me how my balls feel a little colder (but this may be relatively colder because my penis is warming up).
The manual says to enter flaccid but I found that to be too hard, I have been using it at 95-100% erect.

hey, i never tried entering it erect, that is a GREAT idea! by the by, RUBBER BAND YOUR BALLS WHILE USING THIS, IT HELPS ALOT. i use a hair band so there is no pain, and it keeps the balls nice and low and out-of-the-way while using this thing. no need to worry about getting them sucked up in. :)

To me I like the bathmate I try to make sure that I do manual length and girth work before I use it along with some clamping. I found that the gains stay longer when I do it this way.

Yeah this idea of useing a rubberband or something else that works like a clamp, worked for me really well several years back when I did conventional pumping for X amount of time, followed by clamping for X amount of time.
This was superb for gains and if you can go inside the pump constricted with something around your cock, than do it .. your than pumping an already enlarged unit which will become thicker and than after the pumping do the same again i.e. some clamping and rest.
Gains WILL COME ... tried and tested method.

Has anyone that ordered the Bathmate from BathmateUSA received it yet? Not sure if anyone has tried to call the 800 number, but there is never a response. They put you on hold for less than 2 minutes and then a recording comes on and tells you to call back. I have called numerous times on different days and still nothing.
If anyone in the states has ordered it from bathmateUSA, the link on the first page of this post and you have received it, could you please let me know.
I am having it sent to a P.O. Box and I want to be sure its shipped in a plain box with a discreet name. I also need to know if its shipped usps. Seems like they are not very good at responding to their customers. Are they the only distributor in the states?
I want to order it from bathmateUSA so DLD gets credit for it, but I'm not to happy with the legitamacy of this company.

Opa, because of getting no answer from the company, I called three sex shops today, none of them have it in, or can get it from their reps. I think this product is fairly new to the states, and not very easy to come by.
Plus as I said before, I want DLD to gain from the sale, anyone that has a chance to support the site, should.

Haven't tried the bathmate, but have pumped in a very warm water filled pump many many times. Works real fast. I still like to start with a tube that is maybe a half inch larger than my partially erect unit. After a half hour or so I switch to a bigger tube. But you are still going to have lots of fluid build up which means if you are planning on using your tool you are probably going to have to use a cock ring and/ or a little help like some viagra, yohimbine or the like. But it is no problem to double the girth for the short term. Long term takes quite a while and dedication.
Not to ramble too much but being new to the jelqing and stretching version of PE I decided to try to combine them with pumped unit. I did overdo it and had a bit of blood showing at the end of the urethra. So I have since backed off of the combo method and keep the exercises separate now with no problems and longer hang.:)

I see major gains in girth if the correct and sensible measures are taken such as not going like a madman day in day out and doing marathon sessions ... going in the pump at full erection constricted is a very effective way to gain girth!
I think with this a clamp cant be used inside the tube, no room.

Everyone on MOS that has used the BM has had nothing but great things to say about it. I don't think you will be disappointed. The BM is def. the next thing on my list.
@islandboy22 - I think your supposed to pack(fill) the first BM before you upgrade to the Goliath. This is commonly done with all sorts of pumping as well. Don't upgrade to a bigger tube till you've filled it up.

It's about the preassure, not the timelimit.
The donut look is something you get if you are overdoing it which actually is great. Im sure of that if you overdo it and get the donut look more often you will gain faster than if you dont have it. The look shows that you have done a good job.
The problem is that it takes 24hrs for it to dissapear but that's nothing important if you are single. Another thing if you got a partner, might look very odd then.

Just wanted to let you guys know that I got my BM about a week ago, and have been using it daily. So far I can't say I've gained anything, but then, I need to allow some time to do it's thing. It's quality product for sure though. Thick plastic, feels sturdy. I'll keep you updated.

I'm trying to figure out how much pressure I should use without causing fluid build up. Since the Bathmate doesn't have a guage, I'm gonna go off of the numbers on the tube as a guide. My question is, is there a minimum amount of pressure I should be looking or feeling that needs to be used for the pump to be effective? Like I said, I kept on pumping the Bathmate because it didn't feel uncomfortable and I felt like I could keep on going. But then again, I had fluid build up. So is there a minimum pressure necessary for the Bathmate to show results that I can look for?

i always measure MSEG and that is where i measured the gain! but from looking i have gained all over (base + head).

Ah, never had such a problem like that.
You know you should do 3-4 good/heavy pushes to make it suck then you just stand up and make sure it's stuck. I do my routine like that and then I start to pump more and more.

ronron - I'm pretty sure that cotton strip at the base is the problem... try it without and see if that helps

yeh Im pretty sure I've gained 0,3-0,5 cm solid gains. But as I said before.. I try to do a proper meassure about 1,5months use of the product, so far 1 month have gone almost. Had 4 days break on the whole month. So not much rest.
Im getting a longer expansion, but not bigger after the BM use after each session. It's still 2cm thicker. But it's getting longer and longer inside the BM while pumping than before.

^ Thats because your penis is getting used to the stress placed on it and hence you need to go longer in the pump to reach the desired size as before it was quicker.
You need to up the intensity Opa and use shorter sessions with more rest days and you will see changes.
sounds like a good idea, might try it out Redzul. It's pretty hard to know how to work properly. Sometimes I think about going around with the cock ring all day out after a BM session.

Just wanted to pitch in and tell that I did the exact same thing today without any problem whatsoever! It was pretty obvious though that I haven't been doing my sessions as long as 20 minutes before as it was pretty damn boring to just stand there doing nothing. I've been using the Bathmate for 2 1/2 weeks now, an I'm startin to notice some girth improvement. I'm using itin the shower each and every morning for 10 minutes, and at on weekdays I'll ave a bath, where I'll use it for 20 minutes. Just a thought:
Why not jelq straight after using the bathmate, so you are jelqing a half erect bigger and fatter version of your penis? I'm very sure this will give you gains.
Why not do the newbie routine after using the bathmate, and then progress just like you did before you had even heard of bathmate?
Clamp off straight afterwards for 15 mins or so, whatever you can handle. Maintain good erection throughout and in time it wil help the process.
Pumping is very effective when done right and not to extremes like on those wild pumping sites that have a fetish for really fluid-swollen dicks ... avoid that and try to keep it to the minimum although some fluid will be unavoidable and infact not a bad thing as it can help to pad the internal chambers of the penis when you combine pumping with other methods of PE.
When one pumps aswell it creates a vacuum not just outisde the penis chambers, where we than see this fluid but from the inside ... the core of the penis and still little is known from a medical standpoint as to the exact science of pumping to the penis and how it actually helps it grow ... sure we know about it helping blood flow and doing this and that, but lets get more detailed here ... lets dig deeper right inside the penis, right inside those 3 main chambers, than inside the pockets that fill the chambers with blood as we become aroused .. whats going on?
No one knows 100% as I imagine a penis hasnt been dissected or an experiment replicated to show a pump doing the type of work we do here ... it would be awesome to see a ballistic gel model of a penis, with accurate insides go inside a penis pump and than cut open to see how it was affected .. that and other devices attached during the session.
The point of me going on ^^^ is that its important to combine pumping with other methods of PE such as clamping because something else is going on inside the penis that many overlook with pumping, and claim as merely fluid build-up .. it aint.

Yeh, I got some cool flaccid gains and a little erect. The BM thing works but you really have to be patient with it. Gained about 0,3cm girth errect in 1.5-2 months. And the flaccid is about 1,0cm thicker which is pretty damn cool, cuz that's alot.
No length tho, but I bet it will come. I bet a newbie with a rather small penis would get fucking awesome gains with the product.

Redzulus tip did very good tbh, it's rly good taking 1-2 days off every week. It makes the next sessions even more intense since the penis thinks it's resting time but nono, the next day it's work time, and it is building up something. :)
Well i've done bibhanging for some time and his strategy was to not take any breaks during the sessions as it will allow it to heal. I do believe some of that is the truth in this case. As you see with this pump you really cant set the pressure in it yourself, the max is max and i think thats a good thing as you will gain.
So with that being said if you grow while using the bathmate, the pump will still always have the same amount of pressure on your penis wether you are just starting out vs. you gaining 1/4" with it. The intensity just matters on how you feel it. For the record guys, I broke my record today inside the pump!
Normally after a session Im about 16.5cm girth around the base and 15.8-16cm midgirth, and inside the pump I barly reach the 20cm mark.
Today I reached 1cm above the 20cm line which means 21-21.5cm length inside the pump!
And when I meassured after the session my girth was 17cm base and 16-16.5 midgirth!
It hurt like hell the last 5 mintues actually, to be totaly honest, I pushed like hell to reach so far.
Feels great now, no particular damges etc! :)

Has anyone else had trouble with suction? The only way I can seem to get full suction is when the BM is partially submerged in water. I tried using it in the shower, but the suction was very weak, even when the water is running over it. I also tried trimming myself, but there still seems to be a problem. Any suggestions?

I can't go in this thing flaccid and actually get myself to go in straight so i always get erect first, doesn't really make a difference i dont think.
But yeah the first day i started to pump with the bathmate again i took it easy and didn't really push so i can just condition myself back into it and i was at 155mm, not im up to 165mm, so thats 6.5 inches in length and my girth feels a little thicker too, i didnt get to measure but i started at 6".
Hopefully with more and more use these gains are permanent and not just fluid buildup?
I tried everything with stretching and hanging but each took substantial amounts of time that i could only give a few days to. Many people would argue wether you lig stretch or pump gains are gains, but increasing the cavities and blood flow seems like a good way to do it, if thats what pumping does?!

hmm not sure if I can help you then.
But I can tell you how I do it.
I just stand up filling it to the top with water, while blocking the water from dripping out bellow the Bathmate. Then I push as hard as I can with it against my penis at the first push, and then I push pretty hard 5-6 more times and then I start to do ordinary hard but not too hard pumping.
After this, it's stuck forever on my skin unless I press the button. Not a chance that it would fall off from my body after I've done that.

It comes very discretely from the USA site as far as i know, plain brown box but the label does say bathmate store on it sadly. I mean, 9/10 chance no ones going to touch it.
I'm slowly making my way to 170mm, relaxed a while today, got hard and noticed a nice change in girth, im starting not to be able to wrap my index to my thumb around it as easy as i use to. I don't measure like a fanatic, but this is usually a good gauge for me.
I wish you can stay in it longer as keeping your dick in the pumped state should solidify some gains easier as it should allow the blood to be kept in there longer. I do not know if this is a good idea, because i always hear bad stories of overpumping :(

Opa I just got mine and have used it twice. Question for you, I can hear a slight release of air from the top, while wearing it. Does this happen to you? because of this i have to re pump it every 3 mins or so. I don't think this is right. Does anyone know how to fix it? I really dont want to send it back.

it's not supposed to sound/act like that. If it leaks air I would check so the rubber ring inside the BM is blocking correctly. Dont push it around with stuff, just check it.
Then I would try out to find a flat surface maybe a table or a wall and gently smack the BM on it (with the bottom onto the flat surface ofc!) so it pushes the ring with air-force to it's original place and covering the top correctly again.
Hmm cant tell if this will work, but yeh.. I would try it. I saw a guy on youtube do it. Search for Bathmate on youtube.

i was looking on this forum and saw the bathmate and decided to buy one, it arrived today and i think for the first time ive ever used a pump i over did it, had the fluid build up donut under the head but went an hour or so after and also got the red dots on my shaft, the pump wasnt hurting so didnt think the pressure was enough so kept giving it alittle pump, i was only in it for 17 mins but still this happened, again ive never used a pump before and i dont want to cause damage to my self. any advice for a newbie pumper would be greatly taken, thanks.

I had that problem aswell. My family could be suspicuos even though I did my old PE in my own room. And im also a guy who takes long showers so the BM project fits me aswell perfectly. Since I started a new education/school I had to reconsider my old PE program wich took me about 1,5-2hrs to something smaller that took less freetime. And the BM program takes like 30 min with warmup and down included. Perfect stuff.

But for how long have you done PE? Cuz I think that a total newbie in PE could gain length like hell in notime with the Bathmate while the veteran PE:ers got harder times to do it. But I think it works tho.
You know what you should try? Try stretch with the BM. Pump up your penis as hard as you can for 10 minutes and then bend the BM down so you feel the intense in your penis. Or just pull the BM away from the body to stretch the penis. Damn man, it's so intense.. you will get suprised for sure!
I cant take the BM off unless I press the button...it's such a pressure.. so while pulling the BM away from the body you really can feel the ligs in your penis getting some real work.

it's very hard to avoid the donuts in the beginning m8.
I get rly small donuts nowadays but they never bother me rly.

SYL3R not sure if your question regarding the donut has been anwsered. I have a BM and use the product 3-4 times a week for 15-20 min. Here is what I find. If I go in fully erect and pump it up every 5 min. I tend to get the donut. If I go in flacid and pump up every 5 min. I get lesser of a donut. I try to stick it to 15 min. and don't pumpfully every time so its at a lower pressure and I dont get the donut effect. I dont like getting that effect. Also what I find works best for me is give it a good hard pump at first and let it sit for 10 min. Then I remove the BM for 5 min. and rest. Then I go for another 10 min. pumping fully every 4-5 min. Till the end. This gives me a total time in the pump of 20 min. and I get the best results with this method I typically gain 80-100% in volume. Its crazy and the wife loves it. It might be because I get a good warm up and then a light pump then a break then a hard pump so it gives me a chance to warm up. It takes a little longer but the results are better and the best thing is this way I rarely get a donut!

It is from erect. I usually measure 5.75 x 4 3/4. erect. after I pump I get 6.5x 6.00= That equates to a volume increase of 80.9% its not everytime but about 60% of the time I have increase the lenght to 7.1/4 inch but that was a pretty hard session and I dont count it if I get a donut because it gets too puffy. A hard session with out a donut I can get 7 X 6.625= 138% increase! But this is pretty rare abotu 10% of the time the other 20% falls between 80.9 and 138. Keep in mind these gains are temporary. I usually lose about 25 % of the gain after about 20 min. 50% after 4 hrs and 75% after 8 hrs. The remaining 25% increase takes between 12 and 24 hrs.
I dont use the BM enough to see any premanent erect gains. I have seen gains in the flacid state though. It hangs quite a bit lower the gain is close to an inch but it varries depending on how cold it is and my weight. More so the cold though. When it hits -30 c like it is here now shrinkage is a problem!

I basically become 18cm thick in the pump and outside the pump 16-16.5cm is staying with me for a very long time, then it's back to normal after 24 hrs unless your gaining with it, which many people are doing. And Im only 14.5-14.3cm thick depending on where on the penis the girth is.

i've tried dld's dvd exercises, but i can't do them for extended periods of time because of arthritis in my right hand. i'm optimistic about this alternative method.
after my first use of the bathmate, i found it to be comfortable, but only after a short trial and error period. it took a while to figure out just how to make the bathmate work for me.
my first bathmate session lasted about 40 minutes, 20 of those minutes were spent trying to find the most comfortable positions. when i was finished, my penis felt heavier, looked plump, even swung differently. most importantly made me feel really good when i looked down at it. i'm going to be using the bathmate and keeping track of any gains. i'll be posting pictures after the first two weeks or so.

Now for the guys who keep asking will you gain with the Bathmate .. this is like asking will you, can you gain from pumping ... Bathmate is Hydro-Pumping [Water] so its vacuum is evenly distributed across the penis for better expansion, unlike dry pumping which as many of us know who do it, can tend to favour more areas than others like for example expanding the base out more than the middle and the foreskin etc.
Hydro-pumping is much more effective in how it works and although I haven't tried it, the science and theory behind this are sound to me.
Pumping works, it works rather well but it should not be abused and done with too much pressure which leads to bad press about it and all that disgusting swelling with guys on sites like tigerpump.
To also get the best results from pumping, its best to combine with other PE methods like clamping or other girth methods, even length work if that's your desire or aim at that moment in time ... pumping is like a furnace to me and melts at the penis for it to be moulded into a new shape, that's how I look at it.
With the Bathmate its more safe and effective with the water and reduced chance of fluid build-up. You can also always wear a condom while you pump to keep fluid down to the absolute minimum if you like.
I wouldn't buy a product if I wasn't sure about it or thought it wasn't going to work and certainly not speak well about it but this Bathmate holds allot of promise.
Hi guys, just bought the x4 extender but never tryed them before so not quite sure what to do. Would I be ok useing this and the bathmate on the same day? And if anyone has any suggestions for a warm up little stretch or something before I use the x4 that would be good, not sure about the extenders has again loads of contradictions from site to site but I'm spending money I can't really afford too so that's it for me for awhile :) but do you guys recon with abit of time and using these 2 devices I can make some real good size and girth?

been 2 weeks now and can see slight girth gain but it is slight. although its only been 2 weeks so not expecting magical gains, i do think this bathmate will be really good for girth more than actual gains in lengh, not saying it wont make you bigger but girth deffo, i want to be using this with the x4 extender and abit of manual stretching but not too much as to take me ages to complete. im sure the bathmate will be a great adition to any girth/lengh program anyone has.

Situation: Over many years of I have grown accustomed to having sex daily. As a result I am not easily aroused without a real female's presence (loss of imagination when you don't use it, I guess). I realised many people had red dots by the Bathmate. I have recently got black dots by it. Could be the same thingy I guess. I suppose it's blood that have been stiffen after an overworkout with the Bathmate.

Red dots is very common with use of Bathmate its goes away after some day
i actually just got a scab in the form of a red ring where the base is, first time ever after using it for so long, the dots are common for me though, even after using it everyday.
I haven't really measured yet, just trying to get some visual gains first, but when i do take a break for a day and get hard, the gains i have made are still there. I don't know lengthwise, but girthwise i do and this is how i can tell.
I make a ring with my index finger and my thumb and put it around the shaft gently. I use to be able to get it around without a problem. and about a month into using this, i try and do that and my fingers are extended. Like many others, I use my Bathmate in the shower or even outside the shower - sitting in the tub isn't a convenient option. Like many of the others, I have a hard time getting the Bathmate to stay on. I have to keep one hand on it & repump repeatedly. What have you guys found that works well to overcome this problem?

I have my Goliath model which is hot off the press! Its red in colour aswell. I got it 1/2 price the RRP via the European branch of Bathmate and it was sent to me via the UK factory with recorded mail.

Been using the BM for a few weeks now. My general thoughts:
It takes some fiddling around, perhaps some shaving and toying with various techniques to get good suction... I get great suction now, and pumps. :)
The pump feels fucking great after you do it for 15-20 minutes, then hot-pad time.... Feels awesome.
I've gained flaccid length, and temporary erect girth gains, which I am most concerned about anyway. I can't wait to have a fat cock.

Well I have a thread posted at the fastsize.com forums on the whole time I was using the BM. So far I made about 1.25" in girth and about 0.5" length. I started off at 160mm

The BM has markings on the side to gauge your progress. My very FIRST pumping session I started at 160mm
on the scale. I eventually made it all the way up to 200mm. Then when my girth became too big, I dropped
back down to 180mm and haven't made it past since then. Let me know if that helps your understanding.

that, I started doing 2x20 minute sessions. The odd day I would do 1x20 then 1x30. In my personal opinion,
1x20 minute session is better. You can get alot more expansion and reach farther in the pump.
Some good info I came up with along the way was:
1) Rubbing vaseline along the base of your penis and along the inside rings of the BM. This REALLY helped me out
and alot of others. It would help prevent my skin from getting sucked inside the BM and thus I could reach farther
in the tube. If I didn't use the vaseline for one pumping session I could barely reach that far. Or you could also
try wrapping the base of your shaft in a tensor badage. Worked fairly well, but the vaseline worked better in my
opinion.
2) For the first month I was only pumping flacid. After that I switched it up and did FULLY erect pumping. From the
very first session I could already feel a difference in the amount of expansion. I remember after doing this once,
my penis looked like a baseball bat.
3) As for the fluid build-up. I found that wrapping a tensor bandage just below the head of the penis really helped.
Can be kind of a bitch to get it to stay on. But it did work. Myself, I found that the more days went by, the less
fluid build-up i'd get.
I just want to remind everyone that the gains I made so far were from the BM. I initially had the fastsize device, but
it was really hard to use with my schedule. I was at school most of my days and it was really noticeable. Eventually
I just gave up on it. As for everything else, my diet was clean and I didn't drink/smoke etc. I was taking 10-20g
of glutamine a day. More then needed, but I was taking more because I needed it for muscle repair from my time
at the gym. I was on M1T for about a month. I didn't feel that helped in my PE gains. But it did make my erections

Great gains by the way! Regarding the FDA and Canada, well I don't know so it would be wrong of me to guess. I know that Canada is strict with things coming in, just like Australia and New Zealand are.
The European branch of Bathmate ship worldwide and I'm on talking terms with the director at the moment and will ask him about the Canadian issue because he has informed me that he knows a sales person in Canada, so fingers crossed you could get your Bathmate via from inside your own country, like I did in the UK because factories are in various nations doing these.
The Goliath model is out in Europe and mine has 12/09 stamped on the tube, so its essentially hot off the press last month .. will get pix up tomorrow.

Reached a litte over 19 cm (which is somewhat over 21 cm in real measurement) in the BMG yesterday, couldn't measure the girth inside, but it looked sick.
Was my best BM workout since two weeks, when I got it.

From all the feedback thus far it seems that a hydropump gives better expansion than the conventional pump. I just got mine and hope to have a personal opinion soon.

3) As for the fluid build-up. I found that wrapping a tensor bandage just below the head of the penis really helped.
Can be kind of a bitch to get it to stay on. But it did work. Myself, I found that the more days went by, the less
fluid build-up i'd get.

What happened to that person I would say, is that he took no regard to safety and overpumped his dick to a slushy fluid-like mess and thats the least he deserved if he doesnt respect his body.
The Bathmate has built in safety to it as well, so guys cant go way overboard and that's with the water as well. As the penis expands in the tube, the pressure increases and when you can have more pressure by more water being released out the top end, but you would need to wait before this to happen which is unlike with dry pumping.

I cover just under the head of my penis. About 1" down from the glans. I try to wrap somewhat tight. But not tight enough to cut off circulation. Just make sure that the bandage is tight enough that during pumping it won't fall off.

Used the Goliath today for the first time and man what a lovely pump I got. This whole Hydro-pumping is MUCH better than conventional dry pumping and this is coming from someone who knows about pumping, having used it and gained permanently from it via combining it with other PE methods over the past several years.
I did 20 minutes as recommended in the bath. This was a trial dummy run tbh and nothing fancy. I wanted to get a feel for it and see what happened.
The sensation was, well great! I felt NO PAIN or discomfort at all, unlike dry pumping which does give you various feelings of discomfort no matter how low pressure a pressure you go at.
The suction was GREAT, I was shocked tbh with you all at how tight and compact this thing held and bare in mind from my uploaded pix, its HUGE and around 4 inches in width so that hole is BIG which makes it more impressive how well it holds.
I could sit back in the bath and literally go sleep if I wanted to, while the vacuum pressure remained constant. I noticed my penis was at the same point in the tube for the duration of the session with gaps inbetween the pumps, so te suction was strong and no loss noticed.
As I said it was totally different to conventional pumping, much better feeling and just as powerful. I would push down on the mighty Goliath every now and than to see some water squirt out the top and more pressure applied. As the 20 minutes went by I noticed my penis had increased further in length slightly inside the tube and again held this positon for the remainder, testament to the pumps quality!
Let me also point out that you can keep pushing down on the pumps for more vacuum, because it wont happen and that is GOOD and unlike anything else on the market ... its SAFETY and you will be thankful in the longrun. I tried to push down more at times but nothing, no water squirted out the top and the reasons for this are simple. The whole Hydro pumping principle is that inside thet tube the penis fills it a set amount and than once a vacuum is introduced inside, some water is expelled out the top to allow this change to happen. Now, if you keep wanting more vacuum than the pressure wont go higher until the penis gets BIGGER and this is because no more water is displaced inside that tube for additional vacuum to be introduced in order to increase the pressure .... hope that makes sense.
What all this means is that it is very hard to overtrain with one of these, unless you do long sessions and your penis gets larger with the duration of pump. Nothing like conventional pumping which can create grotesque looking manhoods because of insane strengths in the amount of vacuum used.
Okay all that said. The only pain I felt was on the right side of my scrotum from rubbing on the entrance to the tube but this was and is no big deal and can be sorted out with the addition of vaseline or light padding to the area.
When the 20 minutes was complete I pushed the top right down and it released the pressure just like that. My penis didnt have a single mark or red spot on it! f**king amazing and yet it had a really nice pump to it! Minimal fluid and what I had in this session was what I would get in a medium to medium high vacuum session of conventional pumping and that would also include discomfort on the glans and marks to the penis. With the Bathmate Goliath I didnt even know I was pumping! the water insulates the penis and you just dont realise at all as its pure comfort. As far as PE goes .. this is the VIP room treatment.
So that was my first session with the Goliath and man what a session. I will now need to have more baths to really get going with it. I'll be doing Constricted Boa's [Head enlargement] and standard constrictors while entering the tube in the future. I could have gone much longer in the pump and suffered no ill affects at the constant vacuum I had it on and go up only when need be.

Do you use like a 2 inch wide bandage? Do you use a self adhesive, those hook clamps scare me.

Yes the Bathmate has tremendous potential indeed. The pump you will get from Hydro pumping is much better quality than that we see in conventional dry pumping. Also I forgot to note in my post when I used the Goliath that my length once inside and pumped out was 8.2 inches. As the minutes went by and I was going into approx the 15th minute, the final furlong I pumped again and the length increased to 8 1/2 inches, or a gain of 1/4 inches.
This would also be around my MAXIMUM erect length size on the best possible day. This has given me STRONG encouragement that this beauty can be very powerful to increase my length as well as girth! I didn't get a stretch like that lengthwise in the conventional pump.
