I've been very busy at work since the start of january, and haven't been really commited to my PE excersises because of that. But now I'm ready for my PE training again and going for my new goal of 11" NBP erect lenght amd 7,5" erect girth.

I only use one kind of wrapping - ace bandage approx 35cm long and 5 cm wide.
The hanger is tightned and monuted on my dick, and I really feel the pressure. I hang 1 kg (1,25') for startout, but intend to go slow and steady for best progress.

I work from my home up to 4 hours a day, and intend to use my BIB starter for up to 4 hours a day (I'll start out slow with only 1 hour a day - doing 3 sesions of 20 minutes, but intend to prolong the sessions up to 30 minutes - doing 9 sessions in the daytime and 3 sessions in the evening, when I have more routine.
