Hello
Well I searched the stores in out town on my quest for l-arginine but didn't find it anywhere. But I found the zinc pills and bought them and took my first one today. My question is: has anyone tried taking zinc and what positive effects did it have. Did you shoot like a pro or nothing happened? Did you experience any side effects? Thanks

You might want to do some more research on Zinc supplements. I've read enough negative reports(possible increaseed risk for prostate cancer, weakened immune system) concerning Zinc to negate the possibility of taking Zinc.

Hm...well considering zinc is used to strengthen the immune system, I odn't think that is quite accurate. I think if you take way too much it can have those effects, but not by taking a supplement as directed. If it did those things then the supplement companies wouldn't be able to sell it.

I think 60mg is the max supplemental zinc you should take in day. If you overdose, as with just about anything, then you get all the negative side effects

Zinc pills are GREATm ignore that negative crap, av been on them for 2 years and no baddies with me.
They help ya immune system BIG TIME, I am NEVER ill full stop . and they make ya cum amounts better, thicker - bare in mind that alot of the semen is actually got tons of ZINC in it anyways -.
I take 30/45MG daily, in 15 MG doses 3 times aday.
Also makes you more horny to a certain extent.

There are two sides to every coin and I was just pointing out the possible risks. Weigh the good with the bad and make your own decision. IMO there are plenty of foods that will supply RDA of zinc, and food is way better than pills. For me, the possibility of increasing the risk of prostate cancer warrants concern.

Hm I understand your concern LambaCalc, but I read just the opposite that the prostate needs certain amounts of zinc to helthy functioning. So I think zinc in normal doses would be actually good for the prostate, right? I think that 15mg of zinc a day won't do me much harm. Thanks for the info Red and the gang.
