im a football player
and im doing various work outs
does anybody know anybody know some good lifts for your back to make it hella strong to hit ppl harder
and some good lifts for that muscle between ya neck and ya shoulders
is that your trap?
if so anybody know some good lifts tomake that strong?

yes that muscle is called your traps. Its on either side of the neck and extends down between the shoulder blades. Shrugs will work the part on either side of the neck. And A Bent-Over Row of some type to work the part between your shoulder blades.

What kinda of excercises are you doing in your workouts now?

lol on the disclaimer

well the chest is one of the best areas to work, work out on your bench press, the more you dan do with that, the easier it'll be to push down others.

i work out 6x a week
drink a gallon of water
3 days upper body i break it down pull days or push days
3 leg days

Yep, I agree...rows, especially bent over rows using your max weight and low reps will give you strength in your back. So will chest work. Dumbell pressing exercises are great for that.
