well iam not sure, but i have used the pump for about 2 weeks, cant see en perm gains, but at normal erect i only got 12 cm girth, afther i have used the pump, i got about 13 cm flaccid for about 2 houres

It seems to be giving excellent expansion across the board. I think the Bathmate (http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?t=52792) is the perfect mate to manual girth work.

Been using it consistently for about 2 months with clamping and manual work, and so far the results have not been permanent. I also found it a pain in the ass to have to fill up the tub every time I wanted to use it (shower did not work for me), and while the expansion is good, I haven't been super impressed and will be switching to a standard pump in a couple of weeks.

We could avoid these kind of threads if we made it sticky in here (the main PE-forum) instead of the "pumping section", or just have it in both. :/ I loved to have it here, cant you guys move it back or copy it? :/

Shave your dick, then i will work just fine in the shower, i use it everyday after my manual work, 3 sets of basic streatch and 500 jelqs, iam wounder should i hold the steatch for for 30 or 60 secs? doing 3 sets of all streatch. i saw one guy in a weelchear that had used the bathmate for 6 months he was realy big, but i dont know if it was a scam or true, not very easy to find good info about the bathmate around the web, but anyway something has to happen with that hydro pump, my dick is 2x in flaccid size afther use

well, first i do the basic strech first set 1 min hold, sec and third set i hold 30 sec, this is about 30 min with strech, then i do 500 jelq, then i warm up with the bathmate, first pumping realy slow to my max for 5 min, do it slow, or els you will get red dots on your penis, then i restart the bathmate session with a realy nice pumped dick, and hold it for 15 min, this way you will get a better vacum, and when i got time i use my andro penis, but i dont follow any specific rutine on it, beacuase it just takes to much of my time, the funne thing is that i have not seen much results :( i hope i get some length soon,

New to the forum, but have been into Pe for 2 months now. Adding bathmate for more girth and should get it tomorrow. Does anyone know if it comes with a "routine" or program to follow, or am I on my own? Any suggestions appreciated!
