Stretches: OoPaperCutoO's "Anchor Stretch," DLD Blasters, V-Stretch, Squat Stretch (also do bundled variations of each of these)
Girth: Wet Jelqs, Power Jelqs, Dry Jelqs, @#%$ Bends, Squeezes, Redzulu's "The Presser"
Supplements: Multivitamin, Glutamine, Tribulus, Magnesium, Zinc, Creatine, Whey Protein

:-7.10.03-: Finally mustered up the will to begin my routine again, after taking approximately 2.5 weeks off out of sheer laziness. Today was a girth day, with a superset consisting of wet jelqs, "the presser," and "dld bends." Warm up and warm down were both done in a tub of hot bath water.
:-verdict-: A relatively successful day. Not my best workout by any means, but more then worthy enough considering I'm coming off a 2.5 week layoff. Hopefully I'll see some accelerated gains, as I was given more then enough time to fully recover. *** (3 stars)
:-7.11.03-: Today was a length day. Routine consisted of squat stretch, dld blasters (normal and bundled), and oopapercutoo's anchor stretch (normal and bundled) for the ligs. For the tunica I used the v-stretch (normal and bundled) and also multidirectional stretching. Also did some dry jelqs and took care of my warm up and warm down in a tub of hot bath water.
:-verdict-: This was one of my better lig routines, although I felt that my tunica workout was a little bit lacking. However, I'll correct that on my next length day. Overall, a pretty good day. **** (4 stars)
:-7.12.03-: Girth day. 3rd day back into routine, and everything's going well. Did all of the same exercises as in my first girth session; wet jelqs, "the presser," and "dld bends." Warm up done with insertion into a hot water bottle, warm down done in hot shower.
:-verdict-: Pretty good girth day if I do say so myself. Everything was clicking on all cylinders, and I looked especially swollen during a few squeezes that I through in at the end of the session (a very pleasant surprise). Hopefully my determination will stay right where it's at, and my motivation won't falter anymore. **** (4 stars)
:-7.14.03-: Length day. Skipped a day yesterday, as I couldn't find enough alone time to fit in my entire routine. Did the typical length routine (i.e. same as on 7.11.03), with warm up and warm down in tub of ht bath water. Did about 20 minutes worth of dry jelqs following my warm down, just to try and get some fresh blood pumped into my glans.
:-verdict-: Great routine today. I really felt as though I was making progress with today's routine. I can't think of a single thing that I would change about the routine I executed today. ***** (5 stars, awesome day)
