View Full Version : what do you think of my routine?

I have been doing basic stretching from phase1 now for a couple of months and I think I am ready for a proper routine, after looking at DLD's routine (posted in the Plyometrics thread) and Dr Paul's routine I have decided to try a routine that looks like this:


Monday: Basic Stretching from Phase 1 & Girth Busters

Tueday: Plyometric Blasters, then Traditional Blasters & Supra Slammers

Wednesday: Rotary Blasters & Girth Busters

Thursday: Pulse 110's & Supra Slammers

Friday: Traditional Blasters & Girth Busters

Saturday: Shock Stretch Supersets & Supra Slammers

Sunday: Plyometric Blasters, Incremental Stretches & Girth Busters

Some of these exercises are brand new to me and might take a bit of getting used to, therefore I might chop and change a few things.
Any thoughts or comments are very welcome!

This has been a very successful routine for a few guys. I think you will do well.
