I thought I would post this question as sitting on the side lines has not done a great deal.
OK heres the scenario, I have a decent sized THROMBOSED vein right under the glan. It runs across ,right under the head (not down the shaft).
I havent done a thing except some light massages and applying Hirudoid cream used to treat thrombosed veins.
I want to at least start back stretching. At least moderate stretches as It would feel alot better than nothing. I can grab my unit 3/4 way up just under the THROMBOSED vein. I have no pain from this injury at all. ( although I havent jelqed since then).
A) Would it be OK to Stretch without making it worse?
B) Can all stretches be done ? and at what intensity ?
C) How long should the workout go for if only stretching?
Any other feed back would be appreciated. The weeks seem to roll by and its very frustrating to be in Limbo.
Thanks.

Flaccid stretching should be fine. The main concerns with this injury is engorgement.
B) Can all stretches be done ? and at what intensity ?
I would say any stretch that does not aggravate the injury. This may mean pulling more foreskin up when stretching. Intensity is the same deal.
C) How long should the workout go for if only stretching?
20 minutes of stretching is therapeutic.
Hey DLD I was wondering the same thing. My problem is I didn't think I had a thrombosed vein (never had one before) and I have been clamping for like a week and a half. I'm gonna just stretch now but could this clot travel to your brain or heart and kill you?
If anyone knows this, its DLD

No! Follow this regiment to care for a thrombosed vein:
82mg Asprin morning and night
Daily Massage and heat to the effected area
No Girth exercise

Thanks again DLD, I will start back today, the thrombosis does seem to be healing now but very slowly. But this may be because its a decent size.
It will be great now to something again as I have done nothing for a month and when your gaining its not fun to be on the sidelines.
One more thing that seems to be helping me is a cream called HIRUDOID. This cream was recomended to me by a nurse who deals with intravenous drug uses who have damaged and thrombosed their veins. It helps remove the thrombosis as well as scaring of veins. ITs not a miracle product but it seems to speed healing and worth a try as its over the counter and not to expensive.
Anything would be worth a shot to speed healing from an injury.
Thanks again.

DLD, one more thing ,will stretching holding the penis 1/2 to 3/4 way down the shaft(towards the head) affect the results of the stretching since your not stretching from under the head?
Thanks

I feel you big time. When I was injured it was utter frustration not training the way I was used to. If it is any conciliation I came back to make my greatest gains to date.
Does a thrombosed vein kind of look like a pimple and does it move with the skin when you move it or is it kind of stuck inside the penis? Can I wack it while I have it?
