Ordered the Bathmate and found out it was shipped earlier Wednesday morning (2-24), GMT time. Just wondering, for those in the US, How long did your Bathmate take to get to you once it was shipped?

I'm just anxious to try the product everyone keeps raving about!

Please everyone who orders and is enquiring here about things, let us know WHICH link you used. DLD already had a banner with the US Bathmate branch which is now going via Canada I think. The banner and deal I got, the new one with Agust(BathmateEurope) is shipped via the nearest Bathmate factory to your ordering destination. So UK orders come from the UK etc. Its important to let us know so Agust can pinpoint if a problem occurs, where it is.

You're saying orders placed there are shipped from the main site in Europe or the main site sends them to a place closer to ours or the main site contacts a stateside site to send one to us? My tracking thing said it was sent to oversees mail.

Yeah I ordered from Europe's link... which should be the same as yours Red. And yeah, it does direct you to the correct site (united states) for ordering. However, it says mine was shipped from the united kingdom. Got a tracking number from royal mail etc.... although the royal mail don't make a difference now b/c the last thing it said was that the item has been handed overseas...

Man, your situation is identical to mine. Although I think I ordered one day ahead of you.... Guess we will see who gets it first haha... I am getting impatient as hell tho...

Also guys... I think its delivered via USPS... I put in my number (same as royal mail tracking #) or receipt # (whatever you want to call it) and it said my item arrived in New York on FEBRUARY 24 (USPS Track & Confirm).... Another thing, I think since they are international orders the whereabouts of the item doesn't have to be updated (USPS) but don't quote me on that because I'm not exactly sure

These things take time. Yes it will update and tell you as it travels across the states. I had to wait 3 weeks once for a parcel from Alaska to the UK and it took FOREVER to reach the NY sorting office. Shouldn't be this long for you guys but have patience. I'll also get Agust to look at this thread as well.

The official time for a package to be delivered from UK to US is 14 to 21 days, but I do not think that has ever happened. However, it can take as little as 4 days in reality to 10 days. It all depends on volume of packages going over to the US and aircraft availability for mail.

Customs is a sure thing if we send with FedEx or DHL, but with RoyalMail/USPS it has never been a problem, and I hope it wont be.

Ordered it the 23rd, it was shipped the 24th and arrived here at my doorstep somewhere between 11AM and 4PM EST today. Only a round trip of 8 days?! You guys are really fast and I am impressed with quality of the product! This made my day!

It will likely just be your regular mailman - the box is relatively small - maybe 3x3x11. If my experience is typical, it would appear that getting the pkg from the UK to the US is quick - 2 days or so, but it took 10 days to get from New York to Chicago.

I say if you live in the western united states, ship it to california and have them distribute it there, if you live in central ship it to illinois and if you live in the east ship them to NY

Damn Phaseshift, you didn't get yours today, it's getting pretty silly at this point. I've sold stuff on ebay and shipped them overseas 3rd class (the one where it actually goes over on a boat instead of an airplane) and they get there in far less time than this, seriously. I sent something to the Russian Federation recently that way and I think it arrived in about a week. What baffles me the most is the fact that some BMs arrive in a reasonable time and some do not. I would rather be told up front "this is a great product, but it takes 3 weeks to arrive" than to be told something that is not accurate, so that I can make an informed purchase. It really bothers me when I feel like the wool is being pulled over my eyes. If you go to the USPS website, you can see that if you choose ANY international shipping option, the times are 6 to 10 days, and that 3 days is possible. It really is a shame because I feel like, with all the great feedback, it really is a good and worthwhile product, but they need to get the shipping under control. If it is as great of a product as it seems to be, it will sell itself regardless of the lax shipping, so there's no reason to lead people to believe something that is not accurate, just be a straight shooter about it, that's all anyone can ask. I know it says it can take up to 14 days on the website, but reading posts on here by Agust led me to believe with confidence that the true shipping time is far less than that. I thought the 14 days was a CYA statement, like a worst case scenario if it gets lost and has to be reshipped. I guess my interpretation of it is my own fault. That's just my two cents, maybe I wouldn't be so aggravated if I'd have been told up front the true shipping time, because I would have expected it. Well I hope you get yours soon:)

I'm terrible sorry on behalf of USPS :/ for the delay, wish there was something we could do; if we send with FedEx as mentioned earlier, it will get stuck for ages in customs clearance because we can't pay customs on behalf of the customer with them, at least not here in the UK.

When the warehouse gets the pallets of Bathmates, we will start shipping from Central USA with 2 day shipping services. That will be a huge improvement on the current shipping times, although DLD did get his in 5 days and others as well, I guess it depends on how close you are to New York how quickly it arrives.

Haha, no I didn't get mine either, they are really dropping the ball here, what a shame. For the FS, I wrap with sports pre-wrap (I made a post about it if you want to look it up) and then some self adhesive (non-sticky but it sticks to itself) wrap. It's the most effective thing I've found so far. Good luck, keep me posted.

All UK items sent to the USA go via New York because its the nearest major international sorting office (Its on the East coast nearest Britain) and shipping it direct to California would be too expensive I suspect for the British firms and hence would bang up shipping.

Too early to tell with the BM, but I was able to keep it at a pretty high pressure for 20 min. with no doughnut or blood spots. It was much more comfortable than an air pump and the pressure felt pretty uniform. There was some very minor expansion that has almost totally gone away about 20 min. after I used it. I'm going to give it another round tonight after some intense stretching. I had a feeling it was going to be this way with my unit, I have a very tough one, I can abuse the hell out of it without injury, but I think that makes me a hard gainer so it's not a good thing. I am not new to PE so I am pretty well conditioned, maybe that has something to do with it, it seems like those who have responded the quickest are relatively new to PE or pumping in general.

As for the extender, some bit of numbness is inevitable, I judge more on the color. Be sure you squeeze all the blood from the head before applying, this will stave off the numbness. After an hour or so, the head starts to turn a darker color, and in some cases gets pretty numb. You don't want any prolonged numbness, so I always take it off at that point. I don't wear mine out of the house very often because it requires too much/too frequent maintenance, so it's hard to log in a ton of hours for me. I used to use my Static Stretcher medium duty a lot outside of the house because you can leave it on all day without numbness or discoloration, but the stretch is not as great as the FS. I'm not convinced it does enough to justify the inconvenience of wearing it all day, especially with my tough unit. I have worn the FS for several hours in a day (with lots of breaks) and I think it creates enough stretch to do some good when used that way. With all extenders, slippage can be a problem too, just from day to day movements (sitting, standing, walking, bending, etc.) so I like to be able to make adjustments immediately, by being at home when I use them. Agust, I am pleased with the product thus far and your personal customer service, it is apparent that you believe in the product and want to provide a top notch product/service. I know that you serve as a liason for us here at MOS (and do a great job) and that you are not personally responsibe for shipping the product out. I just think that improving shipping times, and probably more importantly, maintaining a more consistent and uniform shipping schedule (i.e. everyone getting their orders in roughly the same amount of time) would benefit everybody in the long run. I know you guys are working to get a distributer in the States, hopefully that will solve the problem and standardize the service across the board. I would hate to see the shipping times prevent a great product from reaching the hands of otherwise eager customers, I know that I personally take shipping time into consideration as a consumer, as I'm sure many others do as well. I do not know the ins and outs of your business, but I just want to offer my feedback as a consumer.

actually qwerty, usps doesn't update it once it is in new york. USPS is so shitty about that. You should be getting it in a day or two. Since I live in cali, mine took a total of 10-12 days I can't remember. But I know for sure USPS doesn't update the package stats as soon as it gets over to NY

I am in CT... placed my order first thing friday morning, they sent me an email with the shipping information a few hours later... got it wednesday. awesome service... Round trip: Ordered Wednesday March 24th 2010, Shipped from the U.K. before 25th, made it to NYC 12:16 AM Saturday, March 26th 2010. Sat in customs for a bit. Got to my door step (hopefully) at 4:00PM today (Monday, April 5th 2010).

A little longer to get her than the Bathmate. I do think the weakest link in the shipping time is the USPS (-->Sorry guys, I know you have millions of packages a day going through NYC and San Fran but you could do better.rofl)

With that considered, is there still consideration for Bathmate to open a US or Canada vendor? I thought I read somewhere on the Bathmate thread that might have been in the works
