MAN! I'm so excited lol...this bad boy should be at my door step today or tomorrow i hope.

anyway, this will be the very first time i've ever used a pump, now I read about fluid buildup when pumping. What is that exactly? and with the bathmate what can we do or use to minimize the buildup?

How long after each session do the gains stay or last for?

How do you know if you pumped too much?

I would like to gain length with this also what methods can I do while I have it on?

Doing sets with the BM will help with this, I do 10 minutes with the BM then take it off and do 150 wet jelqs, then 10 more minutes BM, flowed by 150 more jelqs. check out DLD’s routine.

I find they stay longer with the set routine then without, I would say at least a few hours, and everyone will be different.

How do you know if you pumped too much?

You can only pump so much, that’s the great thing with the BM compared to traditional pumps, no need to look at pressure readings. I would suggest start slow, pump it on then give it a few minutes and pump again. I would read the thread below.

Thanks Kast! Yes, my new BathMate Girth Blasters are genius with expansion and eliminate fluid retention completely. It is the best combination I have ever used the Slow Squash Jelqs give so much expansion and width and the BathMate keeps pushing this beyond...it is crazy. I think the SSJ deal with fluid retention by redistributing unplaced fluid throughout the penis.

I would say before, with all the expansion you will be getting with the bathmate it may be hard to get into but the other way may make sense too if the swelling gives good grip. Try both and see what happens.

Looks great. I would suggest that you work in 10-15 minutes manual stretching also...that would make this routine complete.

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below

Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds

I will add time to these stretches, 30 up to 60 seconds, but not until I see that my gains have eased, then I will also move to more advanced stretching techniques. I prefer to either get up early and do them before work, or do them before I do the BM and Jelqs. I also purchased the FastSize, but haven't implemented it yet.

yup, take your hand, say your left hand, reach around the back of your leg, then reach between your legs, really good stretch. I used to think that in this position if I mis-stepped I would rip my dick off, but I have now seen this is not the case :-)

Each are specific to either girth or length. The FastSize will bring faster length gains than the Bathmate but the Bathmate will bring faster length gains than girth. Both will work both but each has their advantages.

In my opinion, there's no excuse for a week+ shipping time these days (even if it's shipped from the f##king moon), if it's taking that long, someone is cutting corners because it is certainly possible to make it happen quicker. Agust, if I don't get it on Monday buddy, go ahead a charter a plane for hand delivery, I could have forged one out of steel in the amount of time it's taking to get here. I have made numerous calls to their call centers but it gets me nowhere; the package leaves our warehouse lets say on Monday, its in New York the next day! From there, it gets sometimes treated like normal mail and sometimes as airmail. What the reason is no-one can explain to us.

We will be opening up soon a warehouse in the US, hopefully next month, but until then all packages are sent from the UK. Reason why we can't send using FedEx as we would prefer is because of some weird policy of FedEx when it comes to some rules and regulations regarding the United States.

All is looking good, but if you could PM me your tracking number the system sent you when your package left our warehouse, it will be helpful for me to check the status both in our system and on-line.

It is kind of sad how the International postal system is getting worse every year, no wonder why DHL/FedEx and such companies are making big money. I've researched this ti pieces, and according to the Universal Postal Unions website, there are only a handful of countries who respect the original countries shipping method. Apparently a big debate during last Octobers assembly where the anti-counterfeit law where finally approved and put in place.

I understand that he ordered on a Friday and I ordered on a Saturday and that mail does not run on Sundays, however the dates still don't quite add up. I also understand that you neither own nor control USPS, however the delay obviously occurs before USPS ever gets the items. So this begs the question: why the delay in getting the items shipped out? I'm having a hard time understanding why some orders are shipped immediately (DLD got both of his items in 5 days, so they were obviously shipped immediately) and other orders are held before being shipped. Any clarification you can shed on this would be helpful. Thanks.

The thing is, regardless of shipping times, MOS will only work with BathMate and Agust as they are the only authorized BM company. Any other company could be shipping inferior products. I am sure the shipping will be better once BM has a US warehouse, in the mean time expect shipping to be anywhere from 5 to 10 days....worth the wait no matter what.

Thats true, orders placed afternoon Friday do not get shipped until Monday, and in extreme cases on Tuesday if there are hundreds of orders. Sometimes five people are deployed in shipping on Mondays and even me sometimes :/

So yes, Friday, Saturday and Sunday orders are sent on Monday. Its always sent in the order it came in, so if there are orders not managed to get out on Monday, its usually Sunday orders only, and just a portion and usually European FedEx orders as US orders have priority.

so guys what is fluid build up? what does it look like? I don't think I even get fluid buildup..

I think it's pretty apparent when you do get it, so you'd know it if you had it. I don't get it either, I think some guys are prone to it and others are not. I think if you have more loose skin, like if you're uncut, you are more succeptible to it. If you have tight skin, it acts like a natural compression sleeve against fluid. I know when I get erect, that skin won't move even a little, like it's going to explode, and I think that helps. I do get tiny red spots from broken blood vessels, but never any fluid. I think tight skin also minimizes temp. girth gains for the same reason, but any girth gains are coming from the CC's truly expanding, so it's okay in my book.

Phaseshift, it's still too early for me to tell what my gains from the BM are, but I've gained a little over an inch BPEL in my PE career. I can say that I've been reaching new lengths very quickly in the BM (I've been experimenting with an add on piece that really stresses length with the BM), I've been creeping up the scale on the side of the BM, but girth is a little slower for me. I've never focused on girth, not even regular jelquing, I've been trying to reach my length goals first. I think girth is going to be extremely difficult for me to gain, I just have that intuition. Length has been a hard battle too, I am certainly a hard gainer in all respects. How about you, what has your progress been?

well my this is my second week, I haven't been doing it religously but in total I think I have used my ADS for a total of 8-10 hours and my Bathmate 20 minute sessions for 4-5 days. I really should keep up with my log, I've made a promise to myself to do it religously starting monday of next week. I've also done some Mandingo Stretches throughout the day. My falccid hasn't really changed but my BPFS is at a little pass 6" I started at 5 3/4. I do believe that I'm slowly getting temp girth gains as when I started i was 4.5" in girth and after each bathmate session im at 4.75" for a couple of hours. So I guess its still to early for me aswell. But I might order some of that Andractim gell to incorporate in my routine.

Keep positive, that's the key and don't think about it in any negative fashion. See your dick in the Bathmate getting thicker and longer each time, this is positive reinforcement because if you think to yourself its not working or your not seeing anything than you get disheartened and the gains wont come.

I never use the Bathmate alone, only with the Girth Blasters and I see no fluid build up at all, just good expansion.
