Dear bobonthecob,

It is not recommended by the manufacturer to be used more than once a day; but they would kill me if I said that was because of liability insurance premiums. I personally do use it sometimes more than once, but then I can't recommend it. Once per 24 hours are the guidelines.

Yes, no problem ... but no more than 15 minutes per session.

Screw the directions do what works for you. I go for close to an hour with super sets.
