I am sure many of you have been trying the BathMate for stretching but I thought it wise to have a thread dedicated to this type of stretching, how it works and a routine that can be done using the BathMate as the primary source of stretching. When you have reached a high point of suction in teh BathMate chamber it becomes easy to see that the penis can be stretched in a way that would be very difficult using your hands. SInce you will not be gripping your penis you will not have any issues with slippage. It is also important to know that the stretching will be predominately at the base and deeper into the ligaments so expect fatigue very different than what you may be used to.
Get yourself 100% erect and attach the BathMate. I like to use water in the chamber but this exercise can be done dry if proper pressure can be found or in the bath or shower.
Pump up to a high pressure. You will want enough suction that you can pull on the BathMate with intensity and the BathMate stays attached.
Once good suction is found you can start the exercise. It may be necessary to repump periodically to keep good suction for these stretches.
Upward Stretches: At an upward angle, using both hands, stretch the chamber upward. You will not be able to go straight up as the tube will get in the way so go as high as possible. do 3 stretches for 30 seconds each.
Straight Outward Stretches to Center: Again, be sure to have good suction. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Out to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Out to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Now, downward stretches will feel a bit different as you will be stretching and pulling-pushing against the erection angle (unless you have a low erection angle) EIther way, this will be the most intense part).
Straight Down Stretches: Again, be sure to have good suction and good EQ. 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Down to the Left: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
Straight Down to the Right: 3 stretches for 30 seconds.
DONE

After the workout and possibly into the next day you may feel extreme fatigue and soreness so you may need time off (possibly 1 on 1 off if it is too sore). Also, the stretching may be painful at first as this is a completely different way to stretch) so take time to become accustomed to it. The stretch is coming from deep lower tissue deformation and the stretch is pulling from the lower portions of your penis, there is a learning curve but you will see quickly that this is an area of stretch that will bring some very good length gains.
Today I did random outward stretches for 10 to 30 seconds WHILE doing my girth. works perfectly fine, i really believe this will do something. in fact I can feel my ligs working right now.
only problem there is that after a stretch I have to re-pump a tiny little bit which leads to my glans scratching against the tube.. but other than that, its great

Yup, gotta repump after a stretch or two but worth the time. Any fatigue after the fact?

I don't think it should be replaced by flaccid stretching but it should be added to your existing length and/or girth routine. It is a completely different way of stretching from a whole other angle and point of anchor. Could be very promising. I know Redzulu has been doing them too.

I have a question. When I'm doing the stretching with bathmate and when I get flaccid, do I need to take out the bathmate and make myself erect again then put my penis back into the bathmate and continue the exercise?

Yes, you can pull out and return to a good erection level. What I do is let some porn run while I am training...A tad bit of Viagra helps too:)

I can speak for myself, these are an incredible, deep, deep stretch technique. It is kind of like erect stretching but the intensity is set at the ligaments in a way that can't be duplicated using my hands. As far as gains go, I am not sure yet I want to wait 2 months before measuring again.

i been doing these for about a week or so, it seems like pullin on the bathmate is increasing the vacuum. i am getting greater expansion pulling on it than not.
anyone else experience this?

Absolutely, but I want to wait until my next measuring day to post it. Nothing that I've ever tried for stretching the tunica compares to the bathmate SU stretch, its so so intense. The lig pull when doing bathmate stretches is intense as well and I don't even pull very hard. Its comparable to hanging btc and doing the blue whale lig pull--(I don't remember the exact name)--. The only problem I'm having now, is at the beginning when doing straight up stretches for the tunica, my balls get very close to getting sucked in and I don't like that. It gets better once I get expansion later on in the sets.
I guess that was kind of a mini review, but once I measure the gains in July I will post a full review.

Have not measured length yet but I know I have made gains in my comparison to my 11" remote control:) I also have massive base girth size increase, just insane. I feel as though this thick base girth is actually a length gain from internal penis being sucked and pulled out by ty the Bathmate Hardcore Stretches.
This is a whole new way to make length gains and I think it may be one of the fastest methods.

I made a stretch with the Bathmate that I've called the Bathmate Crossbow and is killer for attacking the ligaments. Will throw up a diagram shortly. I agree with DLD on these vacuum stretches using the bathmate, they are unlike anything else around and literally pull the inner penis outwards.

When I do hardcore exercises with bathmate, or just regular 15 minutens strong vacuum, like in the evening, and the next day i wake up and try to get erect, it's difficult to get hard. Is this because of fatigue?

Yup, that is fatigue. Once you become used to it the fatigue is less and less. Think about it, you are ripping out new penis:) It's gonna be sore:)

These definitely sound good and the time saving benefits could be important too. Just want t know how far the angles are when stretching to the side, up, and down because despite getting maximum suction, I can't go 45 degrees from centre because the seal becomes loose. Is this normal?

Same here, Im not feeling much of a lig strech with these in comparision to the newbie routine.
Im at max suction and can not get a solid lig strech. Help/Advise?:(
For the downward angle try just bending the bathmate downwards more than pulling it out. I have looser ligs and lower erection angle but if you have a good EQ this should make you feel it.
Also, for those of you that are having trouble with fluid buildup doing these, I think I found a way to alleviate it. I recommend using this routine:
5 min warm up
5 min BM session using medium pressure with no stretching
Shake out penis a bit and rest it a couple mins
Proceed to do your first set of stretches
Shake out penis a bit and rest it a couple mins
Do your next set and continue this pattern for as many sets as you like
Warm down for at least 5 mins
When I did it this way I greatly reduced the fluid buildup. Always try to have the best EQ you can when entering the tube and during the set. Give this a try and see how it goes.

Did only the downward stretch. It was really intense, like I almost teared something left of my penis base.(lots of force) I hope this is not bad?
If you go to far down or up it looses suction. Got to figure angles out with experience I think.

Very intense, thanks for trying. I really think these stretches are going to be as big as Slow Squash Jelqs and DLD Blasters.
when doing the downward stretches im going to try to get into a squat position i always feel i get a deeper more efective stretch when squatting, ill let ya know.

I never tried these stretches before until yesterday. The first thing that I had to do was decide which model to use. I figured that the Hercules model would be best because I already pack the walls on it so it should give me a more focused pull. I lubed up the inside of the gaiter on the Hercules and lubed up my penis really concentrating on lubing the base while I was gaining an erection. Once I was 100%, I filled the Hercules up with warm water, pumped until I had a secure seal, and began to start my first Bathmate stretch session. From the very first pull forward on my Bathmate, I could tell how intense these stretches were going to be. Each stretches was very focused on the base and my internal penis and if I felt the grip was getting a little weak, all I had to do was give the Bathmate a pump or two. After my session my penis was hanging a lot longer than just a regular Bathmate session. I can not wait to see what gains I will get from doing the DLD Hardcore Bathmate Stretches and using the Lengthmaster.

So glad you have tried and now see the immense potential of BathMate Hardcore Stretches. Right from the start you can feel that you are stretching from a completely different area, it feels as though you are forcing these gains, literally pulling them out from the base. Whoever thought of this is really extra smart:)

Hey I just tried this and is having a bit of problem. What happens my balls would keep getting sucked in when i pull too hard on the bathmate. its pretty painfull when this happens. Also I can't get the side stretches without it getting loose (and yes i pumped it several time to the point where it hurts). I eventually stopped because i had too much fluid buildup and I could not finish the sets.

I just got my BathMate and will be adding the BathMate Stretches and BathMate Girth exercises to my routine! These look killer!
i did these agian today DLD was great, but im what im also doing is i squat down fully and pull straight down i feel it gives a more powerfull stretch. try it out!
Super stoked on these stretches! Im not 100% positive yet but I may have gained about .25" in about two weeks doing these! Need to get a second measurement to confirm. Super intense stretch that feels like im pulling from deep deep inside.

I'm new to this forum but not new to PE. Been doing PE with jes extender and jelqing for about to years between 2005-2007. Then I meet my girlfriend and now we have 2 small girls so I havn't been PEing for awhile.
I have both the hercules and the Goliath so I have read some of the threads here and have been doing 3 workouts with the BM stretches and the SSJ. I havn't understood what you mean with fluid build ups but I guess that it's what I'm experience now.
My skin on the penis has been swollen like a balloon after my 3 sets of about 5 min pumping and then 5 min of SSJ ( as long holds as I can do right now). Is that what you mean with fluid build ups?

This is more than likely a combination of tissue expansion and some fluid retention. How does things look now?
It is still a little swollen but it's one it's way back to about normal. The strange thing is that all the swelling starts about an inch or so from the root (spelling?) of the penis and all away to the glance. There is no swelling at all on that inch closest the the pubic bone.
I took some pics, but I don't know where it's okay to post them, haven't read all the role yet.
sometimes i dont feel the internal tug that everyone talks about but rather i feel a very tough burn on either one side of the dick near the base, i dont know if its a skin burn of its a lig on one side that is jus being pulled in a diff way, kind of confusing sometimes as to what is happening, and someitmes if i pump to fast i get a burning feeling at the base to.

It is a very deep process and pulling internal structure will bring burn. It sounds like one side may be longer than the other which may bring this burn if one side is shorter. Keep at it and it will balance off.
The Bathmate stretches ache, would this be described similar to blue balls? I had a slight blue ball feel on one side of my penis(reading the post above possibly because that is the shorter side). However it went away quicker than blue balls. This leads me to believe that this is the correct burn I am looking for. Anyone confirm?

Very much so. You are pulling on internal structures and due to being close your scrotum some of the pull is translated.

This stretch seems promising cause it works on completely diffrent mechanic but i am interested how much is the skin beeing stretched with this exercise cause you are actually putting bathmate at the base of the penis on the skin hoping it will stretch ligaments more then skin itself.
Any feedback on this matter?
I would say the pulling on the Bathmate does not stretch the skin as much as the pumping itself. I use it after the fastsize to maximize stretch.

Theoretically there is no skin stretch as you are pulling on internal structures from the base of the penis.

Great exercise but my nuts keep sucking up to the chamber. Ive been using a rubber cock ring around my balls and that seems to work but man do they hurt afterwards! Ive been slack with the BM but have still seen a little gain. Im impressed with this thing! And there is a huge difference between using it in the bath instead of the shower. The bath kicks ass!

I do all my bathmate stretches with testicles/scrotum inside and get much more intensity than when just the penis is inserted. You guys should try that method.

All my junk won't fit into that tube. i tried that. It hurt super bad like my scrodes were getting punched. Also, when I do the BM stretches, my dick is shaped like a light bulb, when it's flaccid, from the fluid build up. Don't get me wrong. the girth gains are sick, temporarily of course. Do I just need to deal with it and it will go away? If that's the case... then the lights will definitely have to be out when I shove this mangled monster into my girl. LOL She'd be like WTF is wrong with that thing?!

My balls keep slipping into the BM. I find that when everything is dry, there is better friction and hence the skin/BM doesn't slip causing it to get sucked, especially when pulling with force. I'm going to separate each set at different points throughout the day so that I'm dry before each set. For normal pumping there's no issue, it's only when stretching at side angles and the two side-downward angles that this is a problem.
Would doing the foot long stretch to cause a lig pop and then doing the bathmate stretches cause your ligs to stretch more??

I think the two exercises could work well together. It is quite common to get a lig pop from Footlongs, very powerful stretch. I am a huge fan of super-sets and I think you should give it a go.

I'm not having success with this. I think trying to reach new maxes and keeping pumped at that level is better. I do a couple of these stretches and hold for awhile just to keep loose during a session, but I haven't seen anything from doing these alone over the original BM method and trying to get the most expansion and keeping it at that level.

I have been doing Expressive stretching in one form or another for years ad there has been no harm ever done. (BathMate Hardcore Stretches are Expressive)

Hi DLD. I am very interested in length stretches and have followed this thread. Hopefully this is not off topic. You spoke earlier of pumping up to max then inserting yourself into the BM. I tried that last night and after 20 min including some stretches up, out, and 45 deg each side, then maxing out the pump to end my 20 minutes, I released and had bruises mid shaft. Anyway that was the first time I developed the bruising as bad as it was. When I don't make myself hard first but go in soft, I still get the max force on the sides of the tube and force at the base of my penis but without the bruising. I am maxed out on the Herc, with no wiggle room during the BM routine all the way to the base of the glans so I'm waiting for Goliath. Hopefully with the Goliath the gaiter will not leave solid rings at the base. Hopefully I will get a beautiful stretch pulling right from the base and leaving no rings with the Goliath.
Still very interested in length but find it's easier to start soft. The BM pulls you in and fills you.

Most likely this is due to the increased intensity. Don't worry too much about bruising as it will happen when you increase intensity but it is temporary. What I was suggesting in that other post was if you are in between the Hercules and the Goliath something that will help is pre-pumping with the Hercules and then, after you get some good expansion, slip into the Goliath:) Dig?

Exactly why I just bought my goliath. I am hoping in another 3-4 months I'll be completely transitioned into the goliath (by girth) You're so awesome! I got my goliath for 166, such a good deal.
Somewhere in one of these threads, a comment was made re stretching hot, as hot as one can stand. I picked up on that and will now try soaking in a hot bathtub, stretching for as long as possible with some pulls left, right, up, down but keeping as much immersed in the water as possible. Then go to the BM with a flaccid penis for a 20 min session. I can't see stretching after the BM as there is significant FR and I don't want to move that around at that time. Exactly why I just bought my goliath. I am hoping in another 3-4 months I'll be completely transitioned into the goliath (by girth) You're so awesome! I got my goliath for 166, such a good deal.
Awesome! That was what worked for me as in the Goliath I would not fill like the Hercules so i would rock the Hercules for 10 minutes, get my girth up then jump into the Goliath.

Somewhere in one of these threads, a comment was made re stretching hot, as hot as one can stand. I picked up on that and will now try soaking in a hot bathtub, stretching for as long as possible with some pulls left, right, up, down but keeping as much immersed in the water as possible. Then go to the BM with a flaccid penis for a 20 min session. I can't see stretching after the BM as there is significant FR and I don't want to move that around at that time. I want to get to the point where I can have length gains without FR. Thanks all.

Hey, I tried the BM stretches for the first time last night and wow! Since now that I use the BM w/o the comfort pad I'm not worried about pulling on it as much. Last night after I felt I've been in the BM long enough I decided to try the BM hardcore stretch strait out before taking it off. I was pulling straight out while holding a kegel. This is a wonderful stretch! I didn't realize the power of the stretch, the BM just stayed on while I was pulling hard with kegels and it felt different and crazy like it was stretching the penis from the base. Next session I'm going to stretch straight downwards. This is a really good exercise so I marked it down and added to my routine. When I took it off I had that powerful horny feeling in my dick a lot more than usual and I was shaking it out hard. Thank you so much DLD, didn't realize this exercise at first but when I tried it it's super intense b/c that thing isn't coming off when you tug on it.

This exercise is the shit! I know with all my heart that it is the fastest way to expose inner penis, those inches of extra penis deep in your body is literally getting pulled out!

The Hercules does do a great job with the Hardcore Stretches, especially when there is too much room in the Goliath.

After the workout and possibly into the next day you may feel extreme fatigue and soreness so you may need time off (possibly 1 on 1 off if it is too sore). Also, the stretching may be painful at first as this is a completely different way to stretch) so take time to become accustomed to it. The stretch is coming from deep lower tissue deformation and the stretch is pulling from the lower portions of your penis, there is a learning curve but you will see quickly that this is an area of stretch that will bring some very good length gains.
This is what I complained about when I first tried the bathmate over a year ago. I was concerned I might have a hernia...but it was that internal penis being stretched I just needed more rest time. Glad I got back on here before firing up another round of PE.
These suggestions are great but for the next while, I am going to suspend my activity here as I am suffering from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and any squeezing of my hand and pushing or pulling exacerbates the condition. It is worse as I use Goliath as I am 6" in girth before inserting to the BM. Grabbing and pushing away from my body destroys any gains I'm getting from the Physio. I feel I have no choice but to monitor this thread for a few months instead of actively engaging in it. By the way some out there may be interested in a method I use to go to the max without pulling with my wrist. I use the BM in shower mode i.e. standing. So this allows me to use a 2" piece of ABS plumbing pipe possibly 12 - 18 inches long. I fit it over the release valve at the end and this allows me to push against any wall or immovable object and compress the gaiter without damaging my hands and absolutely achieve max pressure.
When I get over my wrist problem, I'll come back to pulling the package if I can ever figure out how to pull such a big cylinder as Goliath.

Physio says about 6 months if I behave, longer if I misbehave such as pushing or pulling with force. Every so often I forget and end up saying "Oh Damn"or some such expletive.

Damn I got so curious about using the Hercules for the stretches so I just finished a session an man how glad I'm for trying this. Now I see how mush I have gained using the Goliath.
I could pump through 200 and I really filled it up girthwise all the way. I couldn't even fit in it when I tried to put my dick in again. Had to Vaseline it before entering.

Well after reading this routine I thought I would work it in to my session last night. Holy shit is it intense! I dont use my BM any more as I like a smaller tube and use it as a hydro pump anyway but tis is extreem and I would recomend that everyone take these with extreeme caution and here is why.
1. the bathmate has a set limit in relation to HG ( vac pressure) by pulling on the tube you are increasing the HG to very high levels. I typically pump at around 5 hg which dpeending on the pumping forum and your desiered results is high. Last night when I pulled on the tube the pressure increased to around 11 HG!
2. This is by far the most extreeme stretch I have ever experienced and did more of a power PC squeese with the routine. Off the charts!
3. When I exited the tube after 5 min. of stretches I was massive bigger than ever.
However this is were you realize the full potential. After a set of SSJ and tube rolls I had a massive donut(Fluid retention) I guess i over did it a little! Even this morning I still had a minor amount of fluid retention. On the positive though previously when I had the fliud retention it wasnt even and I would get a larger lump on only the left side and in different spots. This time it was a complete donut and was very even. Almost to the point that when erect it was only a slight ridge!
I would suggest this type of stretching be done with extreeme caution! Work your way up to a routine that works for your and your goals. I really dont like the donut so I will back it off in the future but WOW this is the fn shit I could almost feel myself pulling the ligiments inside my body out!
Whats crazy it typically after that intense of a BM session I cant stretch comfortably the next day in my ADS. Today it different though thypically inorder to stretch I would reduce my ADS to my BPEL around 13mm. Today hoever even with the fluid buildup I increased the tension I straped in with ease!
Its by far the best thing I have done in PE EVER and I almost cant wait till tonights session!
I used to do these when my girth was suitable for pumping with the Herc and had no problems. Now, since I've gained in EG, the Herc really bruises and discolors my cock after a session of Hardcore Stretches.
Going to give these a shot again with the Goliath, maybe I'll try Red's technique with the balls inside the chamber too, for better suction.

I have never tried BathMate HardCore Stretches with the whole package, sounds very intense, like the "Whole Package Stretch" using the PowerAssist.

Yeah I had the same fluid buildup the other day when I tried these stretches. It was after my 3 sets of 6 minutes in the pump though. Donut was huge all the way around the shaft about an 3/4 inch and right below the head. The head also had a more spongy form to it especially around the urethra. Took all night to go down. Took several days off and will try again.

My experience I have no after effects using BM this way in fact tow days ago I started pulling away my BM thought it would be good idea LOL! No I know why:)
Today my routine consisted 1 hour extender and 10 minutes BM hit 140 -145 suction which is good for me and the length of time after that it hurts.
I felt a bit tired tow hours later in fact fell asleep on the bus to the city.

Where you start in PE is up to you, all PE is intense and will require learning and practice, this routine is no different. Now, Hardcore Stretches are only one part of penis stretching. It is also important to do shaft stretching and tunica work, like basic stretching or the like. Lastly, I think the SizeGenetics (http://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=211163&s=24&a=2244) in between workouts is one of the most important parts of gaining and cementing gains.

hi all, i have a question about hardcore bathmate stretches. When i do them I pull only upwards and go 5 sets of 30 seconds. I get a bit of water retention from it but not bad. i am usually in the pump for around 20 minutes cuz my balls usually get sucked in, which i then have to release some pressure and repump back up again which can be a pain. Thinking of getting a cockring or something. I was wondering if i should take my bathmate off in between the BM stretches and massage my penis to help with water retention, then put the BM back on and continue???
I want more length than girth. About 1 to 1.5 inch of length and only want about half an inch of girth.

I was just wendering, is it okay that im feeling quite an intense burning sensation when doing these stretches? its Mostly on the downwards stretch like i can feel my inner penis burning like its ripping out of my body lol. These are very intense and i love doing them i was just wondering if thats a normal thing to feel.
I find a great way to maximize these stretches is to first do your normal stretches to get the penis as loose and as stretched at possable then slip it in the bath mate for 15 mins to keep that stretch. Iv noticed also using the bathmate after these stretches gives me a greater stretch in the bathmate and then for the last 5 mins i do the hardcore stretches and really feel the burn.
I normally can't get higher than 200 on the bathmate but since i started doing the manual stretches just before im hitting 210 in the bathmate now and it feels really intense when i hit the hardcore bathmate stretches.

The burning sensation is normal as you are really putting some intense pulls on the internal penis, it will feel achey, burning or sore.

I'm having trouble using my BathMate. I have a Goliath and I can't make its vacuum last for more then a few seconds. I already shaved my self and used lub on the rubber, but it doesn't seem to help. Can anyone tell me if it's related with that small black pin inside the valve? I press it to fill the chamber with water, but when I start to pump I release to let the water go out. Them the suction starts, but almost immediatelly the air starts getting in and the suction goes alway. Is that the right procedure? Please help me! Note: I don't have a bath tub, I only use it on the shower.

I had this problem too with reguards to losing suction and bubbles entering ect.
The way i fixed it was basically trim down pubic hair very low, as i found once it started growing quite long it was impossable to use the bathmate.
Also i found out that going in erect was much better for getting that instant suction and not losing any water from the bathmate.
Once i started going in erect i managed to get really good suction straight away and i wouldn't lose any pressure.

Im incorperating them more and more into my routine. They are fucking great. Instant base expansion.
I think they are the ideal exercise for lenght in the bm. They also push the internal pressure into the head while stretching so they sure have some impact there too.
Dld, or anyone else, do you do them errect only or also flaccid? Im guessing that flaccid bm stretches will have even bigger impact on the ligs. will test that today evening but any experience is welcome

Right now I am about a week and change off of P.E from a thrombosis vein, but thats from another mishap from bathmate that I did that well trying something new out. Vein is almost completely healed

Start out with 30 seconds for a bit then if you want go up to 45 seconds then a min. Don't want to rush into it too fast and hurt ya self.

But like I said, It depends on the person and how you use it. They're a number of routines that help out a lot. I just started manual and shortly after that, about 2 weeks later i incorporated the bathmate. My goal is to hold off on measuring for about 4 and a half more months. I want to get at least 6 months of basic strecthing in before I measure myself again. I will be wearing an extender and using the bathmate daily also. I hope to get great gains with these tools. (hands, bathmate, extender) Hope the best for me guys as i hope the best for you. again tho PWolfe, great gains man, I wanted to ask you though how do you typically go in the bathmate? with a hard on or flaccid?

I've always been fairly happy with my length I just wanted more girth. And with the fact I have a huge fatpad that the hardcore stretches give me the HUGEST fluid retention. So working on weightloss too.

You may want to step up the intensity of your workout and if you have not done so, include some strong manual work like Slow Squash Jelqs. SRT (http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-SRT-Theory-and-Routine/page5) is also smart to study, many good tips on growing, healing and other important parts of the PE process.

They said 6 months? You must of been talking to an idiot Bro. It usually takes 6 to 7 months to see and great results from bathmate. I hit about 170ish in about 2 and a half months. Its hard to tell because my fat pad is so huge If i push the bathmate hard against my pelvis I'm about 185 range. Put I use my fatpad for the stretches. Usually I will stand up and with my fatpad pushing out the bathmate. But for bathmate to say you should max it out in 6 months they must be talking to the guys who are like 7 and a half inches already. To help with length growth start doing kegels religiously, will help a ton in the end.

Yes, I know about those workouts, but I want to see if you can really max out the bathmate hercules by itself. Though I know it will take a lot longer.

I just cant do this exercise properly.. I get a huge amount of FR and when i pull i dont feel the stretch internally but Right behind the glans where All the FR occurs... Anyone else experience this?

I use it 5 times a week and have the weekends off, but I will come back after 5 months because that will hit the 1 year of usage and see if I max it out if not than I just have to keep doing it.

Am i supposed to pull with full force with these stretches, and let the maximum pressure safety of the BM be the limit for force? Am a little unsure how hard to pull and how much to bend. I also get HUGE fluid retention under the head after doing this. My girl was like "oh MYYY..." when she saw it

A good force is needed but not so hard the suction comes away. I do these pretty intense but at a good pressure so the thing doesn't detach. As well as I don't do many of these because I as well see fluid build-up. Try wearing a condom while doing these as they help with fluid.

It is always best to get the most intense stretch you can handle for any given session. You always want to press yourself and push the intensity. Penis size gains are heavily reliant on breaking down tissue and healing in a bigger state. Always push yourself!

Alright thanks DLD! :D I just wanted to make sure because my penis was getting stretch so freaking hard and it hurts like crazy after a few hours, but I was able to fight against that pain. If the pain was too much than I have to take it off and rest for 30 minutes than put it back on.

Well you see that's the thing I have to make sure my penis is tied tightly because my penis is getting pulled really hard I have to make sure it doesn't come off and after a few hours I feel so much pain because of that tightness should I reduce the pull?
Any video on this because I am a newb and this is getting confusing

Been using this routine for the last week and the soreness is great. Just need to figure out sometime to attach on the outside for a better grip onto a smooth wet bm tube.... gonna to try a neoprene cock ring covered with tape to create a slight edge to grab onto...
Is anyone using the universal pump sleeves with this exercise? I find that it doesn't 'feel' like I'm getting as good a stretch with the sleeve on the BM. So I've been doing Warmup->BM without sleeve for the stretches then 300 wet jelqs -> put the sleeve on and 10 minutes of BM -> 5 mins SSJs -> 10 minutes of BM -> 5 mins SSJs then warm down/kegs/T Health massage. Seems to kill 2 birds with one stone and I feel a better stretch. With the sleeve on I feel like I'm pulling from the hole of the sleeve but without I feel the base of the BM doing the grip. Anyone else care to add in their 2 cents?

Ok I decided to do some RnD with this. In the shower I find it easier to not use the slave for the stretches only because it's difficult to achieve an erection to fit through the sleeve. But I constantly have to hold onto my testicles so they don't get sucked into the bath mate.
When not in the shower the sleeve is more preferable because I can pull on it once I achieve max pressure and I don't have to worry about getting pulled in all the way it's a lot more comfortable and I seem to get a better stretch.
I modified the the routine a bit I usually do 300 wet jelqs followed by putting on the bath mate and then doing the hard-core stretches. I do kegel work I between each stretch. So hold a stretch for 30 seconds then do 20 quick Kegels, stretch for 30 seconds and do 20 2 second kegels and hold the final stretch for 30 seconds and then hold a kegel for 30 seconds I seem to have a lot less fluid buildup this way.
After the HC stretches I do 5 minutes of SSJ then 10 minutes BM doing about 300 kegels -> 5 min SSJ then another 10 minutes of BM with 300 kegels then warm down and testical health massage. Seems legit so far ;)
