On the site it says do not use more than 20 minutes a session but u can use it up to an hour in any 24 hr period meanin u can do sets of 20...I'm wondering if this would provide better and faster results doin at least two sessions and does anyone do this now or will this harm more than help

I would stick with one session but use my super-set exercise in my signature (DLD BathMate Girth Blasters)...after a session of these you will need 24 hours recovery, they are that intense.
