You will more than likely need to reinstall your system. If I were you I would upgrade to an Apple asap so you do not have to deal with this.

Sorry to hear about that. These links may help you out as the author has the problem and it seemd to clear it up LINK ONE (http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=214991) and download & instal Comodo's free internet security which has firewall, anti virus and other protection HERE (http://www.comodo.com/home/internet-security/free-internet-security.php)

I like the Apple but they are expensive at the moment and limited to those who run allot of stuff via Windows. If Apple became massive, more so than Windows they would also notice more bugs than they do at the moment. Windows has become so big it has been underneath the microscope and picked at with surgical precision which many other competitors haven't had.

My new Apple i7 Quad-Core (27" imac with 8 gigs ram and 1T hard drive) runs Windows and OSX together seamlessly. For the price, $2100, I have a massively fast system that is able to run any and all software. I upgrade every 8 years or so and usually spend right about $2000, when you divide up the cost per year ($250) it really makes sense.

I decided to see if I could remove it through the control panel. I went into control panel and opened remove apps, which the virus WAS there so I removed it and the window FINALLY closed. Idk if that took care of the problem but for now its gone.... none of that was on the internet I leaned it when trying to uninstall other programs.

I cant afford a computer right now but Im going to save for a laptop. My bro was looking at porn and thats how I usually get a virus on this thing.

Thanks for the advice

I didn't realise they had such powerful systems! Your right about updating like that and making it last. I like to also build my computers, so can be done cheaper but when I do get an Apple I now know that it can be done with good power behind it for a good price. 8 Gigs Ram is really good.
