How do you lock the sizegenetics extender?

How do you lock the sizegenetics extender in position (your prefered angle) ?

I should have a key etc. to lock it but I don't understand where on the extender I can lock it? ?:(

You lock at the base screws, this is where the angle is made.

Oke I understand, I just dont know where the two round parts are for?
