Another Bathmate newbie Q

When I use the bathmate, do I use it -immediately- after the excercises? When do you use it? Is there a thread that tells me how to inetrgrate it into my workouts? just any info and advice or steps on how to get the bathmate crackin, cause i do want to invest in it it looks liek a great investment for my PE.
