It should. Your ligs are almost totally out of that stretch therefore it would hit your tunica. I haven't done this yet, but you may want to lower weight before doing this. Especially since you may be hitting a new part of your penis that hasn't really been touched with BTC or other downward variants.

Yep, Questor is pretty much dead on with his reply. Start out with a lighter weight than you normally would when hanging over the shoulder. This angle (over the shoulder/OTS) hit your tunica and ligs behind you balls.
