This is my thread to be posted in the June MOS Contest. I havent obtained all the info I would have liked to reference and support my ideas but since Ill be treating this as my own site (which I hope to one day start- not like this one but underline to be a helpful site) I will post the info as I go.

SAFETY

Its something we can often easily over-look in the penis enlargement world. Sometimes we may over-work our bodies trying to achieve goals we have set but we may be actually hindering our progress.

I have had minuscule injuries although my experience may not be as knowledgeable as the veterans in PE, I have always had the better half of common sense.

My rule is if your feeling a pain at any point in your routine= STOP

I have been in the bathmate at 28 min and wanted to finish the last 2 minutes; I was determined to get that 30 mins so I could write in my routine that day I finished 30 mins. But the thought always crosses my mind, " Is 2 minutes really worth the strain Im putting on my penis?"

The penis is a delicate organ on our bodies. I remember 1st starting hanging and setting the hanger up thinking, "Im actually going to do this!?" Attaching a piece of machine to my cock and hanging a weight from it.... That almost sounded alien. I have had days a lot like that with the bathmate when I think- Im going to just hang another 5 mins so I can say I finished X amount of time in my daily routine BUT I always think that same phrase, "Is it really worth the strain Im putting on my penis to finish this set?"

The answer is no.

Today I read in a great answer from REDZULU2003- if he were to change anything in his PE career: it would be to do shorter intense spread out workouts. Resting is vital in growing your penis.

I am guilty of this doing PE everyday for the past 11 weeks with not a single rest day and the fatigue has caught up to me.

That is one way to watch out for injuries. The other is too intense of a workout. Hanging to much weight, clamping too long, too much pressure on the bathmate, etc


I have gotten blisters from clamping everyday right after pumping 2 30 min sets daily. Ive also seen the tip of my penis turn very dark and black from hanging and I noticed the tip is looking very smooth almost like a burn happened.


There is no reason to rush a workout. Clamping daily at 30 mins a day is not going to get me results faster- if anything it is going to slow me down.

Hanging a heavier weight before Im ready might cause a serious injury or permanent scar so I might be actually harming myself by attempting to perfect myself.

The best way to be safe is to get knowledge. Read the forums EVERYDAY. Even if its only a couple threads. You have the time to grow your dick so experiment and do it right. Many guys have hurt themselves and talked about it so you dont have to. Make sure to give yourself a fair start and work out with caution. Dont over-do it and dont rush.

Turnover what a awesome start. I think no matter how long you PE you need to be reminded not to overdo it. Just changed my routine yesterday after noticing I was doing too much. Will keep an eye on this thread.

STRETCHING

I have wanted to give my opinion of a detailed explanation for manual stretching and will also post this in my 6 weeks progress thread in the newbie forum.

I see a lot of new guys posting threads asking for HELP with stretches. I love the newbie stretches. I did them 2 years ago when I first found out about PE and I do them now mixed with DLD Blasters.

The first thing I never heard about until later on was turkey neck. So it is important to learn about this situation to prevent the appearance of a shorter penis. While holding the end of my penis in a stretched formation with the hand I am stretching with- I grab my sac and pull down on my testis with my hand I am not stretching with.

I do this because if I dont I am pulling all the skin from my testicles upward/outward with my flaccid penis therefore stretching the "turkey neck" further up my shaft.

You can see where it gets the name turkey neck if you pull your penis in a upward fashion and take your balls and pull out, it looks like the neck of a turkey.

There are ways to shrink turkey neck which is in the forums but I just wanted to cover that before stretching.

I am cut but if you are uncut you can just pull the skin back to get a good grip like I do and do the stretches that way. I have been trying to get my foreskin back with some success plus slight fluid build up, something I want, and I have been experiencing some of this aswell so I know it works.

Next I grab which ever hand I am stretching with and grab the head and just under the head to get the best grip. Sometimes I get a really good grip and sometimes I cant hold on but I dont focus on it I just move on to the next stretch. I find it is important to keep your penis in a stretching movement for as much of the duration of time you have set aside for stretching as possible.

While pulling with one hand after pulling the sac down I take the opposite hand I am NOT stretching with and place it on my wrist of the hand stretching. I use this force to get a nice tight stretch. It shouldnt be painful and it doesnt have to be intense. My goal is to just feel like my penis is in a lengthened state. Maybe it would be like if the doctor was measuring your flaccid penis he would pull it to its maximum length and measure- that how far I want to stretch it. So its at it max length where it feels comfortable and with enough force that its in a state of expansion.

Never stretch semi erect. Sit back a minute and let it subside, squeeze the head, just look away a minute until it subsides and then grab, squeeze, get in position and do a stretch. It may take some practice but just give a try for a few days and it wont be complicated. Its just like it sounds- STRETCH IT

I like using baby powder to stretch. Some times my hand starts to cramp and get soar so I need to rest a minute and shake my hand a few times. You should always do a couple kegals now and then between stretches to allow blood to circulation. Sometimes I see some discoloration at the tip of my penis and this is not to be alarmed but if you start to feel numb or too much pain stop, take some breaths, slap your penis against your leg 20-100 times, kegal, massage, maybe get a little erect. Then let it get flaccid again and stretch.

I also like to keep a bottle of water handy while stretching, since it is like a workout, I like to watch something on tv to not get bored, and cool environment maybe with like a fan going low.

I stretch for 45 min to 1 hour. Ill set the timer start stretching and wont stop it until Im done. I dont worry about counting the rests because that is my time and I just try stretching as much as possible for that hour. I think the minimum you should stretch is 30 min. You should stretch everyday along with kegal everyday.

And while Im at it you should jelq everyday too!

Most of the questions I see about stretching in the forum are from lack of experience. I have always felt like why not just sit down and try it and then find out what works for you and what doesnt. It may take a couple times before you find out but dont feel bad about asking its a MUST. But dont shy away from it either I think if I can do anyone can what makes me more qualified than you? Nothing. Like Nike JUST DO IT

I stretch sitting and standing depending on my stretch. For between the cheeks (BTC) I stand, and for Straight up (SU) I stand. For straight down (SD), or straight out (SO), or A-stretches I sit. You can stand or sit for rotary cranks. You can stand for all of them and even sit for all of them. I like to switch it up but I feel however you feel comfortable is most important because you are going to be in there tugging for an hour so you should do it so you are happy. In a gym they make machines and clothes so you want to workout so make this like that too and try and enjoy doing it. It will make you want to come back and do it again.


Results? Everyone is different but I think if you kegal and jelq, with a good stretch routine, which would be newbie stretches alone, you can see positive results in your first weeks and even more within your first month. I dont get money for this, I dont get points, all I get is I know that its here and Im glad you can see Ive done it so you can do it too. Ive seen over an inch in bone pressed length and a solid 1/2" gain in girth. So it is possible, you just need to DO and not think about it so much. Work it like anything else in your life. Its like brushing your teeth and riding a bike. You do it every morning and night and once you know how to do it its like second nature, so give it a solid go for a set period of time and MAKE That Shit HAPPEN

I must apologize for the delay in finishing the topics I promised I would add- I havent had the opportunity to give it the time I want to write a detailed section on exercise and one other topic. There is more research I want to do but right now I have some time, privacy, and Im actually NOT exhausted so Ill give it my best.

Physical Exercise is actually more important to penis enlargement than you may think. When you get an erection blood pumps from the heart down to your penis for you to maintain an erection. With that being said the stronger your heart, the stronger your erection? Cigarettes, alcohol, and drugs restricts you veins and blood flow; alcohol waters it down. Though this may be fine during say intercourse for the average male, for a man active in penis enlargement it would be wise to seclude yourself from these substances at least in moderation until you have seen promising gains.

Exercise gives you a strong heart. Not only is it good for you heart but your whole body will benefit from it not to mention your over all well-being. From personal experience I have learned exercise effects my mood, emotions, decisions, behavior, eating habits, and much more. There are many studies on exercise and how it can actually prolong your life into the latest years of your life still having a healthy brain. With the above information it is easier to understand why exercise overall is good for your penis. The healthier YOU are the healthier your penis. That would also include a healthy diet. When your penis becomes erect blood flows into the chambers causing it to elongate, widen, and get hard. The more blood filling your penis the bigger and harder it gets. Over time you would get better erections and my theory is the more blood filling your penis over time the more your penis is going to grow. If you fill a water balloon with water and leave it for a while then empty it, then the next day repeat, over the weeks the balloon is going to become stretched from the constant pressure of use. I picture this how my theory works. You will not have a bigger penis in something like a day or two but over the years the stronger your heart is, the stronger your erection is, the bigger you will get. That WITH pe exercise and maybe some supplements there is no excuse for not making substantial gains with-in a decent set amount of time.

That will basically conclude my topic on exercise although I would have liked to give more in-depth information thats all I can do right now. The next topic will be my argument on that PE works.

PE: Does it Work..?

Im going to bite the bullet right now. Last day of the contest, 1 hour before midnight, I gotta go run an errand, and Id like to learn more about this topic but Ive been hella busy

The answer to the title question is YES. Heres my explanation.

Theres a lot of debate whether penis enlargement is possible. In most peoples mind I dont think they find it a reasonable possibility. Even when you actively do PE it can be hard to maintain faith: Is this working, am I wasting my time, can I even do this??

This happens to me all the time. Even with all the gains Im making I still question myself. Honestly I would have already quite long ago if I didnt want this so bad. I have to keep reminding myself to give PE the Benefit of the Doubt

Theres millions of things in the world that humans have discovered how to alter and reconstruct for their needs and desires. What has always fascinated me is transexuals. They can take a man and give him hormones that has the chromosome in it for females called Estrogen and he can grow breasts and wide hips. Then they can surgically alter his penis INTO a vagina!

This is also possible for female to male transexuals. They have surgically given women penises that have grown up to 7" in length!! If you are doubting these facts I am presenting then you probably doubt PE works aswell. I learned this in a video I saw in a sex education class I was in for 6 months. There were transexuals there men and women and I learned tons of info. They give the female to male transexuals prosthetic balls and the hormone in men called testosterone.

Some people say surgery is the only proven method to make the penis larger. I would say to that they have never given a strong routine a good try for a period of 2-6 months solid. With that much time ANY man can gain at least 1/4" if not more. I have been doing it for almost 4 months non-stop and Ive had over an inch gain in length and probably a little more than 1/2" in girth.

I like to think about PE as how any body modification works. The women in Thailand have stretched their necks a footlong in the air, in Africa some tribes stretch different parts of their body to show different cultural beliefs amongst other reasons- including the males penis.

If mankind has develpoed phones that can fit into your pocket and talk to someone face to face across the world, if their is a bomb that can demolish the planet, if they can clone sheep, if they can do something as simple as light up everyones dark nights all over the planet with electricty- TRUST ME you can pump, stretch, jelq, and kegal yourself an inch or 2 longer and thicker....

Heres the secret: Consistency, Knowledge, and Dedication. Then comes belief. No one can make it happen for you. Theres only your determination to get it. I always picture I will reach a solid goal size when I get to an ideal weight. I am around 50lbs over weight. I know losing weight is possible. I have eaten well and exercised daily for months and months and the weight is finally dropping slowly. Also my penis is getting bigger too. I just tell myself If I get down 50 pounds and my penis is still not where I want it then Ill give up----- But that would never be possible Because Ive already exceeded what I thought was possible.
