Hey first off hi 2 every1 in the world of NPE, i am not that new to this as i am half way into my 2 month.Some of you may remember me for PP were my username was GavinFox well im the same dude. Anyways id like to say hi 2 DLD as you might know who i am and just sayin this is a great forum.
Anyhow this is my new rountine which i started 2 weeks ago....


I split my routine into girth and length days.

As i want length more i work on it on MON,WENS,FRI

Girth on TUES,THURS and i take SAT and SUN off.

Length days
Mornings
TOW- 10mins
Legover-10mins
Squat-10mins

Evenings
TOW-10mins
Legover-10mins
Squat- 10mins
Sit up streches 25/50
Each routine is warmed up and down with a hot wrap, pc flexes i have been forgetting to do latly but i will pick them up again and do around 500/600 per day.

Girth Days
Mornings
Dry Jelqs-200
Wer Jelqs-200
Super Jelqs-50 (there called sumthing else but i cannot remeber, there were u trap the blood in your penis with one hand and the jelq with the other)
Tao Head exercise 2/3mins
Evenings
The same as above +
Helicopter-2/3mins
Each routine is warmed up and down with a hot wrap and around 500/600 px flexes.

I know my length routine is pritty simple but i think this helps make the exercise's you do more tense.Ur views on this are welcome.
ps i thank After the shock for helping me with my routine and being my monitor.
Also i have gained .15 EL so far on this routine but havnt easured my EG

thanxs C7 and PapperCut,i forgot to give you credit for the idea PaperCut it was your idea and if u handnt have done it then i would neva have thought of trying it so thanxs again.It seems to be going well but i need to get .30/.35 in around 2-3weeks to reach this months goal, not impossible at all so the best i can do is try and if i fail who cares i still gained and theres always next month

I have taken alot of time off this month to recover from numerous injury's, this means my gains are not so good. I am up to 5.9EL and I'm quite excited but also worried that by the end of the next month i could be over 6inches. The excitement is due to the fact i will no longer be PEing for a average penis but for i BIG one (if you get me). Along with the excitement comes worry, this is due to the fact I'm scared that its gonna be harder to jump from 5 to 6". DLD's post of how he had his problem jumping into double figures inspired me and I'm now ready to go. To help me make this jump I'm going to increase the time i do NPE and i have purchased some (my popular demand) golf gloves so i can really get some pull on my stretches. This is all set to happen next month as i want to keep the rest of this month just doing my normal routine and getting my penis ready for next month. I know that in stats its only .1 before I'm there but in my mind it feels like alot more, if i just gain .1 in the hole month il be a happy man. Wish me luck!! because in 1 month and i half il be a new man:D

P.S. thanks DLD for that post i mentioned, any more advice from you or anyone else can give me will be a massive help.Thanks again

Ain't posted in a while.. so here i am. My new routine has started which i will post tomorrow along with this months gains. Aug is the start of a very full month and i will post alot more to let people know how I'm going.

Well woke you this morning completely unmotivated and tired and i though to myself "i can't be bothered NPE I'm going to sleep":rolleyes: . But then i thought the more i miss out NPE the more time it takes to reach my goal of 7x6. So i hoped out of bed and heres how my mini routine went (i only did girth and il do length in abit).



1. Hot Bath- Warm Up
====================================

2.400 wet jelqs / hard at medium speed
====================================

3.400 wet jelqs/ just plain normal jelqs
====================================

4.200 wet jelqs/ medium at fast speed
====================================

5.5x1Min's isolated compression squeezes
====================================

That took me an hour which is how much i generally spend in a day on NPE and Ive still got to do length exercises yet. I'm just saying this because by the end of August WHEN I AM over 6" i don't want people to think its down to luck or because I'm a fast gainer. In my last two months Ive gained .4 EL which is half what some off you get in 1 month. So WHEN I'M 6" its down to the hard work and effort in putting in.

So far id say Ive had 3 out of 5 good PE days this week. The last two have been pretty weak this is mainly to do with a party i had one night and then me recovering the next day. Although i still PE'ed on those days they weren't very good and i only put in around 30/40Min's workout. I'm very inspired by SWM as i know he strongly follows the lines "the more you work at it the better you get" in other words the more i PE the better gains i get. So i think I'm going to go and have a LONG jelq session too make up for what i have missed (this is ment to be a rest day) . Il post back in an hour or so and see if I'm happy with it.

p.s I'm starting to gather the resources to build a hanger :cool: so i can go for maximum goals and PE for around 2/3 hrs a day with out my hand falling off lol.

Glad to see you here as well.
Nice to see that a nice following has developed, this forum is indeed the PLACE so to speak where guys from all other PE/NPE related forums can meat.

Anyway your routine seems good.
You have it sussed and know what to do etc.

Its just a case of overcoming the lazyness......I know alllllll about this :rolleyes:

But you have the mental side measured as well.
I Would suggest one thing however......maybe add the Horse Squeezes into 'ya plan....they are very good indeed.

But you might as well not, if ya doing over 1000 wet jelqs aday? than if you do the Horse S' than it'll overtrain the wizard....anyways good luck.

Cheers red, I'm glad me and you sorted that stuff out over at PP. I read up on the horse squeezers and was planning to add them to my routine but after todays session i didn't think my dick could handle it, maybe another time.

Anyways yesterday i got lazy and missed my extra routine:( so today i made up for it, heres what i did.....

As a few of you may know i have a problem with laziness but i also no i wont gain unless i put the effort in so they generally level each other out. But today i was at the supermarket and i saw some of these energy drinks ( redbull,V etc ). So i though to myself and came to the conclusion that these might get me more lively and motivated. So Ive brought a bottle of the stuff and I'm drinking it as i speak. So in about 15Min's or so il see how i feel and see if it makes my routine any better. I'm pretty sure the ingredients in these arnt to dangerous towards PE but I'm no expert so maybe someone can tell me. But it does contain vitamins B6 and B12, isn't B12 a good vitamin for PE?

Anyways the routine i did yesterday was alright and my dick was nice and sore at the base:D but il try and get a better workout today. Ive also stopped doing my original routine, i like it better when i just do random exercises, makes workouts that little more exciting. Il post back and tell you how i went in a few hours. cya.

Well Ive just finished my routine, it wasn't much more than the one i did yesterday but i think it was enough for my dick. Those 1000 wet jelqs really make the routine something. The energy drink i drank helped alot i wanted to PE for ages but i didn't want to hurt the little dude so i stopped. I have to say though i did masturbate after the session but i didn't mess around just plain did it and got it out the way. Heres how my routine went....

Yea Ive found doing loads of jelqs after some intense but short bursts of stretching is really good for me.
Any ways Ive been slightly lazy today:( heres my routine...

20 uli jelqs after every 100 wet jelqs

Today was a hard day. I have decided to kill to birds with one stone and mix my weight lifting with my NPE. In the past i did weight lifting on and off because i didn't have much time along with doing NPE. Then i realized that i was thinking bullshit just to get me out of more work and i can always make time. So i have made myself a routine to kill to birds with one stone and mix my sessions together. I must say that i am not a strong person so i don't lift much but I'm working on that. I was also told that its not how much you lift but being repetitive. Any ways heres my routine.......

ALL MY EXERCISE ARE USING 20LB WEIGHTS

to save me time wherever i put *** it means 15 sit-ups

Stage one

1.Body warm up (stretching legs, arms etc)
2. 20 bench pressers

4. 5 min's normal stretching (NPE)

I started back at college a couple of days ago so my times taken up with work etc. This means my rotine is messing up so i have decided to just do something i was thinking of anyway. I aways wanted to know wether 100% erect jelqs would help me, so im just doing 500 100% erect wet jelqs and a set of JAI streches everyday. This will soon be increased to 1000 jelqs but im not used to doing them 100% erect so il take my time.
Im not expecting big gains this month, hopefully .1EL but i will see how it goes.

Decided that it i buy a BIB hanger then i can just hang while watching tv etc so it should get me out of this slump. Its going to cost me around £70 and it should be worth it.

I carnt wait im so happy.

Im not sure how or what Fulcrum hanging is, please can you explain it to me then i will give it a try. After i finish hanging my penis looks abit sore ( red along most my shaft), hangs about half an inch lower than normal. If this is not what you mein then can explain in more detail please? Sorry bout all this red but i only know the basics of hanging.

Havnt done any NPE or hanging for 2 days:( some of the reason was because my skin was gettin really dry and pealing off but there was no need to take two days off. To stop this happening again i will use some moisteriser with added vitamin E along with a thicker wrap.


P.S i am hanging again as we speak and will post my routine later.

aint PEed since thursday as i was at a friends friday and went paintballing saterday. Well enough of the excuses today i will try and get some manual streching in and hanging. Also i was watching some porn yesterday and my dick looked quite abit bigger, not in girth but EL. I was quite shocked, but it seems my hanging might be working. Anyway i didnt measure because i want to wait till my measuring day. will post my routine later.

Also ive planned out my life long PE plan....

1. Just hanging/streching till i get to 7"bp (the odd girth routine)

2.Increase girth to 6" (the odd hanging/streching routine)

3.Increase length to 8"bp (the odd girth routine)

4. Increase head size to i feel happy with it.

5. do any "tuning" on my dick e.g making my dick have the 'bar' down the middle

I love doing morning and evening routines, you don't get burned out on it and plus you can do a helluva lot more! I love it when I manage 3 or 4 sets in the morning and evening. I get a big feeling of accomplishment. In fact, I think I'll hang tonight.

Well i brought a new longer ruler today and measured for this month. The results with my new ruler are smaller than with my old one but i will use the new ruler results so i dont feel im cheating myself. Im only measuring length at the mo and girth will start when i hit 7".

EL: now at 6.25" gain of 0.15
FL: new to measuring this but it used to hang around 3.5" most days now it mostly hangs at 3.75" so maybe a gain of .25"

I will see how the PEing goes before i measure again, if i get in some good solid workouts then it will be in a months time. If its like this month and not much PE is done then it will be longer.

Things are going great, so far the workouts are going good and im not skipping any. As far as the squat stretch, its great i love it to bits. Because i carnt do A-stretchs i feel there the next best thing for intensity.

I can't really do A-Stretches with my wrist, so I use the back of a chair or a mechanical tooth brush (just what i had lying around and didn't need to use it again), works pretty well. I still love the squat stretches though! :D

Seems im losing my marbles, the last three workouts ive done and said i have done 500 wet jelqs well i ment 250.:P

Anyway im gonna measure my girth and stretched flaccid length later today so i can enter the comp.

Half way through the month and i have kept from measuring EL + EG, my flaccid hang i had a quick measure off and its lookin good but im not taking any offical measurments yet.

So far i have had 11/15 workouts and i feel that its going great, im hoping for nice results this month.

Well my BIB has arrived and im like a kid with a new toy. I should start my new routine tomorrow, its base on the 'hardcore hanging' idea

After recovering from a slight hanginf injury i have decided it might be best to keep have my routine manual. I found that at the moment i tend to swell up abit if i hang too many sets and long periods of time. Heres my conclustion....

routine*

1x20 min set @ 10lbs
or
2x10 min sets @ 10lbs
then
around 20-30mins manual stretching


Il try it tonight to see how it feels.
Will measure soon to see what im at now and remeaure on the 9th of April.

This is my final stance, i will not quit no more.

Im hitting girth for a couple of months my routines are as follows, i do which every i prefer at the time.

Routine one

warm up - 200 wet jelqs inc rapid pc flex's followed by horse 440's every 50 wet jelqs.

2 x 20 min clamped session inc bends, horse squeezes and jelqing

Routine two
warm up - 200 wet jelqs inc rapid pc flex's followed by horse 440's every 50 wet jelqs.

3 - 5 supra's slammers / mini slammers (hopefully increasing the amount as i go)

Well the last 2days i have hit my girth like a bitch. I start off with a warm up of around 10-15 mins, mainly jelq based but with some uli's and lots of pc work. I then have a HOT bath because i fell it helps encourage blood into my penis. This is followed by a 20min clamped session which is split up in the following, 10 mins erect bends, 5 mins horse 440's and finally 5 mins jelqing wilst clamped. I restore my circulation for a couple of mins, then go into the mini supra slammers. I can only do around 1 - 2 supra slammers however because my penis gets to fat and lazy :P

The results are great though, even though i carnt measure my erect pump afterwards because my penis has been erect for like an hour and when my routine is finished i just carnt get hard again to measure, i know it alot bigger than normal. I can say however my flaccid to semi erect (40-50%) is the same girth as my original erect girth, if not more.

Just finished off with 2 supra slammers but in a different order... when about to cum i pulled a hard kegal and performed a uli. Then i went into a horse for around 1 min then a slow hard jelq towards the head.
