foam pad falling off

Who is the best person to contact in regards to my bathmate. The foam is falling apart and I haven't even had it 3 months. Any help would be appreciated. I know this problem has come up before if I remember right.

Odd, I think there must be some getting by quality control. Contact BathMate (send a pm to that screen name) here first, DLD as well. Really should not be hard to fix with some water proof rubber cement. Make sure everything is good and dry first of course.

This happened to another guy too and he used a waterproof cement that worked great.

Yeah I just use it without the padding and its working in top shape. I just adjust the way I sit and its on like Donkey Kong!

I'm going home right now and ripping the rubber off with some pliers. It looks like I'll be outgrowing my Bathmate sooner than expected. Goliath, here I come.

No its NOT as comfortable and I Do Not reccommend going home and doing that although it has given me a good laugh you would say that :) No for now it will suffice but cement glue is the best idea. I feel like its time for a Goliath now too! I cant get my balls inside of this one!!!
