One Month Later: Still No Bathmate

It has been over a month and my bathmate still hasn't arrived. I fear that it won't come at all. The longest I've ever waited for a package here in China was 3 weeks. And that's when I lived in a more rural locale. Now, living in Beijing, the last package I ordered took a total of 4 days. But granted, the address was in both Chinese and English (unfortunately, despite my best efforts, the one I'm waiting for is not)

Should I contact customer support about this issue and try to get a refund? I'd would prefer a Bathmate, but would also settle for my money back.

Contacted Bathmate Support via email. They are gonna send it again with a delivery confirmation. If it doesn't come, I will get my money back. Overall, not too shabby. :cool:
