Hey guys,
For the past couple weeks, my ligs have been sore like never before. Not painful though. The best way to explain it is that when I Kegal, I then feel the soreness in my ligs. It must be a combination of the DLD Blasters and standard manual stretches that I'm doing. Anyway, now onto my two questions...
1) I take it that this is a good sign that ligs are sore because they are being stretched. However, should further lig stretching be avoided until the soreness subsides and let them 'heal' or should I keep on truckin'?
2) What is the cabability of lig stretching for length? What I mean by this, is how much will the ligs actually be able to stretch over the lifetime of one's PE career (however long that ends up being)? An inch or two or can the ligs physically stretch > 2 inches and be cemented?
