Hi, ive been doing PE for a while now but i only started to do more advanced exercises a few weeks ago. The most noticable thing is that ive gotten a lot of new veins i never had visible. Ive been getting two really fat veins that only seem to be getting fatter... how exactly do you know when a vein has reached the point to where it would be considered thrombosed? Sorry, but im just concerned with the fact that i now have very visible and thick veins that i never had before. They started showing up with horse 440s and ulis but they appeared gradually so i dont know
Any help would be great! :)

Thrombosed Veins
Thrombosed veins typically happen when a newbie to PE is overanxious for the "quick results" and pushes beyond his limits. Overstressing veins can cause blood clots to form within them. Doctors have a fancy, technical-sounding name for everything. Thrombosis is Medicalese for clotted vein.
Members have described thrombosed veins as feeling similar to a squiggly guitar string or a tiny rubber band buried in the skin, though sometimes the clot is a hard, round bump or series of bumps. Occasionally there is mild, stinging pain and/or localized minor skin swelling at the site.

Thanks DLD for info :)
Well just my luck. I just finished my routine for today about 5 minutes ago and now have a relatively large almost white vein right below my head circling half way around. Oh well, at least i know what to do for it now. <:(

Yeah, I posted about this under the injuries board but i guess no one checks that. I have a couple very hard painful veins now apaprently caused by constriction. Since it was not cause by PE. Not sure whether I should just stop all PE for awhile, including leaving off ROP, or just try to work through it.

My prescribed therapy is:
1. Take 82mg of aspirin AM and PM
2. No sex, masturbation or PE until it subsides.
3. Do Hot Wraps followed by deep penile massage at least 2 times daily.
It can take anywhere from 7 days to a few months depending on how strict the afflicted is with the above program. If someone continues to PE/Sex through this injury it could last indefinitely.
