i havent pe-ed seriously in about a month and yesterday i did a little girth work...my girth swelled from about 5.25 to 6 in a day...im a little sore too...what caused this and should i be concerned?

From my experiance your doing too much pressure, if it's swelling, you don't want to swell that much. The point is too expand your chambers with blood not your cock with fluid. I did extreme girth work outs for 2 months till December, I stopped from bad bruising and blood spots coming too quickly along with the swelling. Learn from my mistake, take breaks, don't jelq too hard and too long. I had my dick up to 7" a few times in girth, but mainly it would swell to 6.5" from 5.75" everywork out. Now I had to wait over a month to heal properly, Im still going to wait, becuase the problem I have now is I get fluid build up too fast and don't get in a good work out. Along with that you will eventually get some long term stretch marks and puff skin in the donut area.
Take a week off from everything, when you start swelling, do something else or use more lube or lighten your jelqing. This is my exeriance, I wish I didn't keep swelling my member, cause eventually it put me out for quite a while as well when the swelling areas healed up after a few weeks, my skin was really rough for a few weeks as well.
Again swelling is ok, but too much is bad in my case, bad bad. And I don't get perminant gains when I swell. I gain when I am fully healed and barely get swelling or none at all.
