Cable Clamp Beginner?

Hey i just got my clamp and i was wondering how i should go about doing my excersizes? ?:( any suggested beginner clamp routines? Also should i get a full erection kegel a couple of times and clamp or a partial erection?

Any input would be appreciated. rofl

Goto the MAIN section, find the sticky at the top made by me, called summut like ''alll you need to know about constrictors...'' , DownLoad the attachment there, its a guide on clamp work, will tell you EVERYTHING ya wonna know mate.

thanx for your help guys... do you recommend any excersizes to expand the from part of the penis? because after mid shaft my penis gets a lil smaller?
