View Full Version : Custom Routine (Need help with it)

I just started PE a few days ago, and was wonderin if someone could help me with a custom routine after I get a bit more advanced. Right now I am following DLD's newbie routine, but after about 3-4 weeks I'd like to move onto something customized for the gains I want.
I'm new to all these exercises, and I have been lookin through the forums alot for the different exercise and what they do, but I'd still like some help from someone who knows the exercises better then I do. I plan on getting one of Supra's ROP to help as well.

I just wanna know what exercises I will be doing and get acustomed to them before I start training with them, plus set up a good routine, that's why I am asking for help so far in advance.

Hm Xenoseal I am really not an expert on that one, but I think you will find a lot of useful information in the Supra's thread in the penis enlargement forum. He has made a list of all the great exercises. Study them and see which one would suit your level of experience. Build up your own routine, see how it feels and if it is ok, stick to it. Well if you will be getting on the more advanced stuff I would say that for the length gains you should definitely try the DLD's blasters. I think somebody of the vets will jump in with some better answer soon.

Thanks Zulu, and yer the one who got me here. I read through Supra's post, and studied each of those exercises before I posted actually Cap. I plan on using some of them. I guess what I really need help with is when to do each exercise.. like which one to do first, second, third ect... My main goal is to increase girth and have a straight penis. Width and Length are secondary to me.
