View Full Version : How far to stretch using Extender?

I recently bought a Size Genetics Extender, and was uncertain about how far I should expect to be able to stretch using it compared to manual stretches. If I'm doing manual stretches for measuring purposes, I get to 5.75 NBFSL with a medium stretch and 6.0 NBFSL with an intense stretch. When using the extender, however, I typically can only get to 5.75 NBFSL before dealing with slippage issues. The tension is at about 1200g, and I feel like I'm getting a good pull.

Do you think only going to 5.75 NBFSL with the Extender is enough to get results, or should I experiment with wrapping techniques until I can stretch all the way to 6.0 NBFS without issuesL, which is comparable to an intense manual stretch?

Thanks!

That is fine for now but really dive into wrapping and mastering it, it will alow you to dictate intensity with no regard for slippage.

I base it on how far I am on the rods. When I can get over the bottom line of the rods, and maintain there for an entire session, I know it's time to add more rods. I usually start a stretch of mark 2, and then work my way up. I hope this reads sensibly, it hard to 'talk' with out using your hands or etc. LOL

I think it's normal that your manual maximum stretch is longer than using the extender. When stretching by hand you intuitively react to things like ligament tension, the state of you pc muscle and blood-flow in the glans, etc... An extender can never do that, so if it weren't for fatigue and laziness normal stretching exercises would still be superior.

My way is to stay at a traction level which provides for a decent angle while sitting. So that it stays up for itself but don't tries to get near my belly, about 45degrees. Most of the time this equals to the last traction mark (took about a month to adapt)
I use the velcro wrap technique now along with a piece of insulating foam and some micro-fabric sheet. There is absolutely zero slippage this way even when standing up or walking but I have to take a break every 20min to half a hour.

The issue is the higher the traction the harder you'd have to wrap. The main issue is that after some time the glans starts to swell up since the many breaks... Seems to be a necessary evil.
