View Full Version : Still and Supra's 3 month Girth Attack!!

Ok, Supra and myself are going for some big girth gains over the next three months. Others are welcome to join in on this as well...but dont do this half assed. Not only will you look like a pussy, but you'll only be cheating yourself. This will take some commitment on your part, so I'm looking for guys that are only serious about doing this and who wont back out about half way through.

I'm wanting to gain some more girth over this next 3 months. My next 1/2"+ of girth. So from April to June I'm going to be working girth. Using cable clamps for my girth work and nothing else. I'm hoping for at LEAST three guys to take part in this with me though. I'm not looking to be a 24/7 mentor to a bunch of guys during this time, but I'll be willing to help any way that I can. I'm using Red's constrictor guide as a basic outline for you guys with little experience with cable clamp exercises.

This stuff works, I'm wanting to get some guys to go along with me and Supra on this and get this clamp work more credibility.

You would need to list your routine here and show me exactly what youre going to be doing for your clamp routine. If you need suggestions just ask. If you make a change to your routine, list it here!

So, sign up guys and let's get going.

My requirements for you to be able to participate:

You MUST be able to provide a CLEAR "before" pic and a CLEAR "after" pic. With tape measure showing a visible increase in girth. You dont even have to make a huge gain in the next 6 months, I just want you to be able to see that you've gained.

Here's what I'm doing by the way:

1 on, 1 off routine.
1.5-2 hours a night on the on nights of total clamp time. In other words, I'll be clamped for 20 minutes ish then take a break. I'm doing the clamp exercises that I have listed in my girth routine compilation thread in my signature. Just a mix of those. Nothing exact. The only exact part is the committment. I dont miss my on nights or slack off on the time or exercises unless something that just absolutely has to be done comes up.

SWM count me in on it as well. I'm going to get a couple clamps tonight. So PM me with all the info, or whatever it is that needs to be done. Ohhh, and can Supra's mini slammers be used, cause I think that would be killer.

Like I told Supra earlier, yes I think the mini slammers or similar stuff can be used.

Dont forget to list what youre going to be doing in this thread guys! Also, dont forget to take a clear 'before' or starting pic...measured!

I am really looking forward to seeing what kind of progress you guys can make! I will use this as an example when I am ready for a girth phase.

Try wet jelqing with your clamps on. It works great! :)

Well, I have to wait now. I have a skin tear under my head, and I have a serious bruise, so it mey be a week before I PE again. I will take a starting pic though, either this week if the wood heals right, or maybe next week.

Hey SWM, I'm good to go now, used a lil neosporin and man the first girth workout back was awesome. Used the mini slammers, and the horse squeeze. Three months of dedication, I am in love with constrictors. Anyone having doubts about PE needs to do these along with blasters, and pulse 110s. Nine here I come.

The use of a cable clamp, which you can find at wal-mart or lowes for around .50, to over engorge the shaft for awesome girth workouts. Causes a huge amount of pressure and engorgement of the shaft causing the cells to expand and grow, similar to normal girth routine, but much more intense, which can lead to faster improvement, hypothetically. I've noticed the pressure is awesome, and feel soreness in the inner chambers more so with these than I did with normal girth exercises. Read red's constrictor guide, it's the stuff. Good luck with it.

How's the girth attack going guys? I'd love to know how you're getting on, since my girth has always been a bit slow. :)
