What are possible causes for not being able to stretch as far as you usually do with an extender?
I was able to quickly get strapped in, but now it takes me a lot longer, and even then I might not be stretching as far as I was. I have been at the same length bars for over a week (and before that it was only 1/16" less). Warm-ups are the same, and I pull extra skin through the base so it's not the skin. It's not any more painful than usual, but it gets to a point that's less than where I usually am, and it just doesn't go any further. BTW it's a noose extender, which stretches further than a strap attachment.
The only thing I can think of is overtraining, although since this started a few days ago I've been adding extra sets to try to get back to where I was, which wouldn't be good if I am overtraining. I had been doing 1 set a day for 1:30; today I cut back to 1 hour to see what happens. I also never take days off.
